Good location as it's close to LAX. Shuttle provided but need to wait around 20 mins. Very clean room. View is fine

The parking fee is expensive. And the parking lots are full. We can only find some on the top floor.

I have to commend you on your kind,cheerful and helpful staff. I’m an older lady with a cane who needs a little help and found this help starting with the shuttle bus driver and everyone I encountered during my 3 nights stay.

I stayed in room 412, which was lovely; two things bothered me: the very low toilet and the lack of good insulation between the rooms… I was greeted each morning early with bathroom sounds and had to listen each evening to vulgar exchanges between guests

Great price and location, beautiful decor and delicious food. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is perfect.

The bathroom drain was clogged and the store downstairs is beyond ridiculously priced. $6 for a 32 oz water. Parking is way over priced. I left and stayed at another hotel do that I could park my rental for a decent price. Also, it feels like the air is regulated at night. We set it low and we ended up sweating and stiffy on the morning

This is my fourth stay at the Renaissance and these are the reasons for returning to this hotel. The shuttle to/from LAX is easy and every 15 min. The check-in is fast and as I am a solo lady above 70 years I appreciate the fact that a room key is needed for access to the elevator, security is very important to me. The room service food is reasonably priced and quite good and still delivered -COVID prevention- in a plastic bag and handed over at the room door. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have easy to use taps....not always the case in other hotels. My room (350) had a large walk-in shower.

The only problem I have encountered is that the AC system is quite loud.

The room was clean. The Airport was only a couple of blocks away, which was excellent. The bed was nice and soft. The sraff was very helpful whenever I needed to ask a question.

The only problem I had was bed pillow did not smell fresh. I don't know if the pillow cases haven't been changed. But the pillow cases definiely had a stale smell to them.

Room is wonderful.

Staff is very kind and nice. They do not explain enough. Why they do not clean the room every day? I had to ask them. I can not get coffee? I can not get new towel set? I talked a staff and he prepared it. If someone explained it, I feel more comfortable.(I stayed another hotel, they explained it.) When I checked out, I receive a receipt. After I came back to Japan, I did not know $44 charged on my card. Front man did not explained it. They should be more professional.

The staff were great! Anything they could do to assist your stay they did.

The shuttle service was the worst I have traveled on or waited on. We had 3 Marriott buses either drive by us or were full. When checking out we waited over an hour while bus after bus came in full since it stops at the Marriott Hotel before coming to the Renaissance for us. We gave up and rented a taxicab so we would make our flight. What a way to ruin a great stay.

Breakfast was good, but too pricey

We came back to our room after being gone 10 hours on a tour, and our room wasn’t cleaned. We were exhausted and had to wait to relax until that was done. They did give us a room credit and extension of stay the next day to make it right by us. We were pleased with how swiftly they cleaned the room, and the desk’s response to issue.

The hotel overall was very nice. The room was spacious, TV and bed satifying.

No microwave in the rooms. The parking is $52/day extra. There's no other parking lot available close to the airport. If I knew, I would have given the extra money I had to pay for parking to another hotel, closer to the beach and with more street parking available. The hotel guests should have discount. This price is ridiculous, unless it includes car wash also.

Real time response from staff is excellent. Restaurant food ain’t bad and staff so polite and pleasant.

Parking policy is terrible. Guests have to pay $52/day for parking, that’s not good enough.
