The staff was the most wonderful people we have met in any of or stays, Mary welcomed us when we arrived and made the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable. Amber and Reba always asked how we were doing and if there was anything they could get or do for us. Kim cleaned our room and took the time to make it special with the linen being folded and fanned normally seen in 5STAR resorts. Paula ensured we were taken care of on the night shift even though the pool was being serviced. Great coffee with their new machine and breakfast did the job. we will definitely be staying here again

Practical facilities. Spacious room. Good fridge. hot water for drinks available all day Staff very helpful. Plenty of towels.

Unable to open windows. Bath needed resurfacing; No toilet brush to clean toilet when needed. Coffee machine in room made terrible tasting coffee. ? needed a clean out. Pool room far too hot. breakfast ok but all bit synthetic. breakfast meats horrible. pancakes from very synthetic batter mix; omlettes from powdered egg. and no maple syrup!

Great location not far from downtown Olean. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff could not have been more welcoming. We had a handicapped accessible room, and there was plenty of room to move around.

Bathroom linens were a mix of good condition and threadbare. We were in a handicapped accessible room, but getting into the tub was tough. The sides were very high, and adding a handheld shower head would be a plus. The chair for the tub was a nice surprise.

Very happy with asking for towels and tissue box whenever it was needed. The room was located where I would like. Checked the bed and it looks clean. The pillows were decent.

Isn’t our first time staying here so the fact that whoever was working at the front desk during our checkin refused to use the email that we have always used and asked for another was really uncalled for. This has never happened to us before.

Breakfast was ok. Pool was very nice. 45 minute walk home from the best pub anywhere, Randy’s up the River. Designated driver business operating in town if you don’t want to hoof it. Very quiet.

A bigger suite would be better. 1 bedroom with a door, or two bedroom. My travel partner snores like a chainsaw trying to cut a metal post in half, while surrounded by screaming cats fighting over the last mouse. It was a long night.

Honestly I have stayed at the Best Western University Plus several times in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. Henry is a great help at night, and we are always happy to see him there. Corey made our stay this trip exceptional. He checked us in and was very pleasant and welcoming, then he was back to welcome us the very next morning making sure breakfast was running smoothly. He never missed a beat and honestly we will call continue to be back! Rooms and the entire hotel are spotless

they over charged me. I reserved a room through booking.com The Best Western ADDed taxes and fees on top of my quoted rate from Booking.com At check-out the clerk apologized. I had a representative from Booking speak with him. He promised me a a refund to my credit card. I never received a refund, in fact they charged me a 2nd time for the room. I've been in weekly contact with the hotel manager. Each time, he claimed he processed the refund. Each time it never happened. He said he had the district manager assist him, that's when the charged me again ! I finally am working with my credit card company to clear up the wrong overcharge transaction.

All staff was extremely friendly, check in was easy and everything was very clean. The beds were soft but comfortable and the breakfast was phenomenal! The room was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever been in, and I've been to a decent amount.

The window curtain- I could not close completely at night because the rod that moves the curtain was broken off. Also it seemed strange that there wasn't anybody at the check in counter apon arriving. We had to ring a bell. But they came promptly.

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Pharmacopeia toiletries were nice,.I love the citrus smell. It was.great to have a fridge in the room.

I could hear my neighbors and people in the hall rather loudly. The room was rather dim even with the two lamps on.
