Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort - Hurghada

Great atmosphere, Great pools. Nice, clean and tidy place. Lot of effort goes in daily to keep it clean and pristine. The staff are so friendly and good with kids. From the reception, management, life guards, waiters and a couple of chefs really stood out. Some of the names that I remember who made the trip stand out were Mahmood Mohammad. Medhat. Abdul rauf. Hany Shahin, And especially . El nasor, and Ravinder the chef. They were couple of others but I can't remember the names. Highly recommend.

Theres not much to not like the place was great people where great. Only thing I didn't like was nothing to do with the resort, it's while we was out shopping. You need to ignore a lot of people so you don't get scammed. Don't feel bad for them just ignore and walk.

Reception team was very helpful, especially Mr Ahmed Moustafa, who made every thing possible for us during our stay. Aqua park is fantastic. we all enjoyed it a lot. My son did not stop playing during our stay. Restaurant staff was so helpful, they dealt with our concern immediately, Mr Fahmy and Mr Mohamed. food was delicious.

Wi-Fi is poor. some of the life guard were rude to adults and don’t speak proper language to children. Room is clean, but not luxurious however this what we expected considering our stay was to enjoy the aqua park rather than the hotel.

Amazing aqua park, with so many swimming pools and water slides. My son loved it! Room is clean and good space, with good air conditioning.

Food is tasty ish, but restaurant is chaotic. They close early (at 9pm) and this make everyone fight for tables, dishes and food at the same time. Long lines for food and drinks. Cups are small, that mean you have to serve and repeat, and line again. When it’s time to close, they take all the food off the buffet immediately, and don’t serve drinks anymore. But when they open, it’s usually not ready yet and we have to wait if we want something specific. Staff in restaurant and bars are not really receptive, I didn’t hear any “good morning”, didn’t see any smile, they are always running.

Pickalbatros group is a good choice for your vacation, in particular Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort: the Staff is welcoming and helpful, constantly asking for feedback, and making you feel appreciated as a guest! Location is very good, close to the Airport and Hurghada center, close to Senzo Mall and Spinney's Hypermarket. Rooms are comfortable and look modern, with everything you may need. Cleanliness is a fact in this Hotel, starting with the room which is cleaned daily, including adding new towels and shampoo/shower gel, water, etc. and continuing to the surroundings, garden, aquapark, restaurants. Aquapark is indeed the best thing in this Hotel, because it offers you access to many water slides, simillar to those of a huge Aqua Park like Neverland. Another plus is the fact that you have access to 2 other Hotels from the Group: Aqua Vista and Aqua Blu which are near/next to Albatros: this implies using all the Pools, Restaurants as well from these Hotels. Regarding the Restaurants, there are so many to choose from, where to eat. Food is good, fresh you have plenty of dishes to choose among. They offer a large selection at lunch and dinner, alcoholic drinks included. Hotel does not have its own beach, being located on the 2nd row of Hotels, just over the street, but it's a 5 min walk till you reach the Beach of Pickalbatros Beach Hotel where you have free access. A shuttle bus comes every 10 min. and picks up tourists. Beach is clean, with sand, crystal water, lifeguards very attentive. You may do also snorkeling as you have access to deep water where there are corals and many coloured fishes on a pier nearby. To sum it up, Pickalbatros is a great value for your money and I would definitely choose it again next time because it will make your vacation fantastic, a successful one!

I would have liked to have access to the amenities of Pickalbatros Beach as well, not only the beach, but also the Pools, water slides, restaurants!

The staff made this stay amazing. They were above expectations. Ahmed Ali from front office made sure that everything was going smooth during my stay and was always in a good humor. The housekeeping manager made sure that everything was good during my stay and was very attentive. Props to that !! The staff I would rate 10/10

The food at the restaurant Mediterranean I would rate 4/10 unfortunately. Again the staff was all exceptional really nice and doing an amazing job. But the food was really poorly. It’s good that the other restaurants were better and there was not only one option to go to.

A wonderful hotel with amazing staff. The staff really are a credit to this hotel. The entertainment team were amazing and really got you involved without being too forceful. The reception staff made checking in very easy. The restaurant was always clean and tidy and there was always plenty of choice. The meals do become repetitive but I’ve found this in every all inclusive resort I’ve been too. The three hotels are closely situated and are very easily accessed by walking. The nighttime entertainment was excellent and the children really enjoyed it. The health and safety of the hotel was excellent and always keeping the hotel clean tidy and well maintained.

We absolutely loved everything, especially the people working at the resort! Everyone was so nice! The food was excellent, the staff at the Mediterranean restaurant were amazing. Special thanks to Ahmed Housain, who provided the best service ever! The pool service was - special thanks to Ahmed Farg. The animators were top notch professionals, especially Bode. The lobby personnel were very friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed Mostafa. Our family had a fantastic vacation and we can't wait to be back!

It was nice that there was a separate aqua park for children, children's themed pools, and most of the customers were tourists like us, not locals. We were pleased that alcoholic beverages were also included in the price. We also liked that an authorized lady went around one by one and got feedback from each customer for customer satisfaction. Also, the bathroom was nice, the rooms had a balcony.

Wi-Fi was so bad we could only use it in the room. It was very bad even in the room. The pools close at 6pm. I could not enter at the hour when the scorching effect of the sun diminished and I would like to swim comfortably for 1 more hour.

The staff are very helpful and kind especially Mr.Ahmed Wahdan at the reception and Mr.Mostafa at housekeeping ..the aqua park is amazing and my kids like it despite the floor was very hot and slippery..the accessibility to other batros beach resort, aqua blue and aqua vista is very good option.the beach is sandy and nice but you will access it by bus through patros beach resort

The floor we walk on from the pools to the aqua and the stairs of the aqua are very hot and slippery too which disturbs enjoying the aqua..it should be made of foam or wood to avoid heating and slippery.. The food quantity is good but the taste is average in batros aqua park, last day I took dinner in patros aqua vista and the taste is much better. The animation for kids is nice but for adults there was no variability.

Everything was amazing, the Staff are the highlight, everyone was very attentive, friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk team and the restaurants' team. A perfect resort for family holidays, the Aqua Park, pool facilities were fantastic, great fun for kids and adults as well and very safe with lifeguards everywhere. The pools are very clean and the snack bar was great. The resort in general is beautiful, with lavish green areas and kept very clean. You get access to 2 more adjacent Rosorts " Aqua Blue " and " Aqua Vista " where you can use all main facilities like pools, restaurants and bars. You also get access to the Beach at " Albatros Beach Resort " opposite from the property. The Executive Chef is a star, you can see him literally EVERYWHERE at all meals keeping an eye on everything and welcoming the guests. Usually one would worry about the All Inclusive concept at the Resorts sometimes being messy buffets or limited tasteless food options or cheap ingredients and service, well At Albatros Aqua Park it's absolutely nothing like that, the food quality, taste and ingredients are very decent, the variety and quantity are very generous and the chefs are all great. I would definitely recommend the property and will sure stay here again. Huge thanks to all the amazing staff members who worked really hard to make our stay most comfortable and pleasant and special thanks to Mr.Hany Shahin the front office manager who has been personally most attentive, helpful and accommodating to all our needs and requests, a real asset to the Hotel.
