The breakfast was amazing, really like it.

The cleaning of the room was terrible. In the first night I had drunk hot chocolate and the cup continued dirty in the room untill I made the check up. They didn't clean the room at all. I couldn't open the windows because the position of my room allows everyone to see inside my room and it really disturbed me because i didnt have ar condition and was very hot and a lot of people passed through and looked inside and was very noisy. One night I had the need of one fork to eat and the reception was close and they lock the door to the living room, and was only 22h pm Don't have shampoo and conditioner also

We stayed here as a family to visit legoland which was 15 mins away by car. This was a very clean hotel with a great playground and our family suite room was very comfortable. The restaurant was a great option after a day out for very nice food and the staff very accommodating to our requests for kids food. We had a lovely stay in this peaceful setting after a hectic day out, just what we needed with a lovely breakfast too !

The hotel is in a strategic location to Visit Billund and the themed parks around (Legoland, Lalandia, LegoHouse, the zoo). It's 10 min driving from the airport. The rooms are clean, there is no storage for clothes but you can live with that! Breakfast is good and fresh, there are a lot of alternatives and the staff is always ready to assist with special requests you might have. Outside of the hotel there is a nice park with kids playground where they can spend some fun time.

+ Fastest and probably most uncomplicated check in and check out I ever had. + Quiet in the night. + Comfortable beds. + Restaurant was very good. + Nice nature nearby. + Little fitness studio but mainly for cardio and not strength training. + Quite cozy athmosphere.

- Will never like that system with open shower without doors, but it simple seems to be a thing in Scandinavia and luckily due to heating the floor dries up fast. - Quite simple and limited breakfast though okay for just a few days.

The main building is very charming and feels like it is taken care of (burning candles everywhere etc). We had a nice suite with modern interior in one of the annexes. There is a playground for children between the buildings and plenty of parking spaces. The location is ideal to go to Legoland and the Lego house.

We knew that the restaurant would be closed (so communication was good :)) but there are not many alternatives nearby. You need to drive about 10-15 minutes then, but that was not a big problem.

Nice service, good value for a price for lux room 25 m2 (other numbers are too small) located in the annex. The room was clean. Good parking facility if travelling by car.

The hotel is located in quite small village and it is almost impossible to use a public transport, only expensive taxi can be taken. The exact location is Filskov village, not Grindsted as shown on the address, which is connected to post index. Only cold breakfast is available, there was even no porridge or eggs available.

we really liked the location surrounded by greenery, many playgrounds at the hotel and locally. you can find places to walk. food and service was very nice , talkative . I would definitely recommend.

you certainly can't count on local transport, bus, etc., only with a car or a taxi, which is expensive.

Excellent and tasty breakfast. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Nit very far away from legoland. The restaurant had execllent meals.

The windows did not have blinds, only curtains. The curtains were not very eficient to stop the light to enter in the room at early day times (ie when we are supposed to sleep).

We had good days. The morning starts with a good breakfest. The kids had a lot of fun outside. And we was just was a little time away from Legoland, Lalandia....... We was one times using to eat in the evening and this was already great. Good kitchen but a little to much ;)

Hotel is pretty, there are activities for kids, beds are comfortable, big parking lot, very clean.

Breakfast is very basic (only cold items like bread, meat, cheese), coffee was not good, very few items for children. No AC, did not need it for the majority of time, but moscitos flew in site if we opened window.
