Cristina is amazing host. Her villa is very clean and comfortable. She cooked for us amazing food for breakfast and dinner. Pool is very clean and with sunbeds. Location is perfect in safe area. Really recommend to stay at this place as long as you can. Definitely will be back!

We loved Christina's food and hospitality. She is wonderful! We felt very safe and relaxed there, and it was quiet. The pool was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the neighboring hotel for lunch or coffee (it is immediately next door and has breakfast, lunch and dinner, but we only every had lunch or drinks there sometimes), and to a couple of other restaurants (about a 15-ish minute walk). Christina had good recommendations for drivers, which I think you need regardless of where you stay in Sosua or Cabarete. If you are wanting a relaxing, peaceful home-base while you go out for the beach or exploring, then I highly recommend this.

The local beach had very strong waves and was not safe for kids to swim in, in my opinion. We did go there and enjoyed the sunset and playing in the sand. You can easily walk there. As for taking kids for a swim, I recommend taking a taxi to Sosua beach, which was an affordable 5-10 minute ride.

Complimentary breakfast is provided, while an optional dinner incurring an additional cost is available; a choice I enthusiastically embraced given the chef's remarkable culinary prowess – a daily indulgence I would gladly opt for. The air conditioning entails supplementary charges for both daytime and nighttime usage, yet its performance is notably efficient. The property's advantageous proximity to key attractions like Restaurante Maria (requiring a day pass) and the captivating Santa Fe (accessible from 11am onwards with a day pass) is noteworthy. A brief commute to Alicia Beach, complete with a waterfront dining establishment, is conveniently feasible. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend selecting this establishment for accommodation, and I anticipate a return visit.

Everything was amazing - the house, our room, hot water( which you can’t find in this country:)) the host, location. It was the best place we stayed in during our trip to the Dominican Republic. I thoroughly recommend this heaven place with unbelievable atmosphere, where you want to come back again and again!

Fantastic stay - we loved everything about B&B Pavillion. The location was great, close to several beaches and restaurants, the room was clean and spacious, the communal areas were great and Christina was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Christina's B&B was clean and affordable. The accommodation is exactly what you would expect staying at a B&B but the best part of our stay was Christina! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Christina (+pet family Suzy^_^) Her "open door" style of hosting her guests is exactly what will have us come back! We absolutely will recommend her place to our friends and family!

Not Christina's fault but my husband is vegan so he didn't get a chance to enjoy breakfast as much as I did :-) Christina's omelets and cakes are delicious by the way!

There are so many wonderful things we can say about our stay at B&B Pavilion & the owner Christina. This was exactly what we were looking for & needed for our vacation as a married couple. Christina connected us with only the most reliable & responsible drivers to pick us up from the airport. They were very knowledgeable of the roads & safely drove us to the location - which was very important for us as my wife is pregnant. Christina also awaited to greet us as we arrived at nearly 3:30 AM. The taxi was VERY reasonably priced & available to take us wherever we needed to go. The pool, house, & the rooms were very clean, and the bed & pillows were super comfortable! The house & the room was so much MORE beautiful than the pictures could capture. Laundry was available at an extremely reasonable price! And the pool was perfect after a day at the beach! The breakfast was DELICIOUS! Not only was the food homemade & cooked fresh everyday - but the owner made fresh bread (and jams) from scratch, and she baked the most amazing cakes daily: ranging from lemon, chocolate, to chocolate marble! Anything we needed, Christina went out of her way to accommodate for us including the most amazing (& affordable) homemade dinners (esp the pasta)! Playa Laguna is literally less than a 5 min walk from the booking. It was beautiful to watch the sunset there, swim, & enjoy the calm. There were SO FEW people there that it really felt like you had the beach all to yourself! And the water was nice and warm! We also enjoyed the crystalline beaches at Playa Alicia & the beach that took our breath away Playa Sosua! It was less than a 10 - 15 minutes ride (we literally saw beautiful fish & coral in the water)! We highly recommend and can't wait to visit again! Christina is the BEST!

the host Christina made our stay so much more exceptional. just an absolutely gorgeous location with a “Homey” feeling. all food was made from scratch (even the bread and jam). so impressed with this stay. by far the best we had during our entire trip.

Beautiful house. Whilst the location wasn't central for walking distance, its fine if you have a car and actually nice to be in a pretty residential area rather than the bustle of the town. Plus it's easy to get a bus/car into town
