Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms and very clean. Comfortable beds. Helen was so kind and helpful on the desk every day and I highly recommend the bike ride with Bao, the staff make this hotel even better! The souvenir on check out was an added bonus. Thanks again!

We had some noise through the night in our room but it was rectified straight away the following day. Unfortunately the security guard couldn’t understand the issue so we had to make do but it was all sorted thankfully.

good location - 10 mins walk from the old town. on a street with lots of good restaurants and cafes. rooms look exactly as the pics advertised. big and comfy. beds are a bit hard but we found them comfortable. great quality of bedsheets. the staff do a great job with cleaning the rooms and the property. the breakfast is made to order with 5 options and fresh fruit. Vietnamese style coffee/tea and water are free and available all the time. the girls at reception are always friendly, smiling and eager to help. they recommended activities and even let us know reasonable prices for anything we wanted to do/buy. all in all a great place to stay. extremely value for money. feels like home.

breakfast is great quality but could be boring if you stay more than 2-3 nights. options are limited to eggs/toast/pancake and fresh fruit. there were Moskitos in the room. the girls at reception provided Moskito repellent and and an electric moskito killer

The staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. Well priced taxis available (we compared to other places). Very good location, quiet but close to all the sites. A few options available for breakfast made to order.

Great location for exploring the old town, in walking to distance to everything while being on a nice quiet back street. Bicycles were available for free, and motorbikes available for rent at a cheap rate. Room was spacious and comfortable and the private bathroom was very nice. The lady on reception was super helpful and offered lots of information about tours, transport etc. The concierge / doorman was also super helpful and assisted us with bicycles, mopeds and our luggage every time.

The swimming pool area wasn’t much of a benefit and wasn’t the most inviting (be aware this is an indoor pool right outside bedrooms) We didn’t eat here and found breakfast to be better value outside the hotel.

What an amazing staff. 3 weeks into Vietnam and Hoianese was by far the best for the following: exceptional staff that was so kind, giving, accommodating, caring and professional. The staff set me up on a tour of the old city led by Bao who knew his Hoi An inside and out and was able to communicate a most detailed, insightful and interesting narrative of the historical, ethnic, religious, and cultural essence of Hoi An. Also set me up with tours of Marble Mountain and My Son. The guides here were excellent as well. Breakfast was so delicious and filling whether it be banana pancakes or omelet and the coffee and cucumber water served throughout the day refreshed and provided get up and go. Rooms were large, clean, quiet, romantic, and the bed was firm as I like it. Location was perfect. A quiet area near many fine restaurants that tower over usual Vietnam fare and at cheap cost. My favorite staff, place and made me feel like a visiting uncle rather than a tourist. I loved it so much I extended my 4 nights to 6. I almost forgot, pick up at Danang airport and motorbike to bus station upon departure. Hannah arranged it all with her magic wand. Neil, the wandering librarian

Leaving. That I am not a long term resident, for I had tears leaving these wonderful young people who genuinely cared. I was family.

Excellent experience. Room was comfortable and bright. Massive balcony, good bathroom and bed. Air conditioning and fridge worked. Room cleaned every day. Great location with some good restaurants right on the street. Short walk into Ancient Town. We booked a car to and from Da Nang city for 350k each way. You can find cheaper but it was easy through the hotel. Nice layout of the hotel. Pool was an added bonus.

I've had better free breakfasts, but it's free breakfast so hard to be too upset. Note that you pay on arrival, which is different than most of the places we stayed in Vietnam. You will also sit through a bit of a pitch on all of their tours, but they never pressured us after that.

Breakfast was great, choice of pancake, eggs scrambled or omelette, or toast. All staff including kitchen were so friendly and welcoming and reception staff so attentive, we had Lucy, Helen look after us and she went above and beyond to help me get some clothes I left in my hotel room. Room was clean and spacious. Close to everything, 10 minute walk to old town and a few nice resteraunts/ban mi only 2 minute walk away. You can hire motorbike, bike, book tours/cooking class and do laundry all at good price. We also booked the ha van pass through the hotel, at a good price of 450000 per bike & 2 luggage.

We came as a family 2 adults 1 baby and 1 5yo kid. We were really amazed by the service provided by the hotel since the 1st day. We were great fully welcomed by Lucy that explained us everything we should know about hoian and presented us all the services they have (things that even in 5 stars hotel its inexistant). An was specialy lovely by finding additional activities for my 5yo girl. She took her time to search nice things and my girl really enjoyed everything that she proposed. Cindy is always smiling and trying to see how she can be more well served. She is also really attentive foe everything. All of them The tours they provide are good value for money. The breakfast is simple but delicious and healthy. The hotel is really well located (walking distance from Old town) and you really have all facilities nearby. Laundry service is a plus ! We didn't want to go back home not only cause we loved the village but specially because they really made the good choice for staff. Those girls make the difference! The service is just amazing! My girl cried saying she wanted to stay with them . Congratulations and thanks again for the 4 days we spent there. If one day we come back to Hoi An we will stay there for sure! Lilly who was working on reception when I checked in was so friendly and helpful. After check in she went through the Hoi An map with me explaining all the tours and things to do on Hoi An- with great advice! Lilly was so friendly every time I met her- she was kind enough to remember my name. Room was a great size with a large comfy bed. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned each day! The indoor pool was an amazing bonus. Nice and refreshing and well maintained. The hotel was a 6 min or so walk to the old town but there is plenty of great food options very close by!

Excellent ambiance and very good breakfast. Helen and the others at the reception were really sweet. Helen helped me with lots of discounts on tours and much other local info and I am grateful to her for that. Efficient, communicative, and friendly and professional were the staff at every point. Bathrooms are luxurious and clean - including the shared bathrooms that I saw outside my room for the dorm inhabitants and guests. Nice looking swimming pool and great common area too. Price of the rooms is superb and very, very reasonable and affordable. This is the best place to stay in Hoi An. Delicious food and restaurant options around, and the hotel is located at a comfortable walk to the riverside.

The room was on the ground floor, so it got very cold, especially since it was raining all day in Hoi An. I hope I get a room on a higher floor next time with a window/view of the main road.
