The hotel looks just like the pictures. It's well-maintained, so I was very comfortable during my stay. The Wifi was fast. The staff were very kind and helpful as well. One guy came to my room to switch my remote and asked if I wanted a blanket because the top sheet was thin and I like to blast the AC. Breakfast had many different options at affordable rates if they we're included already, and everything that I tried tasted great.

If you have heavy luggage, be aware of the stairs! Also, I saw some random hairs around, so the attention to details like that could go far. The soap that they offer are small bars, so if you prefer body wash, you'll have to bring your own.

The hotel was kind enough to arrange an airport pickup for me at a reasonable price. The breakfast was very nice and included in the price. I requested a quiet room and the hotel provided me one. Noise was not an issue. I would definitely stay here if I visit San Salvador again.

Other reviewers have complained about noise from the bar next door. With that in mind, I requested a quiet room. Note that most rooms are in an open air courtyard, so noise may be an issue. However, the hotel also has four guest rooms that are separately located away from that courtyard. I was able to stay in one of those room and noise was not an issue for me.

The staff was amazing, from the security guard at the parking lot to the lady that served the breakfast (great breakfast by the way), special thanks to the amazing bartender they had on my first night, he made the most amazing sangrías!!! The room was big, super clean, bathroom was amazing as well... I would definitely go back to this hotel next time I'm in San Salvador.

The rooms and the facility was always clean! Which I love. It was close to everything food wise and shopping too. Most activities were 20mins away via Uber which is not bad. They had great choices for breakfast

My favorite attribute of the hotel was the staff and how welcoming they were. i have no complaints about the hotel, i was able to even stay longer because i was satisfied with the hotel and the location. I would recommend others to come and stay here.

I was transferred to a different hotel but it was still very welcoming and the staff did a good job with the transition.

Breakfast was a good start to the day with nice open views. It was American style mostly apart from the arroz con leche. I like the layout and decor of the hotel. It was very comfortable.

If you are looking for a more 'traditional' or 'authentic' experience this hotel was in the fancy part of town, there are some street food vendors around but you may have to travel further afield. However, I was very satisfied. Thank you!

The location is great and the rooms are comfy, the staff is very friendly.

The remote for the TV was not working properly, also the bathroom had a funny smell, but overall the place is great! It would be great if the room had more outlets to plug in electronics.
