RATE ONLY 8 FROM 10 ,BECAUSE OTHER GUESTS NEXT DOOR GOT MASIVE PARTY AROUND MIDNIGHT WHICH MY WIFE WENT REPORT THAT ON RECEPTION 15MIN LATER WAS ALL QUIET,BUT 2AM START ALL AGAIN WHICH RESULT ALL MY FAMILY WAS WAKE UP INCL. CHILDREN,SO WAS ME TO CALL NIGHT STAFF TO SORT IT OUT AND THEY DID SOMEHOW,BECAUSE SOON AFTER WAS QUIET AGAIN. I KNOW IS NOT HOTEL FAULT HOW OTHERS GUEST SHOULD BEHAVIOR,BUT I WAS HAPPY THEY SORTED PROBLEM QUICKLY. IF THIS BAD EXPIRIENCE NOT HAPPEN I WILL RATE HOTEL 10

This hotel is my go-to every time I’m staying in Fort Lauderdale. I think I have been staying here around 10 times already. 1. It has free parking! 2. It is AT the beach! Not like the rest of the hotels who are saying they’re 0.2 miles from the beach but access to the beach requires 2 miles walking around the living complexes. 3. If you get the room on the pool side of the house, balcony is very sunny the whole day. 4. They also have a pool and sun beds, nothing fancy but doable. 5. They have a restaurant/bar/snackbar AT the premises. 6. WiFi works good 7. Beds and pillows and blanket is very comfortable 8. Rooms are always clean. 9. Got a room with updated bathroom and that looked SO GOOD! 10. Check in and out are always very logical and fast 11. Price is always good!

1. The A/C works amazing but is a bit loud even for me who usually don’t care 2. Walls are a little thin, can hear another room doors closing or flushing the toilet even

It’s my go to hotel in Fort Lauderdale, I have been there 8 times in different situations, this time with the family and booked 3 rooms. The location is amazing, at the beach and has free parking. Pool is available, water is warm. Restaurant at the premises, not crazy expensive and Adriano was amazing server. Fast check in, everyone super nice at the front desk. Beds are very comfortable, pillows and blanket too. Rooms are a little outdated but very clean.

It might get a little bit noisy in the hall and if your room is in the end of the house, the outside stairs are also pretty loud. WiFi doesn’t connect in the end of the hall rooms very good. Rooms are a bit outdated but that has never bothered me.

I love the girls at the front desk. Very accommodating. Thank you Melissa Gibson and Shay for such hospitality. You are AMAZING.

I absolutely dislike Elijah at the front desk. Always very short, rood and unpleasant. With my many visits it still puzzles me why he is there. You guys also have to do something about your lack of parking. Very inconvenient. In the morning when they are going from room to room they are absolutely loud and everything could be heard from the inside. Needless to say we had no choice but to get up early.

the staff and location

cleanliness. I pulled back the curtain and found a condom box. the bathroom wasn’t clean I had to clean it before we used it. the gentleman was exceptionally amazing. the young woman was not. complete opposites. I am not sure if she was on break when I was waiting to check dour or what but she said behind the counter in the small room on her phone while another guest was waiting to check in. The lady said she had been standing there for 5 minutes waiting for assistance and you could clearly see the front desk lady sitting there with her legs propped up on her phone. another guest wakes passed and said that the guest services lady was assisting another customer and she would be right back them looked at the guest services lady sitting right there and then she jumped up to assist us.

A wonderful bahamian lady named Melissa was very helpful and turned a bad situation into a good situation. My birthday was not going so well because our room wasn't what we expected but Melissa went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you Melissa! 😊

The rooms were not what we expected. the carpet was dingy and disgusting, the bathroom raggedy and outdated, the entire room was like a makeshift third world country hotel. It was hard to believe I was actually in America.😞

it's a party hotel. pretty loud, mostly the squeaky / slammy doors. they need to update / rennovate desperately.

Location is excellent, right across the street from the beach. Convenient free parking behind the hotel.

Didn’t like that the hotel was overbooked so that I wasn’t able to move until the third day into the king size bed room I booked and paid for in advance. Once moved, I enjoyed my room.

Wifi a little spotty. Was surprised restraint was closed but economy has put challenges to keep open. Given the fact the building is dated it met our needs. Location is ideal close to many amematies within walking The village offers many small boutique shops eating establishments
