Was originally in a room with no windows but they upgraded me to a room with a balcony and view of the pyramids. Beautiful! Note that this spot is pretty far from the pyramids and manages the view by being on the 10th+ floor. I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle (and right by a grocery store) but others may not. Great breakfast on the roof!

The elevator up is a little old and rickety. Again, fine for me, but I could see it bothering some.

Waking up and having our breakfast with the perfect view of the Pyramids was very amazing. Room is clean, cozy and well maintained. Easy to locate. 10mins away from Pyramids of Giza and Grand Egyptian Museum. Most importantly is the staff! Mohamed, Osama and Mustafa and all the others were very friendly and accommodating. We feel safe during our stay. They found out that we are newly married couple so they surprised us and decorated our room and made our stay so ROOMantic. We really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommended!

Egypt is always busy, you can hear all vehicles are honking all day. Which is not a big issue for us, especially when you’re inside the room and since we stayed on the top floor. FYI. Drivers in Egypt drive soooooo craaaaazy. Always buckle up! Wifi connection was kinda bad so I suggest you to use Esim or data.

Let me start with the unbelievable view from the rooftop. Every single minute spent at the rooftop with direct view to the pyramids, having breakfast every morning or actually a drink seeing the sunset in the evening was more than a dream come true. Now let me continue with the wonderful service offered by Mustafa (the manager), and his colleagues (Mohammed, Ayman, and every single person who was there making us feel so comfortable!) The rooms are comfortable, clean, the location is in Giza, and although Cairo can be a bit chaotic, this place is definitely worth to visit (and staying in this hotel will be your starting point).

The staff was very friendly and ready to assist us anytime we needed something. Waleed the driver that brought us to the hotel was very good. Reception staff : Mohammed , Osama and Mostafa were very helpful and always with a smile. Young boy Mohammed , Ahmed and the ladies in the breakfast were also cheerful and kind. This hotel feels like a family as you can notice that everyone helps each other during their working time. The terrace area was stunning , perfect view of pyramids , food very good both in breakfast and in dinner , we also tried some options and they were very tasteful. The room was also clean and nice. Whatever you see in the photos reflects reality.

The location is really noisy from early in the morning until late at night - you may have trouble sleeping but this is what Egypt is all about - it never sleeps. Breakfast was everyday the same - they may add some more options so you can have a bit of variety. The food if you want lunch or dinner , was really good but I guess quite expensive ( approximately 20€ per meal ) . You have no access from stairs so you will need to get the elevator to reach 10th floor. Many times the reception was unattended so when we wanted something we had to search to find the stuff.

The hotel is very good. We didn’t expect such amazing views (despite the fact that hotel not near the pyramid) our room was on 11 floor with Pyramids directly view. Upon c/in we met lovely receptions who explained everything and show room. Our room was very clean and new, all furniture is new which surprising us. In general hotel small but really clean and new renovated. As well 2 ladies who make breakfast was lovely and kind. The breakfast was oriental but tasty. I will recommend for my friend Thank you for all stuff members (unfortunately we don’t know names) but there 2 nice receptionists and 2 ladies.

Location and citizens around but it’s not hotel problem or mistake.

But what makes the hotel absolutely amazing is the people who are there to literally make your stay in Egypt unforgettable and unbelievable at the same time! And believe me, the wonderful view of the pyramids that the hotel has becomes secondary compared to the entire experience that the staff provided us! Our dear Mostafa, 'Mayo' for close friends, and his entire team were absolutely incredible! To the point where we didn't want to leave! They were amazing, from the reception, through the round-trip airport transportation, to arranging a trustworthy and equally amazing tour guide, 'Saber Huber'. My family and I, a group of nine people, are in love with Egypt and its people because of the individuals who served us in this hotel with so much love and dedication! Oh! And when you go, don't forget to ask for the incredible 'Suggar'!"

It's a nice small hotel as an overall, it has aircon, mini fridge and kettle. The room was big enough and comfortable. The rooftop has a great view of the pyramids, and the staff is very nice, polite and helpful. The location feels a bit dodgy but it's safe and conveniently close to the pyramids, also there are grocery stores next to the hotel.

WiFi is a bit unstable but seems to be the same in other places in Egypt. Breakfast is good but it's always the same everyday.

Everything was perfect from A to Z. The staff was very thoughtful and cared a lot about our wellbeing there, offered us a soft drink and a beautiful in-room birthday decoration. The view in the room and on the rooftop is incredible, as well as the breakfast which is very complete. Special thanks to the receptionist who gave us tips to find a main entrance to the Pyramids and how to reach it. Even wrote a note in Arabic to give to our driver. Would 100% come back and recommend.

If you're noise sensitive at night, maybe take precautions because the city itself can be noisy.

High recommendation to this hotel I found celia pyramids view the best I was traveling and booked different hotels but I found celia is good and they are perfect the stuff amazing and helpful breakfast is delicious especially with pyramids view in the morning and sunrise time too I believe they are work to hard to make our stay nicely and perfect also they offer daily tours and we got one for good price and they get for us guide he was wonderful and amazing and he knows alot about Egyptian history rooms is very clean towels and everything Reception guys overthere they are the best helpful and they are always smiling and when I was asking about any question they are answering me to fast and give me the right answer high service I recommend this place to everyone Thanks celia to make my stay perfect and safe too

The name fits perfectly! But not only do you have a absolutely amazing view to the pyramids but also the staff is so lovely, helpful and considerative! The room was big and very clean. You got free water and tea. The breakfast was amazing, freshly prepared for each guest with the opportunity to adjust and to get local dishes 😍 Also the communication beforehand was so good! Since we stayed 2 nights we got a free pickup from the airport with fresh water in the car. The hotel staff also helped with getting very nice and trustworthy drivers. I travelled with my mom and we both loved it so much. Seriously this stay is highly recommend, 12/10!!!
