Great hotel and service for its price. The pool and beach areas look nice. The rooms are big enough. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. There's a big variety of awesome food (even if it is repeating sometimes, you can always choose something different so that you won't eat the same meal earlier than in 7 days).

There's no sound isolation in the rooms, and no carpets on the floor in the hall - it's very noisy. On the other hand, it's the same almost everywhere. The hotel is quite far away from Hurghada (20 minutes by taxi). The service in the restaurant is really slow, you need to actively attract the waiter's attention if you need a napkin or a drink. Waiters are the only part of the hotel's staff that I didn't like at all. Alcohol... is the same as everywhere in Egypt. If you want good alcohol, bring it with you. Do not expect much from an all inclusive system.

Convenient room. Good welcoming and helpful staff. Good variety in swimming pools for families and kids. Beautiful kids room for playing. Food is overall nice and variable, specially dinner.

Needs more arrangements in restaurant. As soon as people number increased on the feast day, we started to see overcrowding, but also lack of order. Lack of respect from guests to each other, should be faced with clear guidance to respect queuing ( Egyptian guests). Some Egyptian guests, still waste a lot of food. Air conditioning in rooms needs to be easily adjustable. All inclusive is not as useful as expected (No free fresh juices at all)

The hotel is great, restaurant, bar, the facilities, pool, beach etc etc everything is excellent. You have also shops inside, hairdresser, oils and fragrances… The staff in general are nice and polite. The guys Abdullah from restaurant and bar are great! Hotel location is also good. Cleaning is great, always had the room cleaned and with nice fragrance. Animation staff are cool and friendly, everyday a different activity. Quiet place to enjoy your holidays.

Room distance. If you book a room with terrace and sea view, you’ll have to walk a little bit.

The staff were friendly the offered us an upgrade from garden view to pool and sea view in the main building which was newly renovated.

The food lacks variety and snacks need to be better and the overall food quality needs to be better. Although the sea view rooms needs to be renovated as the rooms in the main building

The beach is sandy and nice and the staff are great the pools are not big but ok . the renovated rooms are so good but the old ones are not good

the food was not good but eatable the breakfast was the good meal but the protein variety was very limited

Omelette station was fantastic as well as the falafels. The food was very impressive. For NYE we were blown away with what was on offer, and all the additional details (hand made chocolate houses) The head chef went over and beyond. The mango ice drink was delicious. The rooms were nice and spacious & very clean. A tad run down however but we didn’t mind this. The staff were very friendly. We booked all our excursions with the company located in the reception area and it was fantastic . Really well planned and we had a great time. Just don’t forget to request the photos otherwise you lose out on some amazing memories! The taxi station was very helpful

Lack of fresh juices and only filter coffee was on offer at breakfast. The wine selection and drink selection was extremely poor. The fizzy drinks came out of a bottle and were flat. There was extremely limited WiFi which proved to be a pain when having to check in/ complete passenger locator forms before we flew back. We initially was given a family 3 bed bungalow however the rooms didn’t lock correctly & we didn’t feel safe as it wasn’t well lit outside. We then we’re moved and the room was much better with a lovely view of the sea. Although we weren’t compensated for the change in rooms even though it was cheaper than the Villa.

Everything was wonderful Beach, swimming pool, room, restaurants & staff especially was very friendly and helpful Mr. Moh Gamal (GM), Mr. Ahmad El Masry (Genius Chef), Mr. Ahmad Abdulsalam, Mr. Hamada (Waiters), and Mr. Omar (Aqua park)

Nothing serious

1. The room was clean and large 2. It had a relatively good view 3. Entertainment facilities such as music concerts and green space were good

1. The quality of food at breakfast, dinner and lunch was not good 2. The number of foods in the lunch, breakfast and dinner is not good 3. Famous Egyptian food was not served like meatballs or kosher 4. The amount of sweets and bread was high compared to the amount of food in the buffet. 5. Almost none of the staff knew English and only the receptiona a little 6. The quality of cafeteria drinks such as tea and coffee was very poor.

The room view was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The food is very delicious but no varieties. Everything was almost perfect as we extended our stay two more nights.

The night show by the animation team is very short and sometimes boring.
