What a fantastic experience we had at Hoi An Dream City Hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the beautiful city with ease. The staff went above and beyond, providing us with valuable local tips on cooking classes and helping us book transportation to our next destination, despite our indecisiveness. Their assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and inviting, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploration. However, the only downside was the pool, which was hot and had an excessive amount of chlorine. It wasn't the refreshing oasis we were hoping for after a hot day. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience didn't overshadow the overall wonderful experience we had at Hoi An Dream City Hotel. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting this charming city!

it was lovely, we had a great time here. we stayed 6 nights here in the end we didn’t want to leave. the pool was so nice after a hot day wandering around. even though hardly anyone went in the pool we still loved it. everything was so clean, the staff were really friendly. and amazing location.

only bad thing we have to say and some people will disagree but the beds were a little to hard for us.

Very good hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious big, bright and clean room. A good big bed. The room has everything you need: kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, clean towels and linen, hot water and even umbrellas. The hotel is conveniently located. It is located within walking distance from the center, but not in the noisiest place. The room was quiet enough. At the same time, there are many restaurants, shops and massage parlors near the hotel.

Thankfully the hotel let us check in early which was super helpful after a long night bus! They also very kindly ungraded us for free which was very kind. They provided us with free bikes and were very helpful with booking trips. Location is very ideal around 10 minute walk to the old town and plenty of food options near by.

Location perfect for those who wish to walk everywhere. We had large bedroom, with 3 big beds. No problem for us to use stairs, as there is no lift, but may not suit others. Staff were i credibly helpful. Great bakery a few doors up and Secret Garden restaurant in same street.

The pool was small but very clean.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The room was super spacious and clean, the bed really confortable. The location is perfect as well, you are just 10min walk from the old city and you can find anything you want in the street The staff is also very friendly and they have a lot of excursions to propose

Quiet area but less than 10 minutes walk to Old town. Very clean. Big room. Free coffee or tea and you could refill your water bottle. Lastly, staff were lovely specially Huyen & Sim.

I wish they could have an flat iron that guests could borrow.

Location close to old town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Cosy and comfy.

Everything was perfect other than a half eaten cake that we found in our fridge. We removed and have to staff who were apologetic. This was not a big issue, but better attention to housekeeping would be only improvement.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Such good value for money. Would stay here again. Location close enough to the old town but distance away that it was quiet in evenings.

Great location just outside the old town. Lovely bakery nearby, too! Staff were so helpful they really couldn't do enough. Helped us to book train and bus for the next part of our trip! Free use of bicycles was amazing! And umbrella in the room were a useful addition!
