Its a very nice hotel! Everything was perfect. The receptionists are professional and everybody in the Hotel is so helpful. They have so many pools that you can use, and the beach side is also very beautiful.

Our stay in Grand Hotel sharm was excellent, We spent 6 nights there and the hotel was amazing The view and room is perfect But the most beautiful thing that we experience is the staff , specially the fron disck manager Mr.Amr I hope he see my comments thanks for being such friendly and professional person you was trying your best to make our stay comfortable Also I want thank Mr.Ahmed Mansour at the reception you was amazing helping us in many things he was always meet at us with smile and he did his best to make us happy Also the rooms was very clean and the housekeeping was taking care of the room to keep it clean They have coffee and the tea they used to leave it at the room so we can enjoy the morning coffee before we go out of the room The beach was you will enjoy it for sure Many swimming pools Different variety of food every where any time In any place you can enjoy the nice drinks and tasty snake with VIP attitude from the staff Many other hotel when you booked all inclusive they tray not to give every thing But in Grand Hotel they want you to take more they service you with a smile They treat you as a family Definitely we will come back again I can write more and more about this hotel I give them 95 % rating All the best

Me and my family have enjoyed an amazing stay, it is a large resort, with several pools, in all resorts levels, as the resort is divided into 4 or may be 5 levels, so expect many stairs, also the sea there is great, and in spite that there are many details in the resort needs renovations and maintenance, they are working hard on it, and it is obvious that they have upgraded many places and rooms and working on the rest, most of the stuff is helpful, specially Mr. Kareem -the reception Manager- who is really a great person made our stay an enjoyable one, he is so respectful, professional, and very cooperative, he was one of the main reasons that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, he facilitated to us everything. Food in the open buffet is of limited variety but with a great taste, however; there are other restaurants and cafeterias that offer snacks all over the day. All over; the resort is a great choice in that price range and better than many others with higher prices

Ngl everything was perfect and loved everything and if had to do it again would book the grand hotel again. And the receptionists staff are amazing Ahmad Saleh and Ahmad Mansour

Tbh nothing i can’t remember a day i was disappointed about anything everything was perfect

One of the animation staff named misho is one of my favourite people ever He really made the trip. More fun with his love and activities and came to say goodbye and I really wish we see him soon

The breakfast ends in 9 which is not logical to be honest other than that everything is perfect

The hotel is amazing and it’s location is very good, the staff are very friendly and helpful they made us smile all the time and the receptions workers ( Essam) is very kind and friendly :) All of them are professional and made everything look easy and great really helped us with everything. I have recommend it, you definitely will enjoy you’re vocation 🤗👍🏼
