The room was very clean and comfortable. It is a very good location and close to all the shops and markets. The staff were friendly and the pool is also nice to have. Good value for money.

This hotel is a lovely family run business, where the staff are very friendly and helpful - the lady on reception helped us book our airport transport and trip to the coconut village for a great price! It’s in a great location near the popular areas and you can borrow a bike for free from the hotel. The hotel is kept very clean and good value for money :)

Great pool, which is kept clean but the only problem is you don’t get the sun there after about 3.30pm but other than that no complaints!

Everything!! The hotel stuff was increasingly nice and made sure that our stay is as comfortable as possible. We could check in right after our arrival to the hotel even though we were earlier as planned. The room was clean and nice and with a balcony! Bikes and scooter that we rent at the hotel were in very good condition and for a correct price. The hotel has also an external shower ( out of the room) that we could use even after check out. I definitely recommend :)

- Very clean - Wifi (most rooms have their own wifi) very stable, fast and reliable - could work well and have meetings here - Pool (refreshing and nice) - and relatively shady! - Location (close to Old Town and close to gyms!) - exceptionally very nice and helpful owner! - Checkin was already possible at 7:00 in the morning when I arrived with the night bus - very nice building with a pool in the middle - Shampoo, soap and shower gel provided - Bed very comfortable - Noise level was very good at night and in the morning on the top floor - Air conditioning - One card as a key - Card payment possible - Room service

- Breakfast unfortunately no buffet, which I always criticize because I simply eat a lot and am not satiated by a small menu a la carte... But that probably doesn't apply to everyone. Even if I am aware that a buffet is not worthwhile for so few people... But the breakfast was very tasty and you could choose between several different dishes - The room on the top floor is very hot and has a few low ceilings due to the roof, where I bumped into things. I only got the room because I was there at 7am and it was the only one available, so I basically chose it myself and was grateful that I was allowed to check in so early - It wouldn't have hurt to have seating on the balconies - I personally didn't find the offer of tours / buses to another city so appealing and preferred to book elsewhere

Location was great, bed was comfortable & shower worked very well. big fridge too which was a plus. Didn’t have plugs & bedside table on both sides which was a minor inconvenience. Netflix on the tv was great. Wifi was a struggle for us as we needed to work and signal wasn’t great in the room to hotspot either so bare that in mind if you’re planning to work from your room.

Clean, tidy, big room and helpful staff. Location is good, in a quieter street but just 10 minutes walk to Hoi An old town, also nearby, 1 minute with a grocery store which has much more coffee bean and powder than old town with local price. There is bicycle rental and Janny is so helpful for arrangement of airport transfer. A church in 100m Main Street, I participate Christmas choral in Christmas Eve, with live firework. I love architecture of 200 years old houses in old town with nice coffee and food.

Tao at front desk is awesome!!! So kind and welcoming. She even brought me a portable fan when requested. What an amazing lady, who speaks perfect English too! Spotless room. Very modern, hygienic, and beautifully designed. High speed internet/wifi. Best of any hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam. Incredible bed, very comfy with high end linens. Slept like a baby. Again, best of any hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam. Beautiful soft towels for the shower. And I LOVED the facecloths! Only hotel in the country that I stayed that provided these as well. Quiet area but an easy (and scenic) walk to all the attractions. Fantastic pool. Big enough to swim laps!!! Delicious coffee & tea in room. Great rain shower. Lots of hot water available, even though I usually stuck to cold. This hotel was the best I’ve stayed in during my 3 week vacay in Vietnam. The PERFECT way to end my vacation. Thank you Paradise Villa!!!

The only thing I can think of is maybe having some tissue (Kleenex) in the washroom and some body lotion. And unfortunately, I did not receive my wake-up call as requested and could have missed my ride to the airport :( Other than that, outstanding property and I definitely recommend!

This is a good homestay in a great, less busy location just a short walk into the main tourist areas of Hoi An. We booked a family suite but got 2 rooms, however this wasn't a problem for us. The owner was friendly and accommodating, she helped us to book transport and gave advice about Hoi An. Laundry was very quick and delivered back to our room. The bed was too hard for us, subjective I know, and chairs on the balcony would have been a bonus. But the rooms suited us well for our stay and it was really convenient for seeing Hoi An. We used the free pushbikes to ride to the beach which was fun, even if they are very basic. The pool is very refreshing and welcome at the end of a hot day. We highly recommend the Noodle by STREETS restaurant, an excellent social enterprise with wonderful food and service a short walk from the residence.

The breakfast is limited but served us for an early start. There are plenty of nice cafes in Hoi An to enjoy if you want more. We prefer a softer bed.

Staff was super nice, helped coordinate bussing and gave us umbrellas to borrow in the sudden crazy rain! Excellent location, can't say this enough. I would highly recommend for location alone, it's not too close to old town but not too far and you can borrow bikes to see the rice paddies! So fun.

Clean and tidy, location is near Hoi An Old Town, just 1km or so, 10-15 minutes walk. Staff Janny and Nhien reply fast in message, Janny help me with the ride to Ah Bang. Room is big with balcony. Shower water strong and warm (Dec winter time 20C here) I love the old house architecture and museum of silk weaving, also lots of painting artwork, lanterns at night are so pretty too, but river side are flooded with tourists, one street back is better to me
