Everything was amazing, staff are very welcoming, hotel location is very good and the service was very good as well.

Their coffee was not good for a 5 star hotel. They are using nescafe which to me didn’t make sense. Also there was no variety for natural juice at dinner time, we only get to choose from sparkling water or soft drinks.

the staff are very friendly specially Sara at the front desk she was very sweet and helpful the hotel is nice rooms are clean and spacious the beach area is beautiful they have entertainment at the pool area which is fun and nice

the majority of the guests take take the full board option but we didn’t we only took bed and breakfast as we intended on going out during the day to do some island hopping and diving their breakfast is ok but it’s the same exact breakfast every day the place is not really the best option if you are looking for quite and relaxation as it’s more suitable for families

The hotel has good facilities. The room is amazing - spacious and modern. The view of the hotel is breathtaking.

Food was disappointing for Hilton. The hotel was packed and families running in the restaurant and lack of variety and even normal/international food. Not being able to serve yourself in the drinks was crazy and made big lines to get water/soft drinks during meals. There was no menu for drinks/cocktails and each bar would allow for different drinks inside the all inclusive. Line in the reception was always big if you needed anything. Overall I expected more and I would say its a 3.5/4 star hotel - not 5 star for sure.

We had a fantastic week at the Hilton Hurghada. The hotel is pretty new, and very nice. We had all inclusive.The restaurants included was really nice. The room was beautiful, big, we also had a terrace with sea views. The beds were really comfortable. We were on a diving vacation, and was out diving every day. We spent our last day at the hotel beach. The parasol had USB sticks and saftey box. Really cool feature.

I would like to suggest that the hotel makes some guidelines regarding sunscreen. We saw a lot of guests, that was using not sea or coral friendly sunscreen. Also I would prohibit in the hotel shop sunscreen that is bad for the corals, the sea, the nature.

Beautiful location and lovely rooms. The beach was nice and kept clean and the rooms were beautifully decorated.

The rooms lacked lighting. After sunset it’s impossible to sit comfortably in the room. The kitchen area has lighting but the room itself after that is completely dark except from a very faint light by the bed. The food was also not the best. A little disappointing for a Hilton. Almost all the food was under seasoned. And the dessert was not very good at all. Very dry and stale.

We had breakfast only package and one of the corporate apartments just over the road from the main complex which was nice as a bit more private and more space. That said, it wasn't that clear at the time of booking, so what we got was really quite nice and comfortable but not really what was in the pictures. I didn't like Hurghada much, but it was probably the right place to stay there for a few days as near the shopping center and well located to be independent. Breakfast was great. We don't tend to do package, but it was nice and good value compared to the alternatives and very spacious in our apartment.

The pressure sales for the spa and trips became wearing. Really could have done without that.

Amazing central location. Close to the city and also beach front. Several pools to swim at. Located next to a mall. The staff made our experience absolutely amazing. They are really the heart of this place. From the cleaning crew making towel art every day to the waiters of each place who are friendly and so hospitable. The front desk and room service are amazin as well. Even the security made this experience safe and amazing. I just cant say enough about the staff. Everywhere you look is breathtakingly beautiful. The landscaping and decor are unreal. Most things are included in your stay. I can't imagine a better place to stay for your Hurgada vacation.

Hotel room was clean, modern and very comfortable, as excepted for a Hilton. We enjoyed all the facilities, breakfast, spa and pool. All was great. The Turkish restaurant is delicious with a great service. We had relaxing time after all the hassle you get in Egypt. The staff was welcoming and attentive. I definitely recommend to stay!

During the breakfast, tour guides come to disturb you to offer you some excursion. It's not as overwhelming as it is in the streets, but it would be better to enjoy the bfast in peace. Plus their excursion are a scam, expensive and they don't deliver their promise. Hilton is not responsible for that but they allow them in their premises. If possible don't book with those guys Egypt divers

Lovely sea view from our room! the shopping mall was right next door, very convenient! private beach, pool, spa, restaurant, dessert place all under one roof!

no feather pillows and no disposable slippers provided at a 5 star hotel? I wouldn’t class this as a 5 star, i’d say it’s more of a 4 star hotel.
