Our room with the floor to ceiling windows was WOW! The bed was so so comfy along with the luxurious pillows. The mini kitchen came in handy several times. They offer self parking, that was a real plus. Every staff person we came in contact with was very friendly. The fitness center is first class my husband was in heaven. The laundry room with plenty of washers & dryers, Awesome!

The line and wait to check, we waited in line for 45 minutes and that's just too long. The was the only negative we experienced our entire stay. Maybe one more......the hottub was closed for an entire day and that was a bummer.

Location is great!! Right in the middle of the strip and close to everything you want to see/do. We stayed in a 1bed suite and the size of the room is great! Also loved the facilities in the room (washing machine, ice machine etc)

It was a surprise upon returning to the Elara since a few years ago, that the housekeeping was on request only and not daily - so no bed made / towels refreshed unless requested. We also missed the concierge service for purchasing show tickets.

Close to Miracle Mile shops, attractions and easy access to public transport.

We did not have any kitchen items like dishwashing liquid, sponge etc , when room was cleaned on the 3rd day it was then we were given some.

We were located right in the center of the strip. Most attractions were in walking distance. The hotel smelled so good. Our one bedroom suite was like an apartment. The best part to me was the service. They give you a phone number you can text to make request and the response is immediate. The shade in the living room doubled as a 8ft projector. There was a DVD player in the bedroom and a free DVD kiosk in the hotel lobby. My husband and I watched movies that were fresh out of theaters while sitting in the giant jacuzzi in the bedroom! We were there for a week and I truly did not want to leave. I give it a 10/10.

Room was very large and had a great view. Spa tub was appreciated after walking the strip for the day. Market has good selection of everyday things and is open till 12am each day. Starbucks in the lobby.

No room service as there is not restaurant in the hotel. The escalator was broken most of our stay forcing us to use the single elevator leading up to the lobby floor each time we entered the hotel causing a bit of a delay.

we asked for early check in and was actually given our room after 4pm and was initially on a low floor. my group was very upset. the manager did change us to a higher floor. but we never were given the early check in and clearly we could have if all the other suites were given out and our room assigned AFTER 4 pm!

This is like an apartment. The view from the room was great from the 26th floor. We could see the Eiffel Tower and the mountain range. There is a projector in the room to watch movie, and the hotel is attached to a mall. There is no casino in this hotel, which is great if you don't like the smell of cigarette.

The pool was closed. We went in November.

the hotel is great, beautiful, new, it has ample room, and super well equipped with all high tech bells and wistles that one could ask for. It has a kitchen, washing machine, amazing AV system that project the TV in the back of the blinds. The location is convenient as it is attached to a large mall and you don't have to walk through a smoky casino. The pool is also very nice.

coming in with a car and if you don't want to use valet, it is a little challenging to figure out, but once you have the instructions, it shares with mall parking. Not a letdown by any means, just something to be aware.

The room was awesome!

There were not hot waters on the whole day we checked in and no one thought to tell us about it. Also, there was no cleaning of our room between nights which was disappointing.

The resort is just a great combination of luxury and value. You’re close to center strip but just enough away to get away from the hustle. We love the tub next to the bed set up.
