The location was very good because of the Pyramids of Giza. This hotel's design inside and outside is a bit closer to us. Our room was very nice and comfortable with a little terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had an airport taxi by the hotel ($30). The taxi driver was very kind. The receptionist were very kind, helpful and they speak good English. The breakfast was on the 6th floor which amazing view. The food was good and we had choice to eat different things. There is a restaurant on the 6th floor so we had dinner 2X here. The menu is international with pizzas and pastas. It was delicious. The hotel Wi-Ft was superb. When we arrived just nearly finished the Ramadan and started the 3 days fiesta which means there was a huge crowd everywhere. We had 7 nights here so longer than the usual. This is a very nice hotel if you like to discover the Pyramids.
The area around the hotel was safer than the more distance one. Plenty of policemen and soldiers were around us and around the other hotels. We did not take into account the date of Ramadan and did not know about the following fiesta. Because of the fiesta, people living in the country also left and many people came to see the Pyramids and museums, etc. It was frightening to see that huge crowd and the behaviour of the soldiers towards them. This hotel was safe with own security and everybody worked to make us feel safe. In the hotel the cleaners did not speak English so we had little problems because of it. Also in the restaurant there were problems with the communications but everything could handled.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The view was incredible with the Giza Pyramids being so close. Good breakfast buffet.
Our Great Pyramids Tour booked through the hotel was an absolute scam. Our guide talked us out of activities that we were interested in and instead steered us toward activities that she could profit from (Example 800 LE per person for a 20 minute camel ride that she said was the best possible deal we could get). She also insisted on handling all of our transactions and told us to pay her at the end. She put us in really uncomfortable situations and begged for good reviews the whole time. We are really upset that Mamlouk is associated with scammers like this when we paid a lot of money to stay at their hotel.

The view from the rooftop was amazing! I couldn't book the room that has a pyramid view as I was too late to book the hotel. There was only one room left when I booked. I feel I got lucky. The hotel was great and the staff was nice and friendly. The food on the rooftop was delicious.
We asked for a breakfast box for the dessert tour at 5.30 am. Considering their breakfast option is great and the price was the same as eating at the restaurant, our breakfast boxes were disappointing. I assumed that it was too early and the kitchen wasn't open yet. But still... it was quite disappointing. The price shouldn't be much cheaper at least.

Attentive staff and an ice bucket every time I asked. Right in front of the door to the Giza Pyramids gate. The breakfast was good, and the egg station chef was very nice ! The view from the 6th floor (entire floor restaurant and patio) overlooks the pyramids and the view doesn't get any better
No English TV channels. The area surrounding the hotel is rundown to the extreme and there are beggers (usually children) the moment you walk out onto the street. Everyone is trying to sell you something or run some kind of hustle. This is common in Egypt though so it's not the hotels fault. Every few steps someone is approaching you or yelling over at you. The kids won't take no for an answer and they will follow you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel "Mamlouk", and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked into the reception area, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The reception staff was attentive, courteous, and quick to assist with any queries or requests. Mr. Reda, in particular, stood out with his professionalism and friendliness One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and I felt comfortable and at ease in my room. It's evident that the hotel places a high priority on maintaining a hygienic and well-kept environment. The on-site restaurant at Hotel Mamlouk offered a diverse and delicious menu. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast experience, and the staff provided excellent service. Security is always a priority for me when staying at a hotel, and I was pleased with the presence of friendly and vigilant security personnel. Their presence contributed to a sense of safety and reassurance throughout my stay.
one aspect that left room for improvement was the hotel's WiFi. While the amenities overall were commendable, the WiFi connection was less reliable than I would have preferred

The Mamlouk Pyramids Hotel is ideally located only footsteps from the Pyramids and Sphinx ticket office and entrance. I have been travelling to this area for over 40 years … over 100 times. And I have stayed in every hotel. Without doubt The Mamlouk Hotel is the best by far. The others don’t compare. It’s clean. It’s modern. The best rooftop view of the Pyramids and the restaurant’s food is excellent. Mamlouk staff are professional and attentive, particularly Mr Reda who manages the reception desk and bookings.
Nothing. I can recommend this property.

The view from the restaurant (that is placed on the six floor of the hotel) is amazing (can observe Sphinx, 3 big pyramids and several small ones). Breakfasts are very good, food in the restaurant too (we were eating there all the time and didn't care to find any other places to eat at all). The shisha is good (at least with lemon and mint is light and tasty).
The staff is polite and smiley but sometimes makes you wait too long. The housekeeper can forget to come or change toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel. The view from the room didn't meet expectations. It is not pyramids view (however we booked and payed for exactly pyramids view), looks more like a half-pyramids view. The shower cabin leaks (there was a huge puddle near the toilet all the time). But I should admit that considering all the minuses this is a very good proposal from the price-quality perspective.

Unsurpassable view of the pyramids and Sphinx from rooftop restaurant terrace - if you want to see the best view in Giza, then go to the Mamlouk. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Well worth booking a superior room with a view and balcony because it’s just unforgettable. Wonderful staff who helped with our itineraries and airport transportation (especially appreciated as our flight was delayed by over 4 hours). Good choice of food in the restaurant and extremely obliging restaurant staff. We feel we chose the absolute best hotel in Giza at this level and thoroughly recommend it.

Superb location right in front of the pyramids. Our room was deluxe with a huge balcony where the pyramid light show was seen each evening. Hotel Staff was attentive and helpful. Restaurant on the roof was excellent for breakfast and dinner. The wait staff there always ready to please. We arranged 3 private tours through the hotel and they did not disappoint. Guide Sa Ra and driver Abdo were exceptional. They made each tour special and fun. What history! Highly recommend Mamlouk.

We arrived at this hotel very late, following a delayed flight. The entire team, hotel, driver (Jihad) were fantastic, very accommodating. Via the hotel we went out on an evening cruise (Nile), pyramid tour with Angelo and a driver whenever we needed one. Despite our late arrival they kindly kept the kitchen open and dined on the beautiful terrace with pyramid views, what a great start. Breakfast was satisfying. We were comfortable enough to return for another night prior to our departure, again the staff did their best to satisfy our requested. if going to Giza, this place is a safe choice.
Just a couple of suggestions: - mattress toppers would help, although the beds were fine - a few more, less spicy options on the menu would be great
