Overall it was a good stay Food quality and varieties were good Family room was very spacious and nice Pools were good

The hotel was very busy and crowded during my stay, it was hard to find a place on the pool or in the restaurants which was also affecting the quality of- services on restaurant and pools Beach is so shallow, you have to walk for a long distance using the wooden bridge to reach a swimmable location

The staff is very helpful. Landscape is very beautiful. Food is tasty with good variety. The room is large. Have a good space for moving inside.

4Beach is bad.. the water tide make it very shallow and, at noon time the sea ground appeared. You have to walk around 300 m to reach the small space for swimming. The animation show starting and finished within dinner time..it should be started after finoshed dinner time. The furniture need renovation. The garden need past control. The smell of garden irrigation water is very bad. It is not 5 stars hotel. 4 stars maximum.

This is my second time visiting Jasmine Palace Resort. And I enjoyed my stay there. Good reception staff members and they helped me a lot.

The quality of food & service isn't as good as my first visit, but overall it is good. Housekeeping & Restaurant staff members need to improve their service. Also during checkout and after they removed the hotel bracelet and while getting my luggage out of the hotel, security guys stopped me and started questioning me in a bad way :(

Everything especially that there were no kids as it's our honeymoon and we need a quiet place. The food was good. The staff was very friendly. I think we were the only Egyptian couple and that was a great time to have a quiet time.

The heated pool was good but maybe need to be a bit more warmer. The milk was only exist in the breakfast, I think it willbe good if it's available in all meals. The coffee machine is not working correctly, it needs to be adjusted and fixed to work properly.

Great variety of food. Lovely staff. Well maintained and looked after hotel. Plenty of swimming pools. Great location. Amazing massages and even got extra free time!

For a 5* hotel, it does not have any Wi-Fi. We did have a bad experience where one of the hotel reception staff took twice as much money off me for the WI-FI. When I confronted him about it, having been told by someone else that it should have been a lot cheaper, he hesitated and quickly gave me the cash. Other than this experience, I had a wonderful time.

I had an incredible experience at this resort! The beach and swimming pool were absolutely amazing, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the receptionist when I had a complaint about the housekeeping. They promptly addressed the issue in a courteous and efficient manner, which truly showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction. It's always reassuring to encounter such exemplary service 👌"

The room service fell short of my expectations, unfortunately. The staff members did not exhibit the level of friendliness I had hoped for. Additionally, the room view was not as impressive as I had anticipated. This was my third visit to the resort, and in the previous two years, I had the opportunity to stay in other buildings, where the rooms were upgraded to provide a partially sea view, which enhanced my experience. Furthermore, I found that the variety of snacks offered was lacking. It would have been great to see a more diverse selection available.

The rooms are well appointed with balcony or terrace. The strong security presence. The invitation to dine away from the Buffet in three other restaurants per week. The availability of food and drinks throughout the day. The hospitality tray, which I did not expect. The "red flag" for peace and quiet.

The persistence of the "salesmen" whilst round the pool or beach, when the "red flag," was not evident. I know the guys have a living to earn but guests don't come on holiday to be pestered. A better option would be to have shaded massage stations around the pool or on the beach which would be more likely to attract interest. The included cocktails were low-grade. The Tequila Sunrise was the best option. Or else pay 4 US $ for better quality ingredients.

- Mr. Hesham from Reception was incredibly helpful. During both check-in and for the duration of our stay. We had an issue with our room and he promptly resolved it, and went above and beyond throughout the trip to ensure we enjoyed our stay. His service deserves a 10/10. - The hotel has an amazing walkway to the beach, and has several pools. - The staff in the hotel are very kind and friendly, from the security to the waiters. - Variety of food in buffet, and soft drinks, as well as several different drink and snack stations. Traveler Tips: - It’s better to book standard rooms than superior rooms. The difference I could see is the decor (superior are newer but standard are actually prettier). They both are equal distance to all facilities. - Bring a portable clothes iron, as irons are not available in the hotel (there is a laundry and iron hotel service though) - Make sure to bring snorkeling masks with you because there are beautiful coral under the beach walkway. - Spend a couple of hours at the end of the walkway, there are sea turtles and you can spot one if you spend some time (can wait several hours though) - Points for Improvement - Regular Maintenance is required as we faced some issues with the flush, broken door lock, etc - Perhaps install screens to avoid lizards in rooms. - Golf Carts to be used for far rooms as the walking distance is long.
