it is a nice small hotel right in the middle of Gouna downtown and very close to all amenities. The food is nice and the rooms are comfortable. The pool is small but nice. The beach is small but u get a regular boat ride to the bigger beach which is less than 5 mins away.

The lagoon beach is so small and the water isn't that good but still u can swim in it, if u want to have a nice beach time u got to take the boat to Zaytona Beach.

the pillows were very old and uncomfortable and when I call for pillows the reception told me theirs no other pillows so we slept uncomfortable it’s very important that hotel take care of bed and pillows quality because feel comfortable in sleeping is very important issue

Small hotel, friendly employees, good service

The breakfast was ok, except the offered juices had a terrible taste. The food at the beach simple but ok and eatable. The buffet in the main restaurant, everything was there but the hot food and the pastries are uneatable. The rice served is very low quality, was not cooked, not just dried out as from the employees mentioned, shish tawouk grilled had no taste at all…. I could go on. Salads where good but dressings could have some more inspirations, fruits where available too, thanks god

Very good but too many people smoking in the nice aerea. That was very bad! You should separate smokers from non smokers in the nice aerea outside with beautiful garden, Plantes, beaches, swimming pool.

The smokers all over and serving white wine warm. The wine was at the temperature ambience.

I am actually an owner of a property in Gouna and this booking was for my brother & his family. I have always booked all my visitors over the years into Sultan Bey as it always exceeded everyone's expectations, especially due to the hospitality & care of the property manager Veronique Lusci. Regretfully Vero has now moved on to manage a different Hotel in Gouna after many many years of impeccable service and personal attention and I sincerely wish her all the success and hope the new Hotel management attempts to maintain its preferential attributes.

While checking in there were a few hick-ups caused by the casual responses of Mr. Andrew at the reception. We asked for non-smoking rooms and for some reason he claimed he cannot guarantee this and if we enter the rooms and smell cigarettes we can request a "freshening" service....something I found was appalling actually. That, in addition to placing the kids room quite far away from the parent's room although he knew it was a family. Mr. Mohamed the rooms manager seems to have intervened at the right time and solved the issue immediately. He even sent fruit baskets to the rooms as a courtesy gesture...thank you!

I recently stayed at a hotel accommodation and I must say, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. The property was well-maintained and had all the amenities that I needed during my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view of the city. What stood out to me the most was the staff's friendliness and professionalism, especially Mr. Ossama. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

Staff are extremely nice, Mr. Mina in reception and staff in restaurant and door man all are cheerful persons with big smile, Mr. Mina help us alot during check in and after. Thanks for staff. I like the idea that internet working all around. I like the shuttle boat alot and the man taking us to island is very nice man. Breakfast was nice.

Room is ancient and toilet is rustic , our room was in ground floor , I think high up rooms will be ok but the hotel was fully booked. High value for money especially with no all inclusive backage.

Everything was phenomenal, the staff was beyond amazing; extremely helpful and nice at all times and always willing to help even if it has nothing to do with their job. The atmosphere is the perfect mix of calm and lively. Location on point walking distance from Downtown and 5 mins from Marina. The beach was great and the pool was super clean. Rooms are good enough with lovely views. The food was very delicious and they always had enough options and variety. Overall worth it.

Me and my husband just back a week ago and still we hold a lot of wonderful memories. We liked stuff so much and all r friendly and 24h ready to help. Special big thanks to ms Marina and mr Osama from reception, they are very very helpful. We loved the location, it is amazing you can reach all just in few minutes. The water channels are very clean as they are almost by the open water. The restaurant is very clean and fresh. The hotel is a beautiful garden ,it is lovely to have a walk. We definitely comeback again
