I stayed at the Lodge to visit Legoland and Lego House with my family. The location is great to access both places, with Legoland being only a few minutes’ walk away, and Lego House a little further, but easily within walking distance through a lovely park. The hotel is great to stay with young children, with an indoor pool and an area for them to play. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

It was sometimes a little warm in the room, and I couldn’t figure out how to fix that! The hotel isn’t near the town center, and after long days of walking we didn’t feel like travelling anywhere else for dinner. That means we ate at the hotel buffet every evening, which I feel was a little expensive for what we got.

Its location. Legoland and Lalandia parks are approx. 400 m. from hotel. Good breakfast and dinner if you’re going to stay for a couple of days (the same everyday). Huge room (not sure all the rooms of the same size). Cleanness. Close enough to airport.

The day or two before visit get ready to get tons of spam into ypur email account. It’s overwheling. They will ask you to check-in, then to download and install the app for virtual room access key, then to book table for breakfast otherwise you won’t get it, the time of your arrival and much more. Btw, regardless of booking the breakfast table, I had to spend 10 minutes in a queue. As I’ve already mensioned breakfast and dinner are good, but the choise is the same. So, 2-3 days and we loop again. For those who’s gonna book this hotel it’s ok, the most part of the spam via email can be dismissed (not breakfast reservation). Prices: dinner for two 500DKK of the date of writing this post, but you can eat as much as you can.

The Lodge staff are great and very friendly. The breakfast from the Leaf restaurant is great and excellent with all the different types of menu to choose from. The room is clean, and the premises of the hotel are welcoming. The Lodge is equipped with a nice family-friendly swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool. Great gym to flex the muscles and both indoor and outdoor play areas for children. It is positiined at an excellent location. About 5 minutes from billund town centre, Lolandia Aquadome and Legoland are a few minutes walk from it. It is a must visit. And I strongly recommend that visitors and tourists stay whenever they visit Billund.

Loved our stay at the Lodge with our family. I was not expecting our room to be so big, so it was a nice surprise. Loved that all windows had blackout roller blinds and TVs connected to Chromecast. Bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable I've ever experienced when traveling. Breakfast had a great selection of everything. Kids enjoyed the playroom in the morning while waiting for Legoland to open. We wanted to test out the pool as well, as it looked really nice, but by the end of the day, we were all extremely tired. Location was everything. Less than a 5min walk to Legoland and Lalandia, we even took a nice walk to Legohouse through the park. You don't need a car rental or even a taxi if you stay here as everything is very easily approachable.

There was not a single thing

We stayed here because we visited LEGOLAND. It’s a 5 minute walk from the place. And it’s a 5 minute bus ride from the airport. Take the bus No. 43, the platform is right in front of the exit of the airport, the ticket costs 26 DKK (3,50 EUR) per adult (children ride for free), you can buy the ticket from the driver (CASH only). The hotel is quite big with lots of parking space and a playground for kids. The breakfast is delicious (Danish cinnamon buns are top notch). One of the rarest hotels where pillows were just right for me.

Only one coffee machine was working during breakfast time and there was a long queue.

Great location and a wonderful walk through the park to Lego House! Very clean and good sized rooms. Breakfast was also excellent and staff extremely helpful!

We struggled to sleep both nights during our stay as the room was so hot. It was only about 5 degrees outside on an evening and I checked the heating wasn't on in the room or in the corridor and both radiators were off but the room was still uncomfortably hot. We slept with both windows open and the fan on full to try and get some sleep. Some air conditioning units would be a welcomed addition to the rooms. If I was being picky some firmer Pillows would be nice in the rooms too.

The room was very comfortable and there was everything our family needed for a cozy stay. Extra points go for the breakfast that had high variety of different products, playroom for kids and playground outside. We also liked the gym. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use the pool, but we will probably give it a try next time. The common areas, rooms and the area outside are very clean and deserve 5/5 stars!

The sound isolation could be a bit better. Our kid went to bed at around 8 pm and the level of noise in the hall was just extremely high. We had to use white noise app on the phone, but still heard some noise. So maybe during next renovation the doors could be replaced for a higher noise proof level?

The hotel is in the same side like Legolend and very close to Lalandia, so the car was resting all the time. Near the hotel is a very nice park, we took our dog, so it was nice to take a walk close to hotel. Also we were surprised, that ou dog got a toy and a blanket :D h was very happy.

The was no air conditioner, and when we were it was hot. Becauso the airport is very close so in the evening you have to close the windows at leats for 2-3 ours at let your kid to go to sleep. This was the problem at least for our family.

The location of the hotel, that is very close to lalandia, legoland and legohouse is perfect. The staff is realy very, very helpful and nice. We traveled with 2 children and we could already check-in earlier, as the room was already prepared (otherwise there is always a possiblity to leave luggage in the hotel). There is a playground for children in the area of hotel, a swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was ok for 3 times (very good salmon :)), otherwise it could be more variuous.

I think the rooms for family (2 adults and 2 children) could be bigger, besides I think they are not worth that price that we paid. Unfortunately we didn’t get the room with the entrance on a garden and playground (I think it can be nice for families with children), but I understand the hotel was fully booked. Besides I think the hotel inside could be already refreshed. Based on the pictures, we thought the swimming pool will be nicer and bigger, besides jacuzzi were out of order.
