My stay at Almanity was nothing short of remarkable! From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s pristine beauty and cleanliness left a lasting impression. The impeccable service truly set it apart – the staff’s attentiveness and eagerness to cater to our needs made us feel like valued guests. To our delight, we were upgraded to a more luxurious room, and the opportunity to extend our stay by an additional two nights in the same room was a wonderful gesture that we greatly appreciated. The rooms themselves were a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. One of the true highlights was the outstanding breakfast selection. With a delightful array of both international and Vietnamese dishes, every morning felt like a culinary adventure. The inviting atmosphere of the spa, combined with the expertly executed treatments, provided a serene escape from the bustle of daily life. While the spa’s massage offerings were somewhat limited, the quality of the massages they did offer was exceptional, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and pampered.

In the midst of this fantastic experience, there were a couple of minor inconveniences that stood out. The Wi-Fi connectivity wasn’t as consistent as we would have liked. Additionally, the in-room hairdryer was quite cumbersome to use. Holding down a button for the entire duration of drying proved to be uncomfortable and left our hands fatigued. Notably, the hotel’s age was evident, and ongoing maintenance work was noticeable throughout our stay. Despite these minor setbacks, they were overshadowed by the overall positive atmosphere and experiences we encountered.

The hotel is splendid and has all the amenities that one could want. It is very relaxing and all the staff are extremely polite and helpful. We would like to mention some of the Refinery bar staff - Phoung, Chau, Dat, Bao, Nah, Mai and Hoan who were lovely to interact with and so well trained. Phuong gave a great coffee course with good humour and fun conversation. Also, we went to Ba Na Hills by car and Vu our driver was excellent. Very calm and had good conversation. One more thing is we went on a bicycle tour of Kim Bong village, which was very enjoyable, with our guide Tu, who was very knowledgeable and polite. Finally, I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff at the hotel for such a wonderful experience. One thing I forgot to include in my TripAdvisor review was that the breakfast is delicious with such a great variety and the staff including My, Loan, Yen, Vy, Thanh and Vu were so helpful and kind!

The massages (for men and women) were excellent. Our room on the ground floor was excellent for rolling out of bed into breakfast and then into the pool! Binh, one of the reception team, was excellent. He couldn’t do enough to make our stay brilliant including first class restaurant suggestions, helping us find our way and arranging transport. He definitely made our stay great! Really liked the free activities (our 12 year old daughter now turns all our towels into swans following the ‘towel art’ class!) by the super friendly staff.

One of the best hotels I stayed at during my time in Vietnam. The room was a generous size, clean and well maintained. The staff were incredible especially; Zippy (who always greeted me by name!), Hung, Hai and Thinh. They went above and beyond to assist me with any of my requests. The breakfast was the best I had in Vietnam (it beats the Majestic in HCM), excellent variety good mix of Western, Asian and Vietnamese (with local specialties). The pool was wonderful, no chlorine smell and always the perfect temperature. I used the free shuttle bus to the beach which made the journey very easy. The walk to the old town took around 10 minutes but if you used the hotels free bike hire it only took a few minutes. The recommendations given by Zippy were faultless, I went to the tailor and some of the food places she suggested - they were all wonderful. Only thing to note is that there is construction going on next door, however they only work during the day and it never bothered me, I only noticed it when I left the hotel. Request a room that isnt in Block 2 if you would prefer to be further from the building site.

The property was great! location was within easy access to all we needed and if we needed a ride the staff were more than happy to help us out, The pool was beautiful, staff were very friendly and willing to help with all our needs. The resort had a variety of activities daily either free or with a small charge and you could book easily with the reception staff. My favourite activity was Thai chi in the pool with all staff including the life guards, reception cleaners and restaurant staff joining in poolside at 1600hrs any guest in the pool at the time also joined in. A special mention to Lien, Vu, Luan and Thinh all wonderful to us always ready to help with a friendly smile.

The only thing I would mention is if I had of known our bedroom was up stairs I would have booked a one level room. I don’t remember seeing an option, but I was excited to book at the time so it’s possible I missed it when booking.

Very friendly staff. Utilised airport transfer from Da nang - great service and competitively priced. Good location within waking distance to many great places to eat and the old town. Buffet breakfast was excellent - lots of options and always freshly stocked. Room was very clean and cleaning staff were very friendly. Probably wouldn’t book the room option with the bed upstairs - quite warm temperature despite good air conditioning. If you have mobility issue the staircase would be difficult to manage. Pool was great. Pool staff were also very friendly and attentive. Overall would stay again.

Only downfall with the property - corridors quite noisy, can hear noise from other rooms quite easily. There was also building works in the room next to ours which was incredibly noisy during the day.

This is luxury. The pool is just stunning. So nice. Wish I spent more time there. The welcome was loved, really felt cared for. Room service was excellent. Room was beautiful. Very nice and spacious, very cosy bed. Well decorated. Lovely balcony too with a great view of tie pool. Netflix on the tv so a plus. All the staff were really friendly and attentive. Breakfast is amazing. 5 star quality. I wouldn’t walk to places from here in the old town as it’s just too hot in august but a grab is very cheap. A great spa across the road and one street over is a street of restaurants. This place really is luxury

Everything! From the iced tea on arrival to the happy hour pool side cocktails, this place is a gem. Breakfast was a particular highlight - fresh fruits, strong coffee & eggs any way you like. we extended our stay by two nights & hope we’ll be back.

We stayed at the Alamnity Hoi An for seven wonderful days in late June. It well and truly exceeded our expectations. Binh was our first contact and he welcomed us with open arms. He was able to provide us with great local information and recommendations for local attractions. He continued to be warm and engaging throughout our stay, with a great sense of humour. Outstanding staff we met included Phat, My, Loan, Tru, Tan and Yen. They were all friendly, efficient and helpful at all times.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Almanity's location is a huge plus. It is located within walking distance of the "Walking Town" and around 10-15 mins by taxi from the beach- An Bang. Having said that, once you enter the property, it is totally quiet and serene. The staff knows how to make your life comfortable without being intrusive, the breakfast and Christmas Eve dinner were GREAT, the front desk people were super helpful. I availed the spa facilities 1 day and it was heavenly, absolutely amazing. It is a safe hotel and I'd totally recommend it for solo/ friends/families.

Honestly, everything was great. There was a short problem with my washroom one day and the housekeeping took immediate care of it.
