Small and easy to navigate around the property. The staff were courteous and professional. The facilities were clean and well-kept. Has a great ambience for family with various activities and excursions. food was great especially the Italian restaurant Who is my favorite dish “the lasagna”. It was in the middle of a small town where you can enjoy the culture and feel safe with the tourism police.

The Wi-Fi was very very bad. We also had to pay for very very bad Wi-Fi. They also guarantee the Wi-Fi all around the resort where signals were very weak, where some spots did not have Wi-Fi at all. There was a very hazardous water pipe coming out the grass that cut mine and my wife’s toes. The drinks were not the best. very small selection of drinks.

Jacuzzis is what make you feel different on this place.

Staff isn’t that nice with people.

The staff is crazy hospitable. The place is sparkling clean and the beach is just excellent. The buffet has a great variety.

We sent a message before coming asking if we could check in earlier; the response was completely unrelated saying how much we’re going to pay for the stay. We arrived anyways at 3pm- the exact check in time but the room wasn’t ready until 3:45pm. But during checkout, which was supposed to be at 1pm, they already called in around 12nn saying it’s time to go.

The food, water or drinks was making all of us sick. Also the food wasn’t always the best, I found a hair in my dessert. The rooms that we stayed in weren’t the cleanest, we had to request for our room to be cleaned again after arriving

The food was awful. I stayed at this property years ago, since then quality of the food has declined drastically.

Staff safety was excellent especially at the pool the security guard was on top of his job for our children , other staff was very pleasant ,food was good night club was great nice and cold for those hot nights

Activities could have been better I use to to come years ago and it was more entertaining back than more games for the children and adults would be great , Internet service could have been a bit better

The location of this resort is just beautiful! Perfect. And they have mane pools, which are just stunning!

During breakfast they could pay more attention to the guests, I think because of the amount of guests they tend to overlook some other guests.

The room was excellent, spacious and clean, great for my family and myself. The pool was great as well, so much space between everyone, perfect for a vacation during COVID-19. Staff where very helpful and worked very hard in keeping COVID guidelines. Always keeping distance and reminding other people to do so.

The food was not bad, but could have been better. Most of there restaurants where closed due to the pandemic and to keep everyone safe but still was ok.

The location, the beach, beach rock formations, resort architecture, clean pools, pool design and features, activities, massage, landscaping, buffet food and drinks.

Pool bottom needs to be painted on the larger pool, the hand rail on the stairs close to our room was not secure, toilet would not stop running until you adjusted it after each use,
