Staff were incredibly friendly. I made a change to my reservation and the notification they received was a cancelation. Thankfully they called to verify this prior to canceling because everything in the area was booked. A large chain would never do that, I'll return based on this alone. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it's reasonably close to local attractions, and it was quiet for the most part. The restaurant across the street had live music one night but it was over at a reasonable hour.

There are some maintenance/cosmetic issues such as a cracked toilet tank top and shifted flooring. These things can happen with older hotels and in no way detracted from my stay. I could tell they care about the hotel and guests so I feel certain they will address these issues.

The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The owner was very nice and he remembered my name when I said Good Morning the next morning after I checked in. I have family in Lake City and I want to visit Ginnie Springs again when it's a little warmer, I'll definitely stay here again. Picture in room showed that Tiger Woods stayed in the same room while he was getting certified for cave diving, pretty fun fact I thought.

For some reason my GPS said I arrived too soon, if coming from the South, you have to go past the light by Arby's and it's just past CVS and Circle K on the right, across from The Flamingo Restaurant.

It’s in a safe location I love that it’s one floor level and no one up above and the walls are not paper thin. The place was quiet and felt like a home and not a hotel. The staff were friendly and I loved that they went into the room to collect trash replenish shampoo/soap bring clean towels.

I wish they had a pool or hot tub

Staff really worked with me to meet my needs. In the area to buy a new home, so will be an extended stay and really required a no-stress experience, at a reasonable rate. Very pleasant stay!

Property needs updated, but that doesn't matter to me, as long as it is clean and staff is pleasant, which was the case.

It is an older building, so I have passed it for years and not booked a room. I'm a little leery of old motel rooms. But it's always full, so curiosity finally got the best of me. I loved it! It's very economical, and they have made it extremely pleasant. The rooms are very clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillow was more than comfortable, and the people were outstanding. We'll definitely make this our overnight point in the future when we pass through.

I have no complaints.

The room was cosy, clean and comfortable. The location is great, near plenty of stores and eating places. The staff were also very polite and welcoming and always asked if I needed anything.

The location was excellent for a day paddle on the Santa Fe River.

The air conditioner was very loud and it overpowered the volume on the TV.

Staff are always friendly, rooms are comfortable, and the location is great. I've stayed multiple times, and it's consistently great.

The accommodations met our expectations. The location was perfect for our excursions and local dining. We especially appreciated the two queen beds.

The place is showing its age but it is being kept up as best as possible.
