I really liked how nice the staff was when we first checked it and out. The price for the hotel was actually really reasonable. Our room was were clean. Our parking and breakfast was included with our rooms. I also liked how there was a quiet time from 9:00pm- 7:00am.

- What I didn’t like was how the hotel was right next to the entrance of the freeway so it was really hard to get in and out of the hotel because there’s always traffic. - unfortunately the hotel’s elevator was out of service - The ceiling was a bit thin so we were able to hear a lot of stomping - I hoped that the breakfast would be a little different everyday.

Hotel staff were truly lovely. Desk clerks and room and breakfast personnel, without exception, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in the midst of a tourist area but its location on Santa Monica Blvd and alongside the 405 is very convenient in reaching those areas by car. Parking and breakfast were included in our rate and the breakfast provided, though basic, included all the major food groups and was more than adequate. Frankly, we booked on "price" and were not seeking a pool, lounge, restaurant or other luxury amenities typical of more expensive accommodations. The cost of our 5 night stay was $1341.00

Only one elevator for the property.

The young lady checking us in was very nice and helpful. Asked us what brought us to town and gave us some information about what was around the area. The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. I think this is the first hotel that had plenty of places for charging phones very nice. The breakfast area was nice and clean and the food was pretty good. Plenty of options to choose from.

The area around the hotel looks a little sketchy at night but when we asked if it was safe to walk up to the store on the corner we were told yes. Had no problems and felt safe walking around.

The room was large and well equipped. Breakfast was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and nice and helpful

I asked to stay some more days and they said the hotel was sold out then at the very last moment one receptionist said there was a room available, another said it was sold out. In the uncertainty Eventually I moved to another hotel.

Location was close to a lot of things to do. Included parking and breakfast made this a great value. Beds were comfortable.

Showers were soso. Bathroom door proximity to exit door was inconvenient since it closes automatically or gets in the way of exiting. TV had a lot of channels but no guide so it's hard to know what's on. Air conditioning was a bit hard to control feeling either too warm or too cold.

My wife and I enjoyed the quick access this particular hotel has. It's easy on and off the freeway, close to main attractions and is relatively in expensive for everything it offers. It's comfortable and the staff is excellent when you have needs.

We've stayed in this hotel in the past and we've never had to pay for parking. But now they started charging for parking. It's disappointing since I'm handicapped.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was excellent. Good location for access to UCLA.

The breakfast could be improved especially the use of single-use plastics, it was very wasteful. Biggest frustration was the plastic cutlery for breakfast which couldn't cut the breakfast items.

location was great, staff was always nice, especially marigold was always helpful but also the others whose names I didn’t catch. beds are really comfortable and there is a free water fountain in the gym

breakfast was more or less the same everyday, unfortunately nothing to make a sandwich like cheese or salami. but overall it was good

The property was very close to where I needed to be and was right off the freeway. it was easily accessible and the parking was good.

The area around the property was very sketchy. I would not feel comfortable walking around that area. There’s an alley right on the side on the hotel (who knows what happens there during the night), there’s a lot of trash around, and there’s a lot of homeless people around.

When you see the hotel from the outside (and the fact that it's next to the highway), you might think uh-oh. But inside its lovely. The rooms are well-appointed, and they have quiet rooms. The breakfast room is under a skylight, and there are a huge amount of choices. Also there's a roof lounge. The staff could not be better.

I would have liked cut up fruit for breakfast, but there's so much already that I feel like I'm picking nits.
