The chef Tamer was so nice and helpful. The front desk was welcoming. The location was excellent. Room is comfortable and more than enough. سجادة صلاة 😍 Breakfast was ok for me.

In the room, there were no water, coffee, tea, or sugar like other hotels. Apparently this is a furnished appartment style. But when you go down to breakfast, you will find everything there. Tea, coffee, water, and snacks.

Staff extremely helpful. Rooms spacious and kept very clean with all the facilities needed for a short or a long stay. The hotel is very conveniently located for meetings at The American University in Cairo, School of Business n New Cairo. Two shopping centres very close by for meals and groceries.

A lot of construction around the hotel so very noisy from early morning including weekends. But this is not the fault of the hotel owners. New Cairo is quite a drive from old Cairo. A lot of time is spent in taxis and ubers to get from one place to another. But for meetings in New Cairo location perfect. No meal facilities at the hotel. Breakfast would be helpful as no possibility to buy groceries if we arrive late.

The Staff were very good, friendly and helpful through out my stay. The staff spoke good English and we were able to communicate. A great thank you to Kamal, Tamer, Khalid and Mohammed. They had very good customer care and made my stay very comfortable at the hotel. The rooms were clean, good bed linen, with functional kitchen and sitting area.

Mohammed was very patient and worked with me when we realized they do not accept American Express credit card. Even though booking.com accepted Amex to make the reservation. Because of that I probably will not use booking.com next time. There should be consistency between the hotel and agency.

The construction around the property was a bit of a hassle.

Location is good behind mall point 90 ,, also if you have car so it’s about 3-4 km from different places for enjoying Hotel is calm , no noise ,, good people Abdel razak room service respectable polite person Chef Hany at breakfast a very smily person ,, professional at his work .. good talking in English Rooms are warm in case you want hot air condition no problem Bathroom hot water working very well and faster without any problem Room service caring very well to arrange the room in good shape for every details at the room I will return back for sure to that place but after they increase breakfast items ☺️

Breakfast is standard so for 1 week staying is hard to eat every breakfast every morning .. but they informed me that soon there will be a new building with new Resturant with different items for breakfast in this case will be really good About wifi I was at 4th floor and for sure there’s wifi router at each floor But for my room .. the WiFi is not very strong inside bedroom but outside the bedroom is really good .. maybe it’s just because of room location

the staff is very helpful and problem solving comfortable and clean

they cancelled my booking for card problems, without calling me first. I updated the card info immediately but my booking was cancelled and lost my first day stay in the hotel. however, staff put me in another flat as a temporarily solution, I didn’t like it because all was under construction but it really helped.

Nice place, spacious, friendly staff, location is spot on , 2 mins walk from Point 90 mall, does not feel like an apartment but more like a hotel.

Just a small thing, cups and utensils were not clean, nor there was soap in the container to clean them, cleaning sponge was heavily used, I stayed for one night, so I really didn't bother. But apart from that, the space is just clean.

Proximity to most of the amenities. Friendly front desk guy (Mohamed Yousuf). Room cleaned daily.

Plugs, we had to get special plugs for our appliances (laptop and mobile phones).
