Bel Air Azur Resort (Adults Only)

Staff are amazing Special Thanks to Andrew in the Reception Medhat in the Lobby Bar, Sika Mido and the rest of the Animation team Everyone is keen to help the guest and offer them what they really need, the place is quiet amazing for relaxation

The beach Area, the division made between Bel Air Arabia and Bel Air Azure is not Fair at all as Bel Air Arabia guests can use the places assigned for the Bel Air Guests however if Bel Air Guests tried to use Arabia sunbeds the staff preventing them. If the administration wants to make equality which should be there rule should be a rule for both which means if this area is assigned to Bel Air, Arabia guests can't use and vice versa, but what we have see there this is not fair at all and even the Staff agree with the logic but they said this is Administration recommendation.

The people there are very nice and very trustworthy, especially the receptionist. The hotel is all-inclusive and the food is good, even though not perfect but at least is clean and fresh. The hotel includes a beach and it is very nice to lie down or do some snorkeling there, there are also safety guards present.

The paid restaurant is not tasting good, in our opinion the normal buffet restaurant is better. The room is in general a bit old, but it is clean inside. Just the bed sheet is not comfortable because of the pilling. It is kind of a surprise that after the cleaning day, what bed sheet you will get.

I was there last month. This place is so amazing , it should be a first choice for everyone who needs a calm soothing place for a vacation. It was a good choice for a honeymoon stay. The pool size was good, the shared beach is not so far and at night you can have a lovely walk there. A good variety of food ,dessert,snacks and drinks. The staff was good and eager to help you. Special thanks for Mr Andrew (Receptionist) , as we had arrived too early before our check in time , yet he offered us a breakfast and prepared our room. One more point to consider : The location of the hotel is a real advantage.

Just a future change in design to include an elevator and change in furniture style would be fine ✌🏻

We had a large room with a large bathroom and balcony. It was perfectly clean. The ocean at this property is pristine. The meals and snack options were mostly great.

The staff were not that efficient at check-in and check-out. They are strangely concerned with the pool towels and repeatedly asked us for them even though we had already returned them. It became a bit of an unpleasant experience. This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and I did not like having to wear a wristband the whole time I was there. There is only one part of the resort that is exclusive to adults. Most of the meals were great, but the lunch foods did not taste good. It might be unrelated, but my friend became really sick after our first day at the resort.

Food variety and quality at sometimes Bars staff and beach staff are not friendly nor professional.

The resort is very nice. There is a lot of variety of food and drinks. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

Wifi is available only at the reception. For $14 you can pay for WIFI and they give you a device that you can bring with you at all times and have wifi. It has 12GB for 7 days.

The food was very good,there were no crowd during meals,dinner was served around the pool,which we liked very much.Special thanks to the driver Gomaa.

The cleaning of the bathrooms should be improved,they need renovation soon

My second stay in the hotel was like the first time, no surprises can be expected here. Whatever you see in the pictures, it's gonna be like that. Breakfast is okay, dinner in the pool area is delicious. I'm vegetarian and there is always something good to eat. Buffet at the beach (where you can get pizza) could be improved. The beach area is amazing! The reef is gorgeous, the staff is okay. I will come back for sure!

The biggest and most annoying thing is the smell of the food in the pool area: every evening the BBQ smell and smoke covers the whole hotel and everything stinks like roasted animals. This needs improvement! No one wants to sit in food smell, not in the restaurant and not in the balcony!

We loved everything,we arrived BelAir Azur at 05 am in the morning,excellent front desk staff Andrew helped us so much,we could stay in our room and sleep and have breakfast meal.Food was perfect,air condition was perfect,there were some shows in every meal(lunch,dinner)wines were very delicious,the RedSea was gorgeous,Elena and Clara,they were very friendly,always helped us when we ask something.BelAirAzur Resort was a dream and if we go to Hurghada anytime,we definitely will stay in this amazingly comfortable,beautiful resort.Thank you very much for everything.

A little bit internet problems in the looby,but no problem at all.

This was our second time we loved the place. The newly renovated bathrooms were nice to me. Everything went smoothly as we checked into the hotel in less than 10 minutes. They were happy to change our room when we requested it. We like the snacks, and we always liked lunch to dinner. We loved the entire animation crew especially kano

My husband's sunglasses were stolen from the pool area, but when we tried to contact the receptionist and facilities they just asked each other about it  in the end, we were unable to find it .
