It was our first time in Egypt. The hotel was very clean, tidy and safe. The employees were generally friendly and helpful. Even though it was full, there was no trace of the chaos of all-inclusive hotels. The location and view of our room were exactly what we wanted. The sheets were clean. There was everything we needed to feel comfortable (bathrobes, slippers etc.) Instead of comparing the food with Turkey, we preferred to taste local foods. It is surprising that short-term stayers find the food in 5 different restaurants to be poor. Even if a person stays for a month, he still can not finish the varieties. We had a drink while sunbathing under the big awnings on the beach. We used the shallowness of the sea to our advantage, sunbathing by sitting in the water in the mornings, and cooled off by diving into the water from the pier in the afternoons. We had snacks on the beach. We drank our coffee at Columbus Cafe. We enjoyed watching the shows in the amphitheater, especially belly dance and fireshow. We played minigolf. We sunbathed in the pool. We prefer to laze around instead of doing Zumba, dance, etc. 😊 We came here to relax. We achieved this too. We would like to especially thank Luca. He was there whenever we needed him. He played a big part in making our holiday so wonderful. If you have a problem, don't forget to find Luca😊We would also like to thank the housekeeper who cleaned room 502, the young man who carried our luggages and Muhammed from the reception. They made us feel at home. We plan to go the hotel again. We recommend this hotel.

just 10 min from the airport and 200 lira tracer ( book a taxi from booking ) Albatros Moderna offers all in one for family vacation. I gave this hotel 8.5 because it is relatively expensive to the other hotels in Sharem and I had found that the sellers walking around the hotel trying to sell something to you are harassing in a point where you can’t stay quiet This hotel is targeting mainly the Russian and local travelers, with Russian speaking go ‘s. and actively . rooms are nice and supper clean and the hotel itself is very green and well attended.’food is medium but with a big verity, Egyptian food lover will find in the breakfast fuoll with humos, soup and some original dishes. the white elegant restaurant offers some fried seafood dishes that is included for one time in a visit ( you have to ask the costumer relation to make a reservation for you ). water slides is a small park with 7 slides for children around 8 years old.evening you can play golf or ping pong but nothing else much. At noon there is a brake and everything closes. at 17:00 they close the pool and the sea. At the sea there is a very long bridge built on the sea to walk till a point where the water is deep enough to stand for children. The corals are dead so not a lot of fish, but still we could see parrot fish sea snake and even a sun fish. it was a bit expensive in related to the travel of 13 days we did in Sharem to check the hotels but it was a nice stay and I feel that in general it is a good choice for a vacation of maximum 5 days.

The food is not grate, but with a big range. The people who walked around the hotel trying to sell Rasta for the hair at 70$ are very aggressive

- The hotel is big, clean and have variety of pools - The day animation activities and the night shows are fun - The life guards are very alerted and keep their eye on children

- Staff at the pools areas need to show good treatment to Egyptian guests same as foreigners. - There is a huge sound at the pools area like a huge generator or water pump that won’t makes you relax ever. - Food is always the same every day like the previous day its very boring. - They turn off the ACs suddenly at the restaurants while you are still eating your dinner. - The meals times finish early and they claim that there is a late meals but in fact its leftovers from the main course.

Helpful and friendly staff (Luka & Bassem both very accomodating) as well as Yaser in the kids water slides and pool area and Mohammed from housekeeping. Zero complaints about the staff. Restaurants and gardens were kept clean and tidy. Staff in the restaurants were very efficient and well organised from those keeping the floors and tables clean to the cooks and kitchen staff who kept everything stocked. I don't think anything was empty for more than 1min tops. They were incredibly well organised. The food overall was good, I think there was more than enough choice that there was something for everyone. We have 3 picky eaters and it was not an issue. The highlight for all of us were the desserts, there were some really delicious options! There were people going around offering/selling spa services, tours etc but they were never pushy, if you simply said 'no thank you' they moved along. It was not annoying and pushy like it can so often be on holiday.

The only downside for us was the super loud music that is playing most of the day by the kids pool area where the water slides are. It was simply just too loud and constant. This is probably just a personal preference, so when not using the pools we preferred to be at the beach where it was a bit quieter and you could relax.

Staff was very friendly. The food is very diverse, but we cannot say that it is delicious. It is a very nice facility for families with children. The booking.com responsible guy Lucca was very helpful. Thanks again.

There was no place to hang laundry in the rooms or on the balconies. As a family with children, we found the cleanliness insufficient.

Bassm from the reception team was super helpful and nice! Definitely should be the head of the reception team. After technical and locational problems we had with our room (due to D.j every night and broken air conditioner) our room was "upgraded" to more quite area. Cleaning staff is amazing.Food was great. Wifi was great. Location was great. Free parking was great. Children water parks were great also due to heated water in the pools. Heated outdoor swimming pool for adults next to the kids.

The staff in the reception were unfriendly and unhelpful (except Bassm the angel who changed our experience for the best after one day). The water slides for kids work only after 10 am while small children already up from 6-7 am. The ice cream bar is extremely far away from children pool area. The "german" and "thai" restaurants don't have any german and thai food.. The "asian" restaurant is just one container in the "Mediterranean" restaurant that doesn't really have any Mediterranean food like - Hummus, Thina, Swarma etc.

The hotel is huge, with many swimming pools and other things to do. Great beach with very interesting reef. Service at the front desk was great.

Food was not tasty. But, the most important minus wad the cleaning of the room, which was absent totally!! We were a week in the hotel and they never clean the floor nor change sheets! At all!

WiFi drops frequently

Big well maintained resort. Everything was good especially our cleaning guy made every day some fantastic sculpture of towels. The lifeguards were really paying attention around the pool. Food was between good and average. The cleaners and restaurant staff was really kind. The garden was always keeping clear and green. The room was comfortable.

The reception was not on the top of the situation. They were very confused of everything. Sometime I had a feeling because I am a woman I was not taking in attention…I was asking something face to face and there was no answer because the guy had continuously pick up more phones. I orderd breakfast box for my early Cairo trip and there was nothing to pick up in that morning. After 5 PM there was no bar around the pool open. The garden bar near the main building was not open during the day which I don’t understand because it is closer to those sunbeds near to the main building. The food was lot but I had a feeling it was made for the masses and it seamed to be always the same every day. Beach of the redsea is a fake beach, it is unusable.
