the quality of the food it was really good, and the cocktails as well. The beach and the color of the water were amazing, I had never seen such colors in Bavaro, as I am used to staying in resorts located more in the north. I really recommend the spa and the massages.

I believe the hotel should place more sunbeds in the pool as it was difficult to find a spot all the time. I felt like the staff didn't involve much the people to sign to the different activities and sports. Maybe they only ask to those staying at the beach.

bartenders were very friendly. staff was very helpful. beautiful property

our shower head was broken. dinner in the italian restaurant - a roach fell on my head, i knocked it off, it landed on the table and i knocked it to the floor. There was a bug in my husband's dessert that night as well. There was also a roach on an empty table next to us. offer more than wine and beer to drink in the restaurants. the american restaurant food was not very good.

The beach was clean.

The room didn't have an iron like before. There wasn't a phone connection in the room. The electrical connections had problems. They charged my card 355.00 dollars, but the reservation on booking stated 314.

The buffet

it was small enough to walk anywhere, it had a lot of trees and a lot of green spaces. It was really easy to reach the beach and navigate the hotel. the animals were really pretty. the buffet was really good and abundant. the sos is amazing and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

the restaurants were mildly disappointing, the food wasn’t exceptional and there wasn’t a lot of variety. Room service was weird sometimes (came really early in the morning to clean the room when we were sleeping). There’s no basic first aid kit in the lobby.

Very nice hotel for its price. We booked room with a ocean view and VIP access. Check in went smooth and fast. We received really nice room. Food was good, deserts, ice cream. But not much seafood, which is actually all around DR, as seafood there is really expensive. Restaurants were also OK, not perfect, but again, we did not expect a lot for this price. We had nice beach with VIP access. Bar on the beach, cocktails and fruits. Room was very nice and clean, friendly staff. If you are not looking for a very luxury hotel, then definitely go for it. We had ants in the room, which woke me up at night, but in the morning room was disinfected and problem solved. We had rotavirus, which was might be because of food or drinks, but we are not sure what was the reason.

The beach, the hotel activities like Yoga classes, painting, and the drinks are amazing. The side of the beach is a little dirty, I've found some plastic bags inside the ocean water. The food is delicios, they have a lot of options to eat. There are a lot of bars, near so you can have a drink The staff is nice

The beach was amazing, however, the pool opens at 9am and closes at 7pm, there's not enough time to enjoy the pool and in the afternoon it's too crowded. When we were there the door key didn't worked, I had to go to the counter agan so they activate it. They mentioned that you shouldn't keep it near to the phone.

The property was nothing short of amazing!!! Small language barriers but overall it was great !! The food was veryyyyy very good !! You do have to make reservations at the gourmet and Asian restaurant though !! The buffets were 10/10!!!!!!! Breakfast lunch and dinner!!! Amazing

I had to beg for extra towels !! I was also charged an extra fee that I wasn’t aware about. I tried to contact the hotel to see if someone could explain but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Check in took about a little over an hour and my room wasn’t even ready even though it took an hour for me to even get up to the desk.

The 3 buffets, where great with fresh natural juice in the morning with so many varieties of food to choose with drinks. Our server aviela was great.There's always activities all day with activities for kids at the daycare by the beach. The spa massage was amazing, I had two massages done by Fany (recommended) she's very good in what she does, I had pain in my back and after her working on my back & neck, I didn't feel the pain anymore and felt fresh, it comes with sauna, followed with two separate relaxing in their swimming pool: hot & cold. Then we had a issue with the first room and the manager took care of us and switch us to a better room.The bathrooms on the beaches where very clean, the bar people are very friendly and good at what they do, my favorite drink was banana mama with rum (yummy). They where security every where in the establishment and the beach. The yards are well maintained and the employees are very friendly (hola).

At the beach, sometimes you have sellers who tried to sell you packages(overprice) or coconut (10$/US) which is too much for something they climb up naturally to get, not more than 3$ or 160 pesos! The hand sanitizer should be more encourage at the lobby. WIFI, Iron and safety box is not included in price The WIFI is only free outside the rooms. And the tv remote is not easy to figure out, so ask the bellboy or staff to explain, before entering the room, the first time.

I liked absolutely everything. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and a large part of it is a park, with peacocks and geese. The room had a view of the sea, but I think that wherever the view is, it is not a mistake. The room is large and spacious, the beds are large, wide and comfortable. Balcony with furniture. Wifi in the room, on the beach, around the lobby is satisfactory.The main restaurant with a large selection of food really, so if someone can't find something to eat, I don't know what they eat at home. Food from various salads, various meats, seafood, fish, lasagna, spaghetti, cakes, everything, everything. Fruit in abundance, juices and then alcohol and their cocktails at the beach bars. Similarly, on the beach, if someone is hungry, they can eat, refresh themselves with fruit or sweeten something sweet. The staff is really friendly, whatever you need they are at your service. Everyone is smiling, cheerful, sweet, young. Sunbeds and towels both around the beach and on the beach
