I personally enjoyed the room, I didn't expect it to be so nice or clean. the room was excellent for the price, the beach view was magnificent and the food and drinks were amazing i really enjoyed the stay and I will be sure to book here again.

one thing that I didn't like was how dirty the jacuzzi tub was. when I started running the water and turnt on the jets black stuff started coming out and completely turned me off from even wanting to get inside. I think house keeping could do a better job of disinfection and cleaning the jets of the tubs.

Great pool and views. Nice room. Friendly staff. The bathroom door could have used a better stopper to keep it from banging on the porcelain tub loudly each time the door swung closed.

I love the property it’s clean, in great location, the rooms are big with a great views and it’s right on the beach

the only thing that was an issue was the sofa bed. the mattress was old and very uncomfortable especially for two kids to sleep together on that. The metal was sticking out through the fabric. that was a big issue.

We had 2 rooms at this resort and back for the 2nd time. Everything was wonderful at this resort. Location, amenities, room and room view. It was comfortable and safe with a friendly environment and all vacation needs are right on location

Transportation Services would have been a big help. It was hard to get cab or car service.

Great Location, staff was absolutely amazing! breathtaking views of the ocean from your bed. Sun,Sand Surf restaurant is amazing. The patio offers free entrees for kids dinner with the purchase of an adult entree. The beach employees were amazing also… I left a pair of glasses and Will found them and happily returned them the next time he saw our family. Sariyah in the in-room dining team was also very helpful, friendly, and professional.

The cleaning team was very professional and helpful however the floors were never cleaned. The location is next to the beach so sand is inevitable, but it’s not expected to have sand stuck on your feet after a shower.

It was a great location but the room was in the back of the hotel.

I did not like that I was not able to have a better room. Changing would cost us more. It was fine because I was with my son but I expected a bit more flexibility from the hotel since I was staying a co side table number of days. The water delivery was inconsistent too.

The atmosphere and vibe was amazing! I definitely recommend this Hotel as a nice getaway! Shannon from Room services was a delight!

Although, they are refunding my account. I don't like that I was charged twice for the resort fees. Now, I have to wait 7 days to get my money back. Also, have 2 noise complaints; the noise from the building another hotel was quite annoying in the morning especially when you are on vacation to rest up. Lastly, the ac unit would make a bang every time it went off.

Beach was Awesome. Great rooms. Gorgeous decor in the rooms. Beds were Extremely comfortable and wonderful bedding. Kitchen is great for cooking full meals. Staff had great responses to fix any issues.

My room was not as clean as it should have been upon arrival. Kitchen supplies were not handy upon arrival. Was on the 25th floor a new lounge is being built on 26. Beware of drilling and banging on 25.

this property was located fairly close to everything we needed. if it wasn’t close or walking distance, biking was an option as it came with 2 free bikes for 2 hours a day. taking advantage of the little things they offer helps a ton! staff would text you to make sure you had everything you needed, which is amazing! they were available at all times.

Everything was great about the property. Check in took longer than i expected, we waited for about 15 -20 minutes before could check in. Waiting with two small chicken was challenging.
