The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best food we ate in Waikiki was at Wayfinder. The beds are also ridiculously comfortable. All the staff are incredibly welcoming and provide a personal experience by remembering who you are and what your preferences are. The hotel is very clean and calm at all points of the day

It is also quite loud in the mornings for about half an hour at around 7.30 - 8am, as the bins in the surrounding areas are being emptied.

Really impressed with the atmosphere of the hotel. Great services and excellent staff. Also even though the property was not right on the beach, i thought the location was amazing. The pool area was excellent. Just great value for money.

Found it a bit mean that there wasn’t a coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room.

we booked 5 months ago and the reviews almost decided us to cancel because they were not so positive… these people need to shut up, everything was great! the location was awesome, the lobby was awesome, the crew was suuuuper polite and super helpfull, the pool was great, it even had free towels and free ice tea. we cant imagine a better hotel for the price we payed. i can’t believe we almost cancelled because of what some people say’d about this hotel. great, great great!! our room was cleaned everyday with new towels if we wanted, soap, conditioner, shampoo and lotion included. the restaurant and the bar is awesome too. we stay here next time, thats without a doubt!

we could not stay longer

Location was great. 5 min walk to International market place, Royal Hawaiian and other stores and restaurants. ABC store down the road. Ala wai canal right beside the hotel. 6km loop for those wanting to run or walk in the morning. GREAT coffee downstairs. I would actually go back here knowing that I’d have the convenience of not having to look for decent coffee in Waikiki. redfish restaurant was also good, can be improved with service but the food was great. pool area was fantastic with a bar. great if you have kids as it’s mostly shallow. staff were attentive. rooms were clean. very comfy lanai. beds were comfortable.

No weighing scale

We had a lovely stay at Wayfinder. Location was good, close enough to the beach but also felt out of the hustle and bustle. Staff were great and always helpful. Loved the pool and coffee shop downstairs. The hotel had a unique boutique feel about it rather than a chain hotel which we loved. Would definitely return and stay again!

Not a huge issue but room is not serviced every day (you can request this if you want). Was a little bit noisy (sirens etc) but not a dealbreaker and something you would encounter all over Waikiki. it would also be good if check in was a bit earlier as we arrived in the morning after a long flight and had to wait until 3pm to get into our room.

Everything. It’s so stylish, I appreciate them showcasing the building and history. One of the best and thoughtfully designed hotels I’ve stayed at. I’ve traveled solo and felt very safe there. They gave me a welcome drink and kept my baggage safe twice while i was exploring.

They could have an option of buffet breakfast, it’s not too fitting with the style of the hotel but would be very helpful. My room wasn’t ready on time (makes sense, memorial weekend) but staff presented me with two cans of Hawaiian juice, a little thing but shows the effort.

Quiet location and their pool area was very relaxing. The new restaurant was a great experience! We got to try a lot of their food options. We’re glad we were able to be part of that.

Staff wasn’t on top of stocking towels in bedroom. We requested cleaning one day and were out the whole day and when we returned the room was the same. We requested new towels for two days in a row and were told they were gonna come and never came. We asked multiple people and they never arrived. We ended up purchasing towels at Walmart.

Looks recently refurbished, the rooms were very clean and modern. The pool looked amazing, a great atmosphere along with the poolside bar... and all the staff were amazing. The bed was very very comfortable too, didn't want to get out...lol... oh !! And loved the free welcome cocktail... cheers...

The only thing we missed was there were no tea or coffee making facilities available.

It was a comfortable hotel with a Hawaiian feel. Bed was very comfortable and we had awesome views with corner balcony

There was no microwave or coffee pots in room and parking was $45.00 a night. We found free parking nearby each night. Should be included!

Great hotel, decor was beautiful. Majority of the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable, best sleep I've ever had. Location was perfect, 5min walk to waikiki beach and all the shops/restaurants.

Rooms aren't very well soundproofed, the noise from the traffic is very loud. Would definitely recommend earplugs. Some of the staff at reception weren't the most friendly/approachable which is a shame as majority of the staff were all lovely just the exception of a couple. Pool area fills up quick, you have to be down early to secure a bed as there aren't many.
