Front desk Brittany was very pleasant. She politely answered questions etc. Room was clean, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and I loves the extra pillows. But please replace curtains. Room was on ground floor facing the parking lot. When closed there was a sliver of window not covered. It was very uncomfortable because you wouldn't be able to see someone looking in and of course any light on in the room made it easier for someone to do that too.

The shampoo and conditioner in the room. I always bring my own toiletries, but I didn't this one time. The shampoo was so small it was barely enough to really wash my hair and it made my hair feel really dry. Please replace!

The room was HUGE. The last hotel we stayed at in Jonesboro was so small. The bathroom was also very roomy. My husband and I are both bigger people and we really appreciated the room. The bed was very comfortable and staff were super friendly.

The ONLY issue we had was the pool. We reserved the hotel because it had an indoor pool. When we checked in I asked if the pool was open. They told me yes. Only issue was the pool heater was broken (which front desk staff told me when I asked about the pool). We tried to swim but couldn't. It was just too cold. This was our ONLY complaint.

everything was SUPER clean and the staff was always so nice, the pool was clean and perfect as well. The lobby’s little snack bar came in handy!

the bed was SO uncomfortable.. it does have a pillow top mattress over it, but it was still hard as a rock with little to no give. if you like stiff beds, then it may not be a problem. but it could have definitely been softer for us!

I like the property because it was clean, the room was very big, the bed was comfortable, there is breakfast in the AM, and the sense of safety it provided for me. There are plenty of restaurants and others things to see and all within walking distance. Patricia, at the lobby was exceptionally kind and helpful. In short, I would stay at the same place should I find myself in Conway again.

The front desk employee, her name is Shai Jackson was absolutley amazing!! So helpful and so nice!! Would honestly stay there every month i come to arkansas as long as she is working there!! Ten stars for an amazing staff, and very nice facilities!!

Hotel next door is a bit trashy, but the employees work very hard to keep the different groups of people seperated!

ALWAYS A FRIENDLY STAFF.AND I HAD TO CHANGE MY DATES BECAUSE THEY WERE WRO G ON MY PART AND THEY FIXED IT. I ALWAYS STAY HERE ON OUR WSY TO TIMESHARE IN BRANSON.

Conveniently located and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Definitely will stay there again when visiting this area of Arkansas.

Everything was fine.

Everything was good. Spacious and the beds were super comfortable and they didn't have that bleach smell.

The only downside was when I heard my door open at 8:40 in the morning. I jumped then realized it was housekeeping. No knock, no announcement, no nothing. The person didn't apologize or anything just left. Glad I didn't go grab breakfast while my underage child slept.

Hall carpets were showing wear. Lampshade in our room and blackout curtain very worn.

The ac kept cycling on and off very quickly. Sleep was difficult. However, we enjoy the overnight stay.
