SENTIDO Reef Oasis Aqua Park Resort

Very good hotel. Big with a very good maintained territory. Very good food (especially dinners). Nice clean beach. Impressive coral reef. Very friendly and attentive hotel staff. Spacious room with very good bathroom. The food was pretty impressive for Egypt (Italian, oriental, well prepared meat and chicken, fruits, relatively good seafood). Good coffee in all locations. Clean beach with very friendly staff. Local coral reef is one of the best in Sharm-el-Sheikh (you don't need to go anywhere else for snorkeling). Diving center is on the beach. Beach bar on Sentido side has very good variety of cocktails. Beer is good. Live music every evening in central bar. Animation for kids every evening. Aquapark is quite good. Thanks to all the hotel staff. They are really friendly and helpful. They speak a lot of languages (at least English, Russian, Italian). Special thanks to Mohamed Tohfa for being very helpful during the ckeck-out.

The room equipmet is quite old. Power sockets locations are not convenient for charging the gadgets. The fridge was not cold. Safe box was not working well. Mosquitos were annoying. Drinks included in the AI are not good. Cocktails usually were very low in alcohol. Juices were too dilluted with water. White wine is "drinkable", red wine is not.

I did not like that every morning the employes at the beach reserve the best sunbeds for people that pay them! Also, there should be more than one vehicle that drives guests to the beach, as sometime (arround 9AM, 1 PM and 5PM) it was very crowded

My first time in Egypt on a spontaneous trip and a jackpot straight away - an amazing hotel with a beautiful landscape set around low-rise buildings, which makes it look very cozy. A huge territory to wander around and enjoy various marvellous trees, plants and flowers. Swimming pools to make you happy in whatever mood you are: when you want to relax - dive in warm water of a heated pool, when you wanna feel like a swimming cup champion and ready for a work-out - jump into an olympic pool (30м), if you wanna have fun with your kids or teach them to swim - use any of the shallow pools and explore a great water park just across the reception. Amazing service by always smiling personnel. The cuisine is exquisite, some meals are better than in a Michelin restaurant. Freshly squeezed juices, very tasty coffee and tea, mind-blowing guava shakes, a wonderful breakfast to boost your energy and give you a happy smile for the whole day ahead, fantastic pizza straight from the oven, awesome dinners, a la carte restaurants to try food of different countries, delicious desserts - I can go on and on for another 2 pages) I really enjoyed the hotel spa, the theatre, the long sandy beach, getting acquainted with local Red Sea fish when snorkelling among corals, the sea water temperature was comfortable enough for a long swim. Its a pity we could not stayed longer. Thank you for your hospitality, friendliness and high quality of service.

Facility is fabulous. It is big and inclined therefore there are ring services inside every 10mins. Foods are nice and yummy.

Staff and waiters are trying to be polite, however they are not enough: They do jokes like “ No, sorry it’s too late we are close, oh just finished, no i cant bring it, and etc.” Black hamburger guy in the beach seems nervous, never smiles. Beach is crowded. Some facilities in the water park were out of service.

The hotel is very well maintained with beautiful gardens, despite the hotel being huge everywhere we could found attendants taking care or supporting in any case. The beach is wonderful, where we could dive easily. Besides the beach, there are places such as aquapark, soccer field, pools where the kids can play.

Wonderful gardens and swimming pools. Incredible people installations for kids (and their parents) to have fun !

Soooo big you easily get lost without a map…which we only got on the 2nd day. More signs should be placed for easier orientation

We rested at your hotel for the second time, 2 weeks in October. Thank you so much for the rest. I was very pleased with the room provided, which exceeded our expectations! Special thanks for fulfilling all our wishes specified at the time of booking! I would especially like to note: a varied menu in the restaurant, everything is fresh and very tasty, vegetables in large quantities and for every taste, daily seafood and desserts melting in your mouth! Thank you for the sushi master, I was pleased. Thank you for the work of the waiters and bartenders (delicious cocktails!), everything is prompt, friendly, fun, polite and resourceful. I was very pleased with the high-quality and fast room cleaning The territory of the hotel is huge, green and very well maintained. Have a nice time in a relaxed atmosphere of the Blue Bar with evening drinks to the accompaniment of the piano and take a walk among the houses and pools, sit in the cozy Ginza Lounge chairs. We express our gratitude to the managers of the hotel, as your work and the desire from year to year to make the rest of the guests much more pleasant and comfortable is very noticeable. The magical, clean sea, the "home" coral reef, the beautiful and well-groomed territory of the hotel, excellent service make the rest unforgettable! Within walking distance of the Old Town (30 minutes at a quiet pace), Dahab and Mango centers and TC Hand Craft Center.

The restaurant has a variety of fresh drinks. In the Piazza Bar, I would like more dynamic and incendiary dance music!

Sentido was amazing and the staff and service was exceptional. Food was good with variety being offered and the hotel setting and resort were absolutely beautiful. Hospitality and service was five star.

Resort ideal with kids (pool area next to every building), many restaurants and wide variety of meals (incl. thematic dining options - we tried almost all), diving center (Reef Oasis Dive Club) is 5* with the breathtaking reefs starting just at the end of the floating pier, 25+ meters swimming pool and well-equiped fitness center available, regular shuttle bus service makes up for the distance of from the beach (by walk 10 minutes).

Aquapark is more suitable to older children (3 years+), seafood thematic restaurant is a bit pricy (50 $), alcoholic drinks included are the most basic well drinks possible

Food and personal are the best part of this hotel. The quality and variety of food, super fancy buffet restaurant with white covered table cloth. the service of the staff is outstanding, which is not the case in other hotels in Egypt. Sea is perfect for snorkeling with kids, shallow sandy entrance and live reefs few meters away. Animator for kids is very nice girl engaging every kid into the games.

the animation team for Russian community is not active led by a couple of inexperienced girls, comparing to Italian animation team arranging interesting activities for big groups.
