Breakfast was amazing Clean

Unfortunately the room we were given initially, the TV didn’t work in the lounge, the rug was hard dirty and worn, the masterroom light switch on the wall did not work. And we paid for a balcony, little did we know it meant a balcony on ground floor which basically was a garden so everyone could see in when walking or driving past. I feel it’s advertised incorrectly on booking.com and felt I have wasted over 400 a night. I wouldn’t have Dinner included again, it wasn’t very tasty, repetitive foods and lack of flavour.

Management, very nice polite and very helpful. Nice and relaxing location. Nice view. Very good for children - nice small swimming pool, nice playground outside and very nice kids club inside... Lots of places to hide&seek, to run and play. Food - good choice of greens, overall OK..

The rooms a bit too old but overall was OK. Kitchen equipment for apartments - very very basic.

I booked a sea view room, but when I arrived, I was given a completely different view. When I brought this up with the hotel staff, they refused to help and told me to contact Booking.com instead of resolving the issue themselves. This was very disappointing and made my stay unpleasant. Booking.com tried to reach out to the hotel, but they didn’t even bother to respond. Very poor customer service, and I definitely wouldn't stay here again. Not recommended!

The property is clean and the staff are very kind . Mr.Abdulraham at the reservation desk and his manager who i forgot his name where very kind and very supportive . The breakfast was just AMAZING ! . The hotel vibes is very natural and chilling !

It was so strange that we were asked to pay for one of the pools tho we are already staying in the hotel . This is totally unacceptable since we already payed for our stay in the room and to use the hotel facilities . The very nice respectful lady working on the front desk at the pool informed me that this is MANAGMENT directives and this is only for the weekend . If managment wants to utilize the pool for making pool parties or whatsoever , then they should not apply this on the hotel guests or at least should mention this on all their booking sites to inform the guests prior to booking their rooms .

The access to the beach, the beds are comfortable but the pillows was not, the location is good, the staff treats us very good. It is a family friendly hotel but be aware there is beach club next to the family pool with alot of druk people 😅

The breakfast is baaaad, the beach full of rocks, the pool is small and not clean, my husband and my daughter got sick next day of using it. The kids play area is very small, you can hear every foot step out side the room and i am not a light sleeper

Everything about this Hotel is excellent. Location on the Palm Jumeirah. Nice beach and good pools including beach club. Everything was extremely clean and in perfect condition. Staff is very helpful especially at the Reception and in the restaurant. We had a spacious Garden View Suite with a terrace and garden access.

Our Teenage kids were not allowed at the main pool during the weekend and so we had to move to the kids pool with all small children.

The hotel was amazing! We spent 8 days there and we couldnt get enough. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Nancy, Roystan, Yassine, and the staff in Fluid were so lovely. They practically knew us and greeted us every morning. Amazing hospitality and fun vibes, definitely coming again soon.

Very nice lobby with helpful friendly staff. Lovely comfortable beds, the lay out and facilities are excellent. The breakfast is fabulous. Anything not available can be ordered from the waiters and nothing is too much trouble.

There was a child riding his bike in the breakfast area and ot was dangerous for him and the other guests but no one seemed to bat an eyelid.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and extremely caring, helpful and showed initiative. For example, we received a call to our room right before checkout to ask if we wanted our bags collected. The concierge grabbed our valet ticket and the car was ready once we checked out. Surprisingly, this is the first time in three years living in Dubai (with many staycations) that a Hotel has gone this far to make our stay convenient in this way.

On weekends, you have to pay 100dhs per person to use the main pool (which has a bar). Otherwise, you have the choice of the free family pool. As guests, I feel like we shouldn't have to pay extra to use any of the Pools. Payment should be charged only to people that are only there for the Pool day.

the music at the pool, it's unbearable on weekends. We asked to lower the volume, they did not want to so we had to move to the other side of the compound. We wont return
