the accommodation is perfect. The room is big for a 3 people family with a good kitchen to cook in case you don't want to eat outside. No noise, very good eating and cooling sistem. Bathroom is good. There are also washing and drying machine. Nice gym. TOP.

The pool temperature was a bit low.

The room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of room for the cot in the bedroom. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and room service from the restaurant on our first night. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the center but we knew this when booking and it wasn't a problem for us.

The swimming pool was freezing! The restaurant isn't open at weekends except for breakfast.

Very spacious apartments with excellent facilities. Comfortable beds.

The Receptionist didn't seem to know where the local bus went, or that it stopped at the nearest metro/train station.

Great location; close enough to the main attractions, but at sufficient distance to make for a tranquil environment. Walking distance to the train station makes it easy to move to and from the airport Personnel is kind and attentive, just a notch below exceptional The pool is nice and perfectly adequate for a swim. Sauna and gym are perfectly OK, not extraordinary but fit the bill. We loved the rental bikes; modern, light, with basket included and actually cheaper to rent than those offered online. Well appointed room with full size washer and dryer conveniently out of view in the bathroom. Fridge, hob and oven are perfectly adequate. Good-sized room and closets.

There is a need to brush up a little on the cleaning in general and the paint job of some walls, this may seem as an exaggeration, but one prefers everything spotless of course.

The room was really spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchenette makes such a difference if - like me, you don't enjoy hotel breakfast. The interior of the hotel is lovely, calm and quiet. We enjoyed the bike hire, which made moving around the city nice and easy. The bikes were good quality.

The noise from the trains was extremely loud at night. Last time we stayed we had an apartment on the courtyard and it wasn't so bad, this time in a smaller room, it was pretty unbearable! The room got very hot at night and the fan didn't make any difference, despite having it on the temperature lowest setting. Not being able to open the window due to the trains made this problem difficult to solve. There is only a rain-shower in the bathroom - which is not ideal. Having an additional hand-held shower-head would make washing long hair a lot easier.

The staff at the hotel are always friendly and professional. The apartment rooms are spacious, with nice modern decor. The hotel is quiet at night and the bedding is lovely, so I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast area is beautifully decorated, and there's a well stocked supermarket right next to the hotel if you want some snacks.

These are minor things only, but the lift is really slow to arrive and I couldn't find the stairs to take instead. Perhaps they could be more clearly marked for those who don't want to wait? Also, although the breakfast is lovely there could have been more plant based options available without asking, e.g. having plant milk out for coffee tends to be standard but I could only see regular milk. The location is a little outside of the city centre, and likewise a bit of a walk (15 mins) from the nearest metro stop so if you have a bigger suitcase be prepared to pull it along some semi cobbled pavements.

The room was very nice and I loved the balcony and the layout of the room. The staff went above and beyond - we had a minor emergency situation and staff came up with a great solution and didn't charge us anything additional for that. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. The grocery store right around the corner made stocking the pantry and refrigerator very easy to do.

We were walking most of the time, and it was about a 25 minute walk to get to the train station in order to get to other locations in or around town. There was a bus that ran near the hotel, but not often enough late at night so walking was really the only option.

Really modern and clean, room was spacious enough for 3 people, the washing machine and dishwasher were an extra bonus and well used. Was great to be able to eat lunch out and then have dinner at the hotel. Bed was super comfy and loads of space to put kids toys and our luggage. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other at all. All the staff were amazing and the bike hire was very helpful. So easy to navigate the city on a bike. Gym and pool were great! Used both everyday.

Our room faced the courtyard and it would have been nice to see the water, an extra chair on the balcony would have helped too. Only one bike with a child seat so we had to wait a day or so for it to be available but the staff were really helpful about it.

The location is not very near the city center but after 5 mins.walk you can reach to the train/metro and bus stops. Also right under there is a Netto supermarket open from 07-22 so you can do your grocery,drink etc shopping there easily. Very convenient. If you are jogging or running there is a very nice park where you can go easily.

There are some restaurants and cafes very near of the Hotel but like all other places they have weird working hours and days. The taxi from city center (around Tivoli area) to hotel approximately 200DKK but metro and bus go very near.

This is an amazing place, a beautiful hotel with really full-fledged apartments that have everything you need to live comfortably for a long time. Well equipped kitchen. Complete bathroom with Washing and drying. Comfortable separate bedroom and a pleasant seating area in the living room. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, you can rent an underground parking. The location is amazing, you can rent bikes or take a walk in the nearby parks

The only thing to note is that there is only an overhead shower in the bathroom. Theoretically, you can use the bath itself, but there is no switching from shower to faucet. (We filled water into the bathroom from the overhead shower, which is not very convenient)
