Great views looking over the Pyramids

The reception staff tried to charge ridiculous prices for any of their trips/tours. They charge more than double possibly triple the price it should be. We also had a suite for 3 people, throughout our stay there were no chairs on our balcony. We constantly asked as we wanted to enjoy the views of an evening on our balcony. They failed to provide us with any chairs even though they kept saying they would “send someone now” quite disappointing!

This is a great option if you want to be close to the pyramids and visit first thing in the morning, as downtown Cairo is a good 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. (Americans are already losing 6+ hours.) We also were able to get lots of pyramid view selfies night and day from the two balconies in our room and the rooftop. We felt it was a great deal being significantly cheaper than Mena while still providing a very large, quality room, nice aesthetic, rooftop restaurant, free rooftop breakfast, and A+ staff. The staff was one of the best things about our trip to Egypt. Not only did they oblige any request, they were also very thoughtful and checked on us frequently. When we chatted with the manager of the rooftop restaurant, we casually mentioned we would head out to the pyramids before breakfast started. He said he would have “breakfast bars” waiting for us in the lobby, which actually turned out to be a full platter of bread, meat cheese, and yogurt! It was much needed and appreciated!!

Other than the pyramids, there’s no draw for being on this side of town. The museum, mosque, poppin restaurants/nightlife is in Cairo. The hotel food was convenient, but not that good. It was hard to be motivated to take the 30+ minute ride for meals. But that’s not a long commute to some people. The area outside the hotel was rough, but we felt safe on the property.

The hotel was clean and up to standard. we had a late flight and were allowed a couple of extra hours in the room. The staff was friendly. however some of them struggled with english, but it was not affecting our stay as they would get someone to translate.

The breakfast was not upto standard at all. we werent happy with the food selection. The worst was the packed breakfast. there were two mini pastries with a pack of jam and honey.. like we could use that without any cutlery. It would be better if they included some bread selection and butter/cheese and some well cut fruits.

We like the hotel, the rooms and the position (close to pyramids and shops). They cleaned every day our rooms, but we were always asked if we wanted this and we had a hard time getting along with the cleaning lady, because she didn't know English at all. We received water in the room every day, 1 small bottle per person. Breakfast was good, although it was slightly confusing because they brought us various foods and we didn't know what to expect. The chef always came to ask us if we were satisfied or wanted something else.

Every night we had dinner at the hotel and although we ordered something and they seemed to understand .... they always brought us something else,so we ended up always eating what we received. The food was good, but more like fast food ... pizza, shaorma, crispy chicken and fries. We wanted to eat something traditional, but we didn't even get hummus, just tahini, although they had it on the menu. Food at dinner could never be paid by card, because it never worked, although at the reception we could pay for the accommodation with the card. We had 3 rooms and in one of them(on the third floor) wifi didn't work at all, luckily we bought sim cards.

smooth check in. seif at front desk very helpful and helps with and enquiries. rooms cleaned daily. lovely welcome juice on the roof top after check in. roof top has amazing view of the pyramids. we had a view of the pyramids from our room too - not sure if all the rooms have it the rooms are all newly renovated. clean and good size. we booked a double room which was big enough for 2 adults and 19 month old. no extra bed in our room. don’t think they have cot so maybe go for bigger room with bigger children. shower is very nice and hot and powerful. slightly slow drainage but not a huge issue. breakfast has a good selection - fresh omelette, breads, fruit, cold meat, cheese coffee, falafel, sausages we didn’t try food at the hotel. view from the roof top is stunning. beautiful spot for breakfast and drinks in evening. area wise it’s very close to the pyramids. about 5-10 min drive depending on traffic. not much close by in terms of restaurant or other activities but Uber taxis are very cheap so easy to get anywhere for food. Seif can help you to order one if you struggling we did hotel airport pick which was -$25 for small car and $60 on return using a mini van Wi-Fi worked great during our stay overall highly recommend a stay at this hotel if you want easy access to pyramids with a great view and comfortable stay at a very reasonable price

The property was amazing and very clean and close to everything in Giza. The view from the roof top restaurant incredible. The staff were all very helpful especially Rana at front desk, she couldn’t do enough. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mr Emad who helped us out with our Alexandria and other tours and even looked after us with the price. I would recommend that you stay here and organise all your tours through the hotel as they really look after you and your safety is very important to them. From the moment we walked into reception until we walked out we felt like we are with family and you can’t ask for more than that in a holiday. Thanks for an amazing experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendly and attentive service truly stood out. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a memorable and enjoyable one, thanks to the fantastic staff and the overall quality of the establishment. I can confidently recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience. Thanks to Sherien, the receptionist girl, for all the help she provided. And special thanks to Chef Mahmoud Saad for the incredibly delicious meals and for making our last evening unforgettable. Greetings from Vienna, Mark and Silvija!

The rooftop has incredible views of the pyramids and is a nice, refreshing place to sit either inside or out. The food was pretty good with a great price and for what you pay, the value is fantastic. We stayed in the pyramid view deluxe room and found it clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was all very nice and unlike many hotels in Cairo, the hotel building itself as well as the lobby look new and inviting.

The hotel itself was great, but we contacted the property to get a taxi from the airport since we arrived very late at night (at 2:30 am) and wanted to avoid haggling for a price with a normal taxi. The transport they sent us ending up taking an hour and a half to arrive even though we had pre-booked it, and with all the delays we got to the hotel at 6:30 am. The charge was 25$, so not only was it extremely late, but also overpriced. I would advice to just get a regular taxi or Uber instead of getting this hotel to arrange a pick up.

Staff were very warm and welcoming, the room was cleans/comfortable and had an amazing view of the pyramids. The place has an overall modern and fresh feeling to it. The view from the rooftop restaurant is unbeatable! Location is decent as there aren't too many many people pestering tourists in the area and it's not far to walk to the main area near the Sphinx. Taxi ride to downtown Cairo isn't too bad either.

The WiFi didn't work for the duration of our stay and the rooftop restaurant was expensive and more focussed on western food. Breakfast was underwhelming.
