Prior to arrival I emailed the hotel for help with airport transfer info and how to book tickets for a train ride to Copenhagen. Amelie on reception was super helpful and replied promptly to my email Questions - thank you, I appreciated the assistance . The location of the hotel was convenient and as it was outside the city centre, it was extremely quiet and relaxing. The light train station is v close to the hotel which made travelling around Aarhus very easy. Our room was very spacious and beautifully presented. We hired bikes outside the hotel (donkey republic) and cycled to the beach and then on to the beautiful forest and marina. This was a great way to sightsee and enjoy the stunning shoreline. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - so fresh and an excellent choice of beautifully presented food. The chef and her whole team provided the most impressive service.

There is nothing to dislike.

The apartment is very, very big so there is definitely a lot of space. Even if it was specified that it was an apartment, I did not expect it to be so big! The value for money is really great given the size of the apartment And as it is an apartment, you also get a proper kitchen (with a rather large table), which is very convenient The staff is very friendly The bed was very comfortable; it was very calm in the hotel so it was perfect to get a good night's sleep ; the atmosphere there was very serene The breakfast is absolutely outstanding, with a lot of very original products to choose from. You can also order food for dinner at the hotel, which is quite convenient (and not that expensive!) given the fact that there aren't that many supermarkets in the area

It was a bit dark in the apartment, despite the lamps The hotel is quite far from the city center. Even though there is a streetcar right in front of the hotel, you still need about 30 minutes to reach the city center (and during the week-end there are fewer streetcars)

It's a clean place in a location next to the train. the breakfast is very good.

The lady who checked us out was awful. She was charging us for a full lunch because she claimed to see us take some bread to our room. That's crazy. She had no idea that cannot be done legally (no one ever informed us that we couldn't take some sweets to our room and she couldn't charge us without our permission). She needs to know her legal rights. Also, there is no neighborhood there whatsoever. The hotel is located in a very remote area next to large business complexes and parking lots. No neighbors, restaurants, streets, homes, nothing, nothing else in sight.

The sustainability concept, everywhere were plants, staff is super helpful, great breakfast, easy check in and check out, bikes to rent in front of the hotel, tram to center in front of the hotel, gaming room, and in general nice open and light spaces. Great place!

Not really negative, but there could be more vegan options at the otherwise great breakfast. At least a savoury dip for on bread and a vegan croissant or sweet pastry would have been nice, as I asked for options during booking. I was actually a bit surprised. The sauna is nice, but there is no room to relax and no shampoo in the (only cold) showers. The audio speakers didn't connect properly, even after downloading the app...again not really a big deal. For my taste the bed was too soft.

The hotel is located in a suburb of Aarhus, very convenient for access to the motorway and for business. It's only about 15 minutes' drive into city centre if you're there as a tourist. Compared with most hotels in Denmark, this is exceptionally good value for money. I stayed in the cheapest apartment and still had a fully equipped kitchen / dining area, really clean and modern bathroom, and bedroom with comfortable bed. The apartments are very well designed and furnished in Nordic style, and a great place to return to after a day's work. Despite the excellent self-catering opportunities, the hotel offers probably the best breakfast I've seen at a Danish hotel and you get a wide choice of home made, organic continental breakfasts. Tea and coffee is available from the dining area throughout the day if you want.

Nothing - it was all perfect.

The biggest highlight was the staff. They were all exceptionally friendly and tried to fulfil all our requests and to answer our questions to the best of their knowledge. The breakfast was very nice! We particularly enjoyed the home baked breads and bread rolls. The chefs seemed to enjoy their work, which is nice to see. The bathroom is pretty good - with plenty of surface area to put your toiletries, etc. The shower itself is very spacious and has a door, so no flooding of the rest of the room. There's a convenient lift, so you don't have to carry your bags upstairs. The tram runs directly next to the hotel, so you have quick access into the centre with public transfer.

The trams run directly next to the hotel, so you hear it regularly from the rooms. There's no cosy corner to sit in the room. If you sit at the kitchen table, the passer-bys can look right in, unless you draw the curtains, which makes it very dark. The concrete brutalism aesthetic might not be to everyone's liking. The view from the windows isn't great. Somewhat austere atmosphere in the whole complex.

The rooms were cosy and decorated in scandinavian style with enough cooking equipments. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious, fresh and various. It was nice that there was a gym and a free sauna.

We were told to recycle our garbage and put aside the plastic (a good thing of course). On the cleaning day on the 4th day we put the plastic on the table as we were told but they didn't take it. It was not nice coming back to that and have the garbage for the rest of the week.

Rooms are modern but homey, they are very high-tech and have a lot of amenities. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I ever had, but you got to order the eggs from the chef counter for a top experience (the best part) I had the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and it was way better than I expected The fitness room is pretty good, and the sauna is great. Buy remember you might need to start it an hour before you go in (if no one is using it) but you can chill on your room in that hour. (Or workout.+ Breakfast).

Nothing, it was all good.

Online check in. Great bed, lots of space, high quality furnishings, good breakfast that you could eat in the restaurant or take to your room. Liked to have that choice. Chromecast for streaming to tv. Really good WiFi.the design of the hotel was beautiful. It added to the feeling of luxury.

With these warm days the room heated up quickly and stayed very warm. Shame there is no airconditioner. Would be nice to have international channels on the tv, although there was an option for streaming to tv.

Whilst a little out of Aarhus the property is easy to find, with ample parking - and the tram line is within easy walking distance and then a 20 minute metro journey to the centre. The use of digital door codes and access to on-line information was really helpful. Staff were helpful and our one "concern" was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The fitness suite is well laid out with a good range of machines and the breakfast was exceptional.
