Beautiful property. Location is gorgeous. Ocean front Villa with amazing views.

Poor stocking of the house. Everything ran out quick. Basically provided the minimum. Had to request dish soap. Had dishwasher but no soap. Had washer and dryer but no laundry soap. Facilities need updating. Things are becoming run down. Showers with rusty faucets. sinks with slow drains. No hot water. The tanning beds were filthy with built up dirt in Villa #8 Flies everywhere in Villa #3- unbearable. Villa #8 full of ants.

The property was very well,kept clean, an provided all the utensils needed for cooking. The receptionist were very professional an quick in checking you in an out. Mr. Romis an Mr. Osiris were spot on, they will definitely square you away upon arrival. Overall, I give this establishment 9/10. I highly recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for a more secluded an laid back experience. This is for mature people that enjoy the finer things in life.

The back yard was outlined with shrubs, it would be nice if that was replaced with a privacy fence.

Everything!!! this place is amazing. I stayed here with my family of 4 and my in laws. Kids ages (3 &4). We were here for presidents week and it had very little people staying here, which I loved. The staff was helpful in every way. They were always available for any questions. Will at the front desk was very proactive as everyone else there. We needed Covid tests to come back to the States and they helped get a lab come to our villa. The Villa is beautiful and clean and it was in close vicinity to all their attractions. we had a private pool in the villa which was amazing and clean. It rained over night and first thing in the morning there was people cleaning up the pool and the property. Restaurant Maria is gorgeous with the views and pools. Can’t tell you much about the food since we brought our own to the villa but we did have the pizza and fries and they were a hit with my kids. The clubhouse and water park was my favorite part for me and the kids. The views are spectacular and the little water park was a hit with my kids. They also have a little safari park which was a hit with my 3 year old. El bar barco has quite a selection of drinks and staff very friendly. They also have food coming from restaurant Maria. They have a very small private beach, clean and beautiful. We didn’t get to swim in the ocean because the huge waves and red flag. They have kids and adult bikes for rentals, segways and golf carts as well. I do have to say that the their kid’s bike do need an upgrade and air in the tires but my kids loved it anyways. We got massages from Milagros at the spa and again it was amazing and prices are good. We spent a day at Laguna Sov and my kids and the adults had a blast. They have a huge selection of wet and dry attractions. There’s also a restaurant and a bar here. The resort and attractions are small, but that’s what I loved about it. They are still building and you will see and hear a lot of construction. However, it didn’t interrupt our stay.

There were a few things, very minor things that I would recommend: - more signs around the property to tell us where everything was. we did ask around and people helped us. - hotter water in the showers in the villa. This is a personal choice since I like hot showers no matter the weather. -upgrade on kids’ bikes - A gift shop or little store to grab some necessities. We did have to leave the resort and they have everything close by, but I would’ve personally liked to get a few things at the resort.

Villa was not as private as I hoped. Every morning there was a yard hand or pool guy in the backyard. They come unannounced and they came 5 out of 7 days. I would prefer they performed maintenance before and after my visit. BBQ grill not include but available for 50.00 per day USD! Price booked was not the price charged, property has their own exchange rate that’s increase cost by $ 60.00

I love the open space in the house . Really organized and comfortable. The security they have. The pool was amazing and the restaurants. The staff were great Masiel , Anyolina and Osiris were excellent staff.

The aesthetics of the property were amazing. The villa itself was luxurious and cozy which gave off great vibes. The best part of the villa is the intimacy which is accentuated by your own personal pool. The resort itself is huge and has plenty of amenities including the María restaurant which includes a beautiful infinity pool with immaculate views of the coastline. The stay was great and I even booked a second night.

The only issues I had with the place is that the drain in my shower was clogged up and there are large spiders which are harmless that sometimes get inside the villas through the bottom of the front door. The issue with the shower was rectified and these small issues caused me to give a 9 rating instead of a perfect 10.

Very good restaurant on site. Helpful and nice, unobtrusive service. Lovely place.

Not everything was buttoned up. We did not receive bedding for the cot, which I asked for additionally when we realized that the cot did not have them. In the bathroom we found a crab that was in the trash bin.

A hidden gem. Truly. The restaurant has 5Star food! I’m not kidding. But the price is incredibly reasonable. They have a mousse with chocolate (not chocolate mousse)...desert extraordinaire! I’ve never seen anything like it in all my travels.

Need a giant hot tub. Americans love hot tubs...at least this american does!

The Location, the view, the food, the clearness of everything. The restaurant was excellent. All the Views...Will return again.

Some of the Villas are underconstruction , however it didn't bother us at all.
