the staff are super friendly and helpful they made us feel like home, they go above and beyond to ensure we’re being served in an exceptional way. I liked how you care about cleaning the pool, the beach. I like the aqua-park - on top of the list 😍 the place is so comfy where you don’t need to go anywhere else. special thanks to Mohamed Sabry, Wael, Emad, Hazem, and all the staff who work at the restaurant at the park.

- the room wasn’t that luxurious “5255” I expected more decorations better furniture and comfy bed. - tissues only on the bathroom. also, there should be travel size toothpaste and toothbrush. - there should be more amusing concerts and shows. - I didn’t find animation team to entertain the guests.

Mr. Abdullah khaled in the reception and mohamed saber showed a perfect attendance to our needs all the time from the moment we stepped in till we checked out. Amazing approach specially from Abdullah khaled. When it comes to the food it was just wow quality was good but what made the difference and made the meal time fun and enjoyable was Mr George the manager of the restaurant can’t recall his last name but he was just an outstanding person , it’s not just a job for him it’s personal, and he is so cosmopolitan, his attention to details is amazing. Overall 100/100 for him and his restaurant team. After all was a pleasure to stay here.

However rooms and facilities needs to be renovated as the room quality itself wasn’t the best toilet smells , tv screen was old and had to be changed. Room decoration is quite old and not stylish too. The Animation team wasn’t up to standers we were miss informed about a late night soirée so we went and and found out it isn’t what we came for

The location was very good I liked the Aqua for the kids as it's not huge so u can feel safe for the kids, the staff are so friendly really and they tried their efforts to make us satisfied and being happy. The food was good. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed, Mr Emad and Mr Hisham. Chief Sherif as well.

The animation show not powerful enough for a hotel like that. Just for three days made good shows and the rest of the week repeated The food isn't varied enough. More care of cleanliness for the cups in the restaurant. As well the rooms need to be furnished well as it's so old furniture and not appropriate for the name of the hotel

I would definitely recommend the Jaz Mirabel Resort hotel. It is a great 5* all inclusive hotel near airport, neat hotel with nice staff willing to help in every detail. I would like to specially thank to Stahoy from restaurant, Stahoy so well dealt with issues appear during one of our dinner. I were truly impressed with his professionalism, manners……, hope top management can spot it too ….as he is definitely would be a great asset to the company. Food is enough for different dietary people especially thank you to Head A la carte Chief Mr Moamen , also would like to mention Abdula from Blue bar…he knows how to rich guest satisfaction in a right way. Kadry from front desk helped us during our stay.

the hotel is amazing and makes you feel really good. food was good, very nice hospitality one the best is Asia the receptionist she was really nice person and helped whenever she could. also there were two main restaurants one for family and other for adults which made really nice calm experience when you need to eat in a calm place you can always go to the adult restaurant.

a thing that reallyy got me crazy and a very bad thing which I don't know why the hotel is not solving the issue the beach to actually dive is very very far ypu have to go through a bridge to reach it and this bridge is two hotels away you feel like you have walked about 3 kms just to reach the beach to dive. we were not allowed to go to the neighboring hotel bridge. also there is a bridge in jaz mirabel itself but it needs to be built at the end. this one point is a deal breaker for me honestly.

The Mosque is very small and its location at the back area is very bad, I hope to move it to the deserved location and bigger area. There were no life jackets for adults at the beach.

the helpful and friendly staff

There is no cctv cameras in restaurants, pools and on the beach and my sunglasses were stolen. The hotel staff identified who was the thief, he was one of the guests. However, because there was no cameras, there were no enough evidence to get him searched or his room’s.it was not their fault, it’s the government regulations for all hotels, for privacy concerns. The staff did their best to get it back.

The staff were friendly and very accomodative to our needs, the variety and the quality of the food were to a very satisfactory standard, the animation and activity facility were good (vollyball, tennis, football, yoga and steparobic and etc). The standard of the massage at this hotel really trumps the other hotels.

The hotel's pier that leads to the reef was closed however we were able to use pier of their sister hotel. I hope the pier will be up and running soon. The wifi in the reception lounges and pool areas were very good however the wifi in the rooms were quite poor and needs to be improved.
