Breakfast was delicious. Staff were so nice and helpful; outstanding service. Excellent location within walking distance of everything you might need.

The only thing that would need an update are the power points (sockets) which were linked to the main light switch at the front door. This meant you couldn’t charge your phone overnight unless you left a light on in the doorway. Added to this is the issue of the power sockets themselves which don’t allow for power adaptors from other countries because of the angle of the sockets. But this is a really small issue compared to the excellent service and wonderful facilities of the hotel!

I liked all of the conveniences of this place. It was well worth my trip. I wouldn't stay in El Tunco or anywhere else. I'm telling you this place is central and very necessary to visit.

The only pet peeves I had was the girl working the VIP on the 10th floor on Thursday morning kept handling her cellphone and handling the bread being placed out for the the guest to consume. I dont know if such a thing is customary or not. I just feel some things are common sense. Another thing is if the VIP section is open for the members until 11pm and food has run out at 9pm, please just replenish some of the refreshments as much as possible until you're closed. As an operations manager it bothers me to not have things run in order.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel, the first time was very dissapointing - but this time it was great. The room was comfortable, temperature control was exact, nice tub, staff friendly. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. the pool is pretty nice. they have a washing machine you can use near the fitness center which is great - i asked for them to do my laundry and they suggested using the washing machine to save me money - which is rare for hotels to do haha but i appreciated that.

the food isn't very good. Drinks are really expensive. the keycard reader at the elevator was pretty frustrating to use.

I was super clean. Housekeeping passed by everyday if needed. You have the option of putting a sign outside your door if you do not want them to go inside. Breakfast was good but make sure it’s included with your stay. Ours wasn’t since we booked online. About $22 for breakfast. Pool was nice and comfortable. They even have a coffee shop inside and it’s open late. Their room service was amazing! Ordered twice and food was there in less than 20 minutes and you have the option to pay cash or card.

I loved everything.

Overall, it was pretty good. You could’ve had a bigger swimming pool that was a lot lot too small.

When we got ready to leave, we found that we had no Wi-Fi. Yeah, people were trying to call us in the morning to let us know we were there or they were on the way and we had no way to communicate with them. It’s really hard to communicate with somebody at 3 o’clock in the morning with no Wi-Fi.

The staff was very attentive, and the hotel was centrally located for visitors without a car with many dining options within easy walking distance.

Some of the physical aspects of the hotel could use some updating, e.g. there are only 2 elevators to serve 10 floors of rooms, and the air conditioning system could use some corrective maintenance (too cold and unable to adjust adequately).

The staff were kind and attentive, whilst proffessional at all times! I felt at home. The breakfast delicious, clean and with a wide variety of choices. And the coffee, OMG, my favorite part by far.

The first day while preparing to lie down I found a bug running in the bed lining. I had no idea what it was, like 1/2 inch black bug. I was so drained I slept there anyway. Didn't find more the next 2 days, found no bite marks on myself so my guess it that it was a roach. The carpet didn't feel super clean, kind of sticky. Everything else was beautiful! I would stay there again for sure!

I liked everything!

I was disappointed that my WiFi was disconnected one day too soon. Also I was disappointed that housekeeping didn’t leave me any towels for me to use on my last day. I didn’t understand why the restaurant couldn’t put the charges on my room because I gave my credit card information when I checked in. But every time I went to the restaurant they asked me for payment. That was somewhat insulting, disappointing and confusing.

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Good breakfast buffet. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Personnel at the restaurant and housekeeping were very nice and friendly.

Some TV channels with bad signal, they should check and improve this. Personnel at the reception front desk are not as friendly as other hotel personnel.

For the price (from the perspective of a USA tourist) it was an unbeatable level of luxury and cleanliness. Centrally located in Zone Rosa, walking distance from museums, bars, restaurants, nightlife, etc.

Our price did not include breakfast, though this was a very minor inconvenience since there were so many good restaurants around.
