Very clean. Very modern. Felt very safe and close to alot of shopping and dining. Very conviniently located to almost everything. Staff was great. Very nice. The mini fridge in the room was great! This hotel has a snack shop next to front desk which is always stocked. No need to leave to leave the hotel to grab a drink or a quick snack.

I was looking forward to spending time at the pool but this hotel does not have one. It would be so much better if it did. Breakfast could be better as well. Parking was a little awkward but nothing bad. It has a few parking spots at the hotel so if you park first and need to get out, the staff would need to call the guest parked behind you to move their car for you to be able to get out.

Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping good. Breakfast was made to order. Little shop with microwave was convenient.

There were no public areas for visitors to rest while waiting. No outdoor space except for certain rooms. There was a small outdoor garden next to our room needed upkeep. Plants needed attention. Menus in breakfast room in both Spanish and English or with pictures if not bilingual would have prevented some miscommunication about food orders.

Everything was clean, staff was really friendly and the location is perfect with bars/restaurants on walking distance The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. We spend 18 days there and next time we will book same hotel again

Great location in a safe area of San Salvador. We walked down to some restaurants at night and had no issues at all. Decent breakfast.

The room was cold at night and they did not offer anything other than a sheet for warmth. We needed a blanket. Could not get hot water to work in the shower (the other rooms had hot water without a problem).

Friendly, helpful staff (although no English spoken) and places to eat and drink nearby. The area was safe and I even walked around alone at night without issue or getting any shady vibes. Breakfast was good and the ladies cooking and serving were super friendly.

We were placed in a bedroom next to the elevator on first floor so at times can get noisy, but the room had air conditioning 2 beds and a little patio

I love the location, it is near all the places I want to go to and it is off traffic, in a pleasant neighborhood

Safe location (but very dificult to go anywhere from there other than by taxi or uber) Nice and helpful stuff. Big bathroom and clean room.

The breakfast wasnt the best, if you want something vegetarian or simply not eggs then they have only 2x pancakes (which tasted very artificial) wiith honey, no option to have ANY fresh fruits.

Good area (safe, clean, close to restaurants, gym, shopping malls). Comfortable room with desk and AC. Good breakfast cooked in front of you. Staff is friendly.
