If you are here for pyramids visit then this is the place to stay. Roof top views are superb and the ticket house is just 50m away from the hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Foods are very good. If you are a vegetarian you will love it and enjoy the most.

Electric service tripped off to my room in both nights. On the last day the line did not come back untill 7 am I went down to the reception and ask for. He then immediately send a guy to look at and fixed a fuse trip off to the whole room. The fridge moaning was a bit louder. If there is nothing special in it then better to turn off which i did in the second night and had a queit night. The provided electric kittle was a bit dodgy. It did not turn off itself. You have to stand by to turn off which is not very safe way with an electrical thing.

Location was perfect and allowed for easy access to the local historical sites. View from the dining area was suburb and very memorable. The food offered was good and reasonably priced with overall good service levels. Staff were friendly and helpful and even obliged me by providing me with a much-needed headache tablet.

The area and surrounds are plagued with roaming street vendors and local merchants that continuously harass you trying to either sell you an item or service of some kind. It was very frustrating to continuously be exposed to this when leaving the safety and comfort of the hotel.

The view from the rooftop was breathtaking, both early in the morning and in the evening, with the light show. We had breakfast each morning (stayed 3 nights) up there, fantastic choice of food, the aubergine stew was simply the best, but the rest as well. Our room was quiet, and comfy, and the location was superb as we got to the pyramids straight at opening at 8 am, we were almost alone walking around. Would stay here again, no questions :) staff was very nice.

Our room did not have a proper window (looking to a shaft) but I did not really care. We did not stay there, only slept there. We spent the time up on the terrace and out discovering.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is little a bit small but has everything you need. The terrace is fantastic because you have a beautiful view of the pyramids, here you can have a dinner, drink something or smoke or watch the sunset. The breakfast is plentiful even if it is not particularly varied.

we choose to do the tour proposed by the hotel of the pyramids of Giza, Saqqara and Dashur. BIG MISTAKE! It was the worst tour I have ever done. we were accompanied by Ahmed who is absolutely not a guide, he gave us basic information during the whole day and then left us alone to go around the sites while he was in the car waiting for us. the next day we decided to do the tour of the pyramids again with a guide from another agency to have some information from a professional!

The hotel is right in front of the Sphinx with the pyramids in clear view in the background. I arrived late at night but the staffs were very welcoming and on the spot arranged a tour for next two days and an adapter as well. The lady they arranged as the tour guide was fantastic as well (radwaegypt is her Insta handle). I had breakfast included and it was a good spread with a mix of Egyptian bread, salads, white breads, different cakes, fruits and yoghurt. From the rooftop you can watch the light and sound show at the pyramids. There are rooms with and without views (of the pyramids). Overall, a great value for money!

It could get a bit noisy outside even late at night but it was okay for me.

We chose this hotel as it is right in front of the Pyramids next to the entrance gate, so you can be the first to enter at 8am in the morning. The unobstructed views of the Pyramids are spectacular from the restaurant terrace which has three levels. Regarding the room, we originally booked the Deluxe room which had no view and we don't recommend it. Really worth upgrading to the Superior room for a bit more, which is significantly better. The Superior is a larger spacious room and the highlight is the breath-taking balcony (side) view of the Pyramids!! Breakfast was good, small buffet. There is water, tea, coffee, TV, toiletries in the room. We booked for 2 nights and they offered us a complimentary pick up from the airport which was a bonus. They were very accommodating in letting us have a late check out at 6:30pm on the last day for only $20 USD extra, as our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Iman the kind manager for organising a wonderful stay! :-)

Overall, the Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel was a great stay. It was only for one night, but the staff were super attentive. First, after I requested they provide me with an airport transfer -- they had a super friendly driver, Sapry, pick me up. My plane was delayed, and he kindly waited 2 hours for me to arrive. Once at the hotel, the staff were super helpful in getting me situated. They took my luggage to my room, and helped organize my day tour for the next day. I had dinner on the rooftop with an amazing view of the pyramids. The food and shisha were delicious! My tour guide, Radwa, was incredible too! My flight left at 740pm the next day -- meaning I had to be at the airport by 5pm. In just one day, she toured me around: the pyramids (which I went inside), the Sphinx, a camel ride, souvenir shopping to 3 different shops (fancy souvenirs, Egyptian oils and teas, and papyrus shop), and lunch on a boat on the Nile. Talk about a jam-packed day! I am very grateful for a memorable experience -- and I recommend this hotel, Radwa (the amazing tour guide), and Sapry (the driver) to anyone who wants a great experience!

The view was absolutely amazing. The hotel is super close to the pyramids and easy enough to get around. Breakfast was good value for money. We booked a tour through the hotel and our guide was absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend Ayman to anyone who needs a tour guide.

The room we stayed in was a little bit small with no windows.

If you come to Cairo to see the Pyramids this is one of the best locations - right next to the tickets office and the Sphinx entrance. You just need to walk twenty meters from the hotel. And you should know the earliest you enter the complex, the less heat you endure and the less crouds you will face. The area feels more like a poor village but it has eateries and souvenir shops. The hotel itself has a restaurant with three roof gardens of which you can see the Sphinx and the Pyramids. You can even see them from your room's balcony. The restaurant offers very tasty food, do try their Sahleb and Oum Ali. Also the hotel kindly offered us free airport shuttle, which makes it extremely comfortable at your arrival. Recommended.

As it seems many hotels' receptionists don't follow what is discussed and agreed in Booking during reservation and they need to be reminded.

This is a great location! If you stretch your arm from the rooftop terrace you can almost touch the Sphinx. We enjoyed our breakfasts there on the rooftop terrace 100%. Same goes for the dinners - when all those alabaster lights started to glow it feelt like being in a 1000 and 1 nights fairytale. The view up there on a terrasse is a real gem stone. We also liked the proximity of the entrance to the Sphinx and Pyramids complex. The entrance is just 20m (twenty meters) from the hotel. You do not need any guid to visit the complex though many locals will offer themselves to be one - simply say "No thank you." The entrance to the complex costs cca 10 EUR and if you want to enter the Keops pyramid it will cost you another 20 EUR. At the entrance you can buy both tickets - you can pay by cash or by credit cards. Hotel organizes all kinds of activities (ask for the catalog). We took the Nile cruise dinner. It was great. To visit the History museum in the center of Cairo simply ask the hotel to get you the taxi. We are a family of 4 and the taxi for the whole day cost us 60EURs. The driver took us to the museum and later in the late afternoon we asked him to take us to an authentic local bazaar. He took us to the bazaar near Al-Azhar Mosque. He even offered to escort us through the bazaar. The experience of bargaining for good's prices is a unique one - you have to try it. Egyptians take the security very seriously. There are many control posts on the roads toward the Giza plateau Pyramids complex. We made this visit in November 2023 and despite hearing that many trips to Egypt have been canceled, we feel completely safe not just in Giza but everywhere in Cairo. Not just safe but also very, very welcome. Wherever you go Egyptian people are great and they know how to do the tourist business. And last but not least it is great to constantly hear the same greetings: "Welcome to Egypt!".
