Centric, lot of places around, room looked clean and beds were comfy.

Old building rennovated, nor quite functional, air conditioner made a lot of noise and wasn't that cool, the room smelled like an old mummy tomb.

I loved the pool and the staff was very friendly. The woman on the fifth floor helped me get into the relaxation room and that was enjoyable.

I didn’t like that I could hear the street noise and could hear flushing and movement in the hallway. I wish it would have been a little quieter after a long day of traveling. I also didn’t like that my total on the website was 184 dollars and then when I checked out it was 240? Two bottles of water couldn’t add that much.

They offer great amenities. I was at the pool every day because it was so good... caught a little sunburn. Surprisingly, they didn't offer, Aloe Vera lotion or sunblock. I had to search for a pharmacy to step out...other than that! Just a suggestion...everything was phenomenal

They charged me $60.00 for a twist off $7.00 bottle of wine. be very careful with the staff on tapas bar. I was in shock they even had this wine in the building. other than that they need to put literature in room: channel line up, emergency numbers there was luterally nothing but a qr code.

The staff is very welcoming. It was raining when we arrived and the security guard came out with an umbrella to take our luggage from the parking area. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was able to accommodate a cot for my son. We stayed on the VIP floor and the snacks were a big hit with the family. Food for room service was delicious.

There were no negatives for me.

This property has it all and it’s located right in the heart of Santiago de Los Caballeros. It’s superb attention to detail, amazing staff, great food and the pool area is so inviting a total vibe! Thank you Jose Orlando for accommodating our needs you are a true MVP.

The staff are very attentive. My Room was clean. Parking close to the hotel. Pool clean. The casino was inside. The hotel is well located.

My room was very small it was at the end of the hallway near by the street. The noise of the cars, motorcycle I could heard every morning. The hotel doesn’t have sound proof windows apparently.

The breakfast was delicious every morning. Pedro Rodriguez (I went back to check his name tag) was so accommodating with My 2 daughters and my son in law. He was the most outstanding person for me. I work in customer service and his treatment to my family was something remarkable Great job!

Nice selection of food. A little too heavy and greasy.

Over run and had to queue for 30 minutes. Things like pancakes could be made in the back. No need for one person behind the frying station to do everything. Half the meal was dished up and then you wait for eggs and everything is ice cold. Not practical.

The staff was very professional. I lost my passport in the casino after I changed dollars to pesos, and I thought I would never find it. The Manager called the casino and it was turned into the security desk. This is something that I never thought would happen. I was so grateful to the Management of the hotel. Thank you very much.
