The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English. They were always ready to assist. The Hotel is located near the trainstation Sydhaven St, it takes you only 2 stations to Copenhagen Main Station and one station to the Mall of Copenhagen. Also we loved to explore the modern waterfront of Sydhaven, it’s really a great place and I think in the summer you could grab your bathing suit and go swimming 5 mins walk from the hotel! I really liked the common area of the Hostel, really inviting and cozy to spend time. There was a hair dryer, body wash and hand wash in the room, also some hangers to hang your coat, a little table with two seats and a little shelf.

Our Room had a problem with the window: The handle was missing and they used only a tape to close it. I felt like the room got little colder because of that.All in all it was warm enough, but there was no possibility to open the window for fresh air because of that and also there was some mold around the window.. The kitchen is tiny and the microwave didn’t work, also only 2 stove tops were working. Also there was only one night stand (I think somebody took the second one..?) And the rooms are not sound proof, you’ll hear your neighbors, but all our neighbors went to sleep at around 10 so we were lucky.

Well, as a woman, I was skeptical to get a bed in a mixed gender room. I didn’t have a choice because I don’t have the budget for this work trip. There were four gentlemen in the room and later on a girl. I talked to them and heard about various interesting stories. As a songwriter and a creative person, this was an amazing experience, really. One of them is a Greek guy who was applying for his masters for conservatory of music. He is an amazing pianist. Some of them are waiting to get an apartment in Copenhagen. It feels like a camping. I love it! 💕 PS: I lovee the billiard area!

There’s no food that you can order. I really wanted to try their club house.

Perfect 👌 location with parking facilities. Free WiFi . The room was very clean and had enough space for a couple. If we want we could order breakfasts for an additional price. Yes we had a good breakfast 🍳. Staff is very friendly and very helpful ❤️ We thought to stay two nights before. But we stayed 3 nights because we had all the facilities and easy accesses to famous public places at Copenhagen.🇩🇰❤️

The room we have been allocated for wasn’t good. Somehow , the shower has been broken and we had one pillow and one towel when we check. After informing to the receptionist, she was really sorry about that and she gave us a better room for the same price immediately. We were really happy about her action. ❤️

I am not a fan of hostels. However this one gave us the option to have a separate room for four people, a splittable twin bed and a bunk bed. Matrasses were comfy, they provided us with bedsheets and towels (no extra fee for our order) and we had our own bathroom, hot water was also not a problem. There is also a shared kitchen with some dishes and billiard.

Bar was closed for our whole stay, which was unexpected. The kitchen is a bit small crowded, but nothing unmanagable. And maybe vacuum a little more thoroughly in the rooms, but for one night it was a very plaesant experience.

First of all I am very satisfied with the price and all the facilities available! - there is a lot of room and many common areas the guests can choose from... In addition to that I like the staff (always helpful and well mannered), how spacey the rooms are, the availability of a shower and hot water in each room, the lockers under each bed which can accomodate a lot of baggage, etc... But most of all I'm happy with the well equipped kitchen where guests can cook on their own and the refrigerator available in it!!!

The availability of only one lift for such a big modern facility?!?... Couple of times it happened to me to change tables at dinner time because those appeared not to be clean enough, but I've also realised that some of the guests do not really care cleaning after themselves!...

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, everything was there that we needed for our short stay. We booked a late check out with a little surcharge and could stay until 14 o'clock. It's close to the train station Sydhavn which is just 2 stations away from the Central station. Our stay was much nicer than expected as a budget accommodation. I would stay here again.

Sometimes the reception was not occupied and I had to wait. But after some minutes they came and they were always very friendly. So not a big problem.

The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. There were useful boxes below lower beds to store more frequently needed items. There were hooks to hang up jackets and towels for drying. Two USB outlets for charging and small lamps for each bed helped to not disrupt the room by having to turn on the light. The common area was nice to spend your time. A large table with enough power plugs allowed me to use my laptop and charge my phone. It is worth mentioning that the hostel is close to a nice bouldering gym. The hostel is also well connected to public transport.

Due to safety reasons, the window was only allowed to be tilted. This led to a warm room in the evening, which could have been circumvented by my roommates and me by keeping the window tilted throughout the day.

1 of the staff member behind the counter, a dark air and eyes guy that had 0 will to do a good work, he double charged me one of the first days, I was so tired that I just payed the second time so o could sleep, and some days after the same guy tried to double charged it a second time when I had payed some more days with is colleague the day before because the days I bought where finishing and i bought some more days and I only could recheck-in in the next day, but this time I refused to double pay, I was geting angry and he just said "my bad I didn't saw it"

I had an issue with hot water, there was not hot running water the first day of my stay and it was only one night, they could not accommodate me to my satisfaction I found that a bit of a shame for the price of the room and the staff. Staff was telling me no managers are on the premises and they have limited powers, I found that odd that a hotel of this size has not managing team on the spot and that they do so little for problem solving and to keep the standards high

Very friendly staff at the reception. We wanted to ask if we can leave our luggage before we can check in. We arrived a couple hours earlier than check in time. The staff at the reception offered to search and provide us with an empty room. In the end we got to check in earlier. The room we received was even bigger than the one we booked. Room is clean. The hotel is very central and easy to reach. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is great. 10/10

Neighbors sometimes leave their room and close the door too harsh. You can hear it from your room. Not the hotels fault
