Ultravioleta Boutique Residences

This property is a hidden gem!, with beautiful architecture, and well manicured landscape sitting right on the beach. We truly wanted to stay longer if we could. The staff was always unbelievably attentive, with kudos to Sagrario for making our short stay extra special. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. This is by far the best place in Cabarete. The restaurant is also exceptional and we cannot wait to visit again soon. I want to thank all the staff at Ultravioleta for a truly unforgettable experience.

The property is gorgeous and quiet. Our apartment was wonderful with a large terrace. The beach area right in front of the property is not that big, but since there were not that many guests during our stay, there were always lounge chairs available. Just a wonderful peaceful and relaxing environment. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful.

A little booklet inside the apartment with basic information (such as wifi password, nearby restaurants, phone numbers etc) would have been helpful.

The property is very clean and beautiful! the pictures do no justice to it. We felt safe at all time of the day!

I didn’t like that the jets of the private pool were not on all day, causing the water of the private pool to be cloudy. However, the pool guy did turn it on in the morning and did his best to maintain the water clear as fast as possible. The pool guys, service guys and the security were all very attentive!

The location; right on the beach. Lovely staff, extremely cooperative and friendly. We stayed at the three bedrooms apartment which has its own plunge pool. The apartment is very spacious and family friendly.

The internet. You barely get coverage from the wifi in the bedrooms. This should be an easy fix for the management to make it a 10/10 place.

Location was excellent. within waling distance to beach restaurants and town. We stayed in the 3 bedroom with pool and found the condo very spacious and open. The bedrooms were all very large and equally nice.The property management were always helpful in arranging taxis and covid tests.

The coffee maker in the condo was small 2 cup that barely made enough for 2 mugs of coffee and leaked whenever we used it. We had 5 adults drinking coffee in the mornings.

Everything else

It should have more kitchen utensils and we had no view from the apartment.

The apartment was great, very nicely decorated and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent Location and Facilities. Friendly Staff.

For lengthy stays a washer and drier would be necessary. The menu options at the beach restaurant could also be improved, although the food was good...

sliding glass door to deck didn’t lock several of the kitchen items we in poor shape (can opener rusted and not functional).

The location was excellent and the bar very good! The drinks were amazing ! We didnt get a chance to try to food because it closed at 4pm, but we went to a near by restaurant.

I would have liked for the wi-fi service to be stronger and the instructions a bit clearer in the flyer - for the apt. I believe it has two wi fi connections, but it seemed a bit confusing. Other than that, it was a five star experience.

Great location, perfect and incredibly polite staff (every request and attention taken care of immediately, and the security is discreet and obliging), the facility is of the highest standard with an extremely intimate atmosphere. There are plenty of indolent local restaurants in the area, but the kitchen in the residences allows you to cook on your own. A private and protected beach with a shaded bar is a great idea. We will definitely go back there.
