The friendly young boys in the restaurant and in the reception were nice and helpful

One guy named Abdullah (bald guy and accdg.to the staff a relative of the owner) stopped the receptionist guy to help me communicate with my Uber driver and he even spoke to the driver to increase the price which left me so scared because suddenly he asked for a higher price and wanted me to go out of the car in the middle of the Highway when he cancelled the trip on Uber on the way to Alexandria from Giza. This is another story. But only I had a bad experience with this guy they call Abo Abdullah which I think is a tour guide of the hotel. So I don’t recommend him if you see any bald guy there. The rest of the staff were nice.

Staff: All very friendly and helpful. Location: 2 Minutes walk from the entrance to the pyramids site. Rooftop with view of the pyramids and our room had the same mountain view. Room: Clean and with a decent bathroom with rain showerhead. No balcony , but it wasn't a requirement. The rooftop terrace does the job. The room was not cleaned during our 2 nights stay, but no issue as we keep it clean for ourselves. The AC was in good working condition and the room had a fridge and a good closet for the clothes. Breakfast: It's being served on the rooftop terrace. Sufficient, we can't complain about it. You can also order food and drinks in the rooftop bar. I would say it's one of the best locations for staying near the pyramids in Giza. The view can't get better. Giza city is unfortunately a bit run down and so is the area of the hotel. That's unfortunate for the locals but it should not be an issue for your temporary stay, as there are always 2 sides to a medal. We would definitely stay in the same hotel again.

Not a negative, just an observation: The mattress was a bit too firm, so slept on top of the blanket instead for some comfort. Good pillows though. No negatives.

The view is the best of them all. Sahara Pyramids Inn has the captured our eyes and hearts because you will have the best view of the pyramids. - Welcome Drinks - Breakfast - Water Bottles - Clean Towels - Staff are great. Ahmed is the best in welcoming us in our room. - The elevator plays nice music. - Safe - Accessibility - Hot and Cold Water

- The WiFi was a bit slow but we have data so no worries. - Bidet would be great.

Definitely the location. It’s just right in front of the entrance to the Sphinx. And of course the view, the 3 huge pyramids gracing your view everyday. The Staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Hasouna who kept me entertained every breakfast. Breakfast also is very sumptuous and huge serving. Airport shuttle from airport to the hotel was efficient although had a hard time locating the driver but was thankful enough, the staff was very responsive here in Booking.Com.

I stayed at 504, although it has a supposed mountain view, the pyramids view is hindered by the cafe and you can’t get full picture of the pyramids unless you go upstairs. Also it gets uncomfortable whenever the restaurant gets busy. You can hear chairs and tables get moved around and it’s causing noise since the room is just below the restaurant. Lastly, the room is oddly shaped letter L. You can’t maximize the space provided because of the tight space. You can’t even watch a TV because of the weird placement on the wall.

The staff were excellent and so was the location to the pyramids and views. The decor went really well being next to the pyramids. Staff were always helpful and attended to our needs, including helping us fix our childs phone last minute when it got cracked. Welcome drinks was the best wev had in Cairo compared to similar/same version elsewhere. Their restaurant food was really nice. Helped with car hire too and recommendations to excursions. We appreciated all the help and warm welcoming from all of their staff. Will highly recommend to others.

The internet was a bit poor, goes on and off. The best place to use wifi was the lobby. The breakfast was not great but will fill you up to start the day. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but my husband liked it.

Staying at Sahara Pyramids Inn was an incredible experience. The hotel is within walking distance of the Giza Pyramids, and having breakfast on the terrace while admiring the only surviving wonder of the ancient world is truly magical. The breakfast is delicious, and we often enjoyed spending our free time on the rooftop, always ordering dinner from the restaurant there. Our room, although windowless, was spotless and equipped with excellent ventilation, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a safe. The bed was firm and high, which I personally found very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist. The entire hotel has a delightful fragrance of incense, spices, and the charm of the Orient. In the lobby, a friendly tour agent offers various excursions, ensuring guests have a memorable stay by exploring Cairo and its wonders. My friends are already planning to visit based on my enthusiastic recommendation, and when I return to Cairo, I will certainly choose this hotel again.

The approach to the hotel and its surroundings are less pleasant, primarily due to the smell from camels and horses frequently visiting the Giza Plateau. However, this is understandable given the location. Overall, this hotel offers an exceptional experience, combining comfort, great food, and proximity to one of the world's most iconic landmarks.

I loved how helpful and nice everyone was. There was one guy who helped us with our ac and booking tours. There was someone at the desk at all times. The servers were really nice and the food was so good! I didn't have one bad meal at this restaurant. The view was so beautiful. My friend and I had a really good time. We loved the staff.

There wasn't much we didn't like about staying here except for a kid who kept asking us for money. I'm not sure if he worked there but he kept asking us for money when he did nothing to deserve it. Like if we were were walking down the stairs he would ask us for money. We didn't understand why he was asking us for money.

Very good hotel in terms of price and quality. I advise you to book any visits you intend to make to Cairo through the hotel, they can arrange guides in all languages. If you choose the Portuguese or Spanish guide, choose Mohamed Torim, as well as being a history teacher, he explains very well. Just be careful when asking for a transfer, especially if it is a trip between the hotel and the airport, ask for a quick transfer. The hotel has a spectacular view of the pyramids, the employees are very friendly. Something very positive is that they always offer free water both at the hotel and during visits.

The location is hands down what makes this Hotel so special! You can get the best view from the highest rooftop cafe in the area. Perfect place to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee and a shisha overlooking this marvelous creations from the yesteryears. Special mention! The staff were so polite and accommodating which was a high plus for us! Bilal from the Sahara Pyramids cafe was the best!

The WiFi was loosing its connectivity! However if it’s not a priority you can still survive on your mobile data.
