Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Bathroom large, great shower. Hotel has a very good location.

Older hotel but was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was small but we didn't stay long. Excellent location, not far off exit, lots of restaurants close by, Cracker barrel in walking distance as well as Ruby Tuesdays. Second time we've stayed here, can't beat price. Bathroom was very clean. Nice water pressure and lots of hot water. Mini frig. Coffee maker both in room. Very nice girls that checked us in and out.

I would suggest replacing beds, starting to get a tad wore.

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Had to ask for bread to make toast. It was 0800. Check in was fab, the desk person was very good. Later I called desk to ask for tv directions and she asked if I had a 5-10 mins and she will come up to show us. She showed in that time frame, its was tv receptor thing, she explained it and showed us and it was aok. I so appreciate she took the time to show us.

The breakfast- was just not well planned.

The hot breakfast was wonderful. It included perfect scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. The decor and furnishings were very up to date, the water pressure was outstanding in the shower, the bed and bedding were comfy, and the towels were really soft.

The cleaning lady knocked on our door before it was time for us to check out, but that was the only thing we didn't like.

The room was a perfect size, with a nice big tub/shower. . The bed was the most comfortable bed ever ! And the pillows were great too ! The room had plenty of coffee, sugar and cream, and the staff were super helpful and friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel

Nothing, everything was great !

The breakfast was lacking. There was only waffles or bread and cereal. There were no bagels or muffins. Very little choices. The breakfast was poor. I toasted some bread and the toaster only toasted one side of the bread. The beds were comfortable.

The breakfast could be better. Very few items to choose from. I did not like the bathroom. It was too small, I found it claustrophobic.

Location was great.

Furniture was very outdated. The sensor for the remote control kept falling off the tv because the wire appeared to be too heavy. Also, the side chair in our room was disgustingly stained and dirty. It needed to be cleaned or removed. We placed a large clean towel over it before we used it. Other than that, the room was very clean.

The location is perfect

the pillows smelled of cigarettes, and they told us that breakfast was at 10, the next day we arrived at 9:20 and they told us that it would end at 9. I think they should put the information in writing or that the real information be there to everyone's access

The friendliness of every single staff member was amazing!! Also, considering the age of the hotel, they are doing a good job at keeping everything working and clean!!

Really need to add some items to the breakfast! They only had waffles, cereal, toast, and yogurt. Need some meat, eggs, fruit, and pastries.

The staff reached out to me to see if I needed anything prior to checking in. The clerk at check in was very polite and explained everything upon us going to our room. And my grandson really loved the breakfast!!!

There was nothing to dislike. I loved the location!!
