The flat was furnished with everything we needed while staying with kids (minus the microwave). The staff was always very responsive and friendly. It was easy to get around to where we wanted to go. The design of the place itself is a really nice combo of modern and hygge. :) Super comfy beds, possibly to do the laundry, great!

The kids splashed the whole bathroom when taking a shower because there is no curtain or partition. Pro tip: travel WITHOUT kids for a more enjoyable experience. Lol! We could have done with a microwave, but once again, that’s for the kiddos so...

Great space, location was fantastic. Near the metro and supermarket.

Few things needed repaired/updated. We had booked a room with a balcony. But one side was blocked due to scaffolding being up. Understand work needs to be done. But would have been nice if they let us know. Instead gave us a key showed us where to find the lift and was left to see the scaffolding as soon as we walked in. The only day it affected us as in noise was our last day. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. But nice touch would of been to have cleaning spray to wipe worktops. Maybe things like cooking oil and sauces as these are things you don't want to get when only staying for 5 days.

Very clean. Amazing interior design. The view... what is there to say? Like from a dream. The staff very kind and to the point. Nice complimentary chocolates and some coffee capsules, tea and cocoa. Very high quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream, smelled amazing and felt amazing to the skin. Thick and fluffy towels. Well equipped fitness center. There is a parking building (for payment) right next to the place. S-train and metro within 5 minutes from the hotel. The neighborhood is very good and safe.

Charlottehaven offers an excellent accommodation. Actually it’s one of the best we have ever been. A beautiful and comfortable apartment, and very helpful and friendly staff. The location is also great for staying and exploring Copenhagen. The train station is just around the corner, and the metro station is a few minutes away. We also used the Movia yellow boat from Orientkaz station. There are supermarkets and bakeries around. Absolutely recommend.

Very practical and clean. There is a fantastic parking right in front of the hotel and then an elevator so very comfortable for luggage ecc. The pool is amazing the employees al very nice and professional specially the two Italian young women at the breakfast. I oils stay again

The smell in the room at first. I think there might have been people cooking Chinese food before us Just the smell since it was actually very clean

This apartment hotel is an excellent choice. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious. The bedrooms were large with long beds and plenty of closet space. equipped kitchen. Nice balcony facing a very groomed inner garden. Everything was modern and with a nice design. Cabinet

Staff, apartment and location. Garage. Gym. Bike rental. Everything was perfect for us. We liked to get to know a new part of Copenhagen under development.

It's a bit off for those who want to be in the real city center. The pool, to which i think we had access, had only traditional ladder to get out. Difficult for some people. I think there was no safe.

Beautiful wood theme design apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Very well maintained and clean. Nice wooden floor. Gym is well equipped with an indoor pool. Great location ( few minutes walk from Nordhavn station ), and yet is very quiet. Supermarket is located in next block! Very helpful staff.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries. great balcony too. Gymis amazing, the back garden and the cafe too. and it’s close to the Metro and S-train.

not much to be honest… there was some construction happening across the road which was noisy at time but never for too long.

Location was perfect for visiting family in the neighbourhood and for strolling down town too and around using the Metro.

There was one unwashed dish and the mattress had a plastic protective cover which was difficult to sleep on The worst thing was the charge added for paying with credit card. We were not advised by reception on the transaction and we could have paid in cash - the surcharge was very high - we just expected to pay the total price as stated on the booking.com site.
