Everything, free upgrade to a spacious super quiet room with French windows, sofa and fabulous 4 poster king bed. Superclean, great attention to detail and excellent housekeeping service. Good sized bathroom with everything you might need, even includes hair conditioner something I haven't seen in any hotel in years! Beautiful lush peaceful garden with fountain and private table and chairs outside room. Lovely swimming pool with additional fountain kept at the perfect temperature and short work to the beautiful clean waters of Fort Lauderdale beach. Great welcome from Fernando at the reception introducing us to the whole resort. Can't wait to come back, hopefully soon!

Nothing at all.

I booked the king bed appartement with lots of space for the two of us. The bedroom had two side closets with clothes hangers, in addition of a large dresser, enough space to empty our luggage. The bathroom is functional but not very modern, a couple of shelves but barely enough to hold all toiletries. We could hang all towels to dry. The kitchen was very well equipped, full size fridge, toaster, microwave, electric heating double plates, coffee maker and sets of plates, glasses ustensiles plus some pots and pans. 2 TVs. Lots of space in the living room, large desk where I could set up my computer (decent internet) and a small dining table in addition to a couch and side tables. Nice cleaning personal; I did not want anyone inside cleaning so they just tied a bag to the door with clean towels etc.

The bathroom was dated and small. The bed had four huge posts that stood in view of the TV and that I kept hitting when getting up at night to use the bathroom. The light switches in the long corridor were not wired properly so took a while to figure it out. The coffee maker was outdated, could only do one cup and had to use those single serve coffee bag that I just could not find at Publix.

great location; nice rooms; responsive staff; comfortable bed; it was okay to park on the street rather than pay $10/nt to park in their designated spaces. staff went out of their way.

they had me in a smaller, sparse room the first night. however, I had upgraded my room via booking.com but they seemed to not have that info in their system. when I subsequent showed them my confirmation indicating a larger room, they immediately moved me to a much better room. it was a big improvement. also, they should consider spraying the patio area with bug spray. my arms and legs got dozens of bites by sitting by the pool for breakfast. those no-see-ums can be awful.

We enjoyed our stay in La Casa. We were surprised to see how large the room was as well as the spacious bathroom. The pool and area were very pleasant to sit and relax. The beach is only a five minute walk. Many restaurants close by.

We felt the price was a little high as we have stayed in nicer places for the same price or even less. But in fairness, everything has gone up in price. Our check out experience did not go as smoothly as we would have liked. The office is at a different nearby location and was suppose to have 24/7 service however no one was in the office, had to use the buzzer and got no response for 20 minutes.

I loved everything about it. I felt like I was in a tropical paradise. The room was perfect for me since I was a single traveler. Will be staying there again for sure.

I honestly liked everything about it. It was a little further to walk to the beach than I normally do. But still convenient.

Just a few blocks from the beach, La Casa is a gem of quiet and comfort. The highlight is a large, landscaped courtyard with a small pool, fountains, and several seating areas. Room are basic, and very clean. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The neighborhood was easily walkable to bakery, restaurants, and supermarket. La Casa was a delight; I look forward to another visit.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues common to older buildings in the salt and sun.

Really awesome quiet hotel. Nicely situated close to the busy beaches. Great little spot if you looking for some where close to the beach with more freedom. Will recommend

The gardens could get a bit more work done but everything was green and perfect. Love this place

It was beautiful. It was raining though. A hotel attendant Jose was extremely helpful getting me settled in my room. It was very clean. No bugs. Walk in shower with a tile floor so no slipping. Comfortable bed. I like that there was a fridge and coffee.

I'm used to a big hotel with a lot of staff so I was really lonely because I was by myself. I was with someone else it would have been fine. I didn't like how I had to check in at a different Hotel down the street. I felt kind of weird without an attendant at my hotel. I wish there had been a breakfast but it's really not the place's fault it's just what I'm used to.

located about 3 blocks from beach. quiet courtyard with small pool. relaxing environment with easy walk to restaurants Staff was helpful and eager to please. they provided an area map and transportation suggestions.

the queen suite was tiny. it worked out since the weather was great and it was only a place to sleep. the room was clean and bathroom large enough.

Loved the ambience created by lush landscaping, winding paths, sound of fountains and pools, the lovely vintage carved wood and wicker furniture, and the many mirrors. The room was spacious and well-arranged. There was plenty of space to hang, store and organize clothes and stash luggage out of sight. Andrew, the site manager, offered beach towels and extra coffee before I even thought to ask. La Casa is part of a group of similar properties next to each other and guests can use the pools and spas on any of the properties-- so you can always find a secluded pool or hot tub!
