There was a breakfast menu and invitation to request 6 items from it at every breakfast, which was more than adequate. Friendly helpful staff throughout hotel (Reception, breakfast, cleaners, porters) Reception staff were exceptional, especially Makarios. Swimming pool and sunbeds never overcrowded. Beautifully designed e.g. inner garden courtyard outside my junior suite, and other Arabic influences. Clean.

First night I was allocated an unsuitable room. It was not a Premier room i.e. did not have garden or pool view, and was right on the pavement, very noisy. and, most strangely, no room to hang dresses - there was a shelf below hanging rail which only allowed short items to be hung. I was too tired to check details until following morning when I realised that I definitely should have been given a better room. However, when I politely complained, the reception staff were superb in trying to rectify and I ended up being moved to a junior suite. Thank you! Shower pressure in the junior suite was weak, but just about adequate.

the suite was clean , decoration was minimalistic but very nice, just what you might need. staff was helpful and always smiling and polite it is a small size hotel, quite with a lovely entrance fountain and arabesque decoration, if you are looking to get away from a big resort then this is a good choice breakfast was not a buffet, you could order in your table directly which is much more enjoyable than queuing on a line for breakfast it is situated in the marina, we were in walking distance from many restaurants and nice walks

we were put in contact with an agency for day trips through the reception but they were so much more expensive than the other agencies (we paid double than everyone else in the activity) . however when we complained about it, the receptionist refunded part of the difference of price as a gesture and excused.

The hotel is a mix of Egyptian/ Moroccan interior design. The pool is in the middle surrounded by trees and flowers. Can't describe how beautiful it is. Rooms are large enough to rest and enjoy a goodnight sleep. The staff are super friendly, always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best Egyptian breakfast I had in my life. So many varieties fresh and tasty. Unlimited order of drinks and food. Location is central surrounded by restaurants, shops and night life. What do you need more ?

The location is great, the breakfast was really good, the room is spacious and really comfortable, the bed and pillows were great. The bathroom very clean and comfy.

It's really hard to find something that I didn't like about this hotel! My husband fall in love with it anyway and told me we should come again to this place!

The location is unmatched. It is the BEST for anyone who desires to have easy access to practically anywhere. Staying in Ali Pasha makes you close to anything that you can think of, and makes it a super safe environment particularly for teenage kids to move freely.

The personnel was very nice and welcoming, the room was nice and cosy, overall it is a good quality/price ratio. The tandoor restaurant was also very good for diner. The hotel is well located in the marina - great for sea activities starting early

Room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Supplies replenished each day. The floors were made from a stone like ceramic which was easy to walk on and not slippery when wet. 👍 Clearly the room was well maintained and looked newly refurbished. Staff polite, friendly and helpful.

Limited breakfast choice. If no room available on ground floor only stairs to access rooms, no lift. (Remember to request ground floor if disabled in any way). Beach is far away from the hotel, and not obvious to find - decent directions or map required.

The location is perfect straight on the Marina with amazing view on the lake during breakfast. Directly to taxi stop and in the center of the outings and Marina walk. Great service, great location, has beach access, clean neat rooms, friendly staff, cozy and comfortable.

Great location, private beach access, Hotel restaurant (Tandoor) was fantastic, the breakfast was straight fire. Ate the Egyptian breakfast each day and was very happy. The staff is very helpful and humorous.

The hotel is very very nice and cozy the stuff is very friendly specially mr.wisa .mr.osama. and semsem they are very helpful the breakfast is greaaat and the beach is very nice the location is perfect .sure i will come again thank u sooo much
