One of the best hotels in vegas with the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel in vegas.

The luggage storage service was terrible and damaged the experience of the hotel. We deposited our bags in the hotel after the check-out for one last visit in Vegas. However, we didn't know we were supposed to tip the person that accepts your bags. When we went to pick them up, one of the bags (which was new) was damaged. Moreover, the person that went for the bags in the pick-up station stood with his hand open, "demanding" a tip (which I was going to do regardless). I understand the habit of tipping in Vegas. However, for a 5-star hotel, the class of its service is important. Being careless with bags because you did not receive a tip is rude and classless, as is demanding a tip for a hotel service. These simple services reflect the hotel more than its facility or amenities.

the room could have been cleaner . the window ledge was dirty the headboard was dirty and dusty the sheets were stained badly stained. I don’t like the fact that they have a refrigerator fully stocked with alcohol..they don’t have a microwave so refrigerator space would have been nice. overall I enjoyed the room just surprised about how dusty basic things were.

beautiful hotel, big rooms, lots of pools and stuff to do, great restaurants and great new casino

everything is too expensive. a bottle of water cost 11$ and there is no place to refill only at the pool. everything is too far and you need to walk 15+ minutes from your room to everywhere, even to the pool or the casino which is frustrating. also there is no fridge in the room and we arrived to our honeymoon and received nothing complementary. even not a small item. they could do a lot of easy things to make the stay much better and nicer.

the fact they didn’t give bottle water when I paid $1000 for my room was ridiculous. they tried to blame COVID. smh

The room, apparently the cheapest, and called a "suite", was amazing--huge, a living room, electric curtains, super-comfy bed, fast elevators, luxurious bathroom. The pools seemed great but we were so busy sightseeing that we didn't get any pool time. We also appreciated the food court, making it possible to avoid the astronomical prices at the hotel restaurants (a big thumbs up for Panda Express, the healthiest choice there). Finally, the ambience in the hotel was mind-boggling, a real simulacrum of Venice itself, with painted ceilings, canals, gondolas, replicas of St Mark's Square including the Doge's Palace and the Campanile, and the Rialto Bridge (with moving walkways!). You can walk around for hours just admiring the details, which far outclass even hotels like Paris and New York, New York in exactly replicating a famous place.

We don't like mini-bars, and the mini-fridge was so stuffed that there wasn't an inch to put a pastry or leftovers in. AND, there was a warning that if you even moved one of items, they would charge you for it. Second, the pool closed at 4:50 pm --- making it impossible to take a dip after our day's activities. Finally, we didn't care for the $45 per day resort fee, for which we got absolutely nothing except a charge for it.

The hotel is amazing. I've lived 6 years in Venice and I've to admit what they have created in Las Vegas is incredible! Yes, Venice remains the most romantic city in the world and its atmosphere is unique (it seems to live in the 17th century), but The Venetian offers an excellent replica that gives much more than a simple idea of what Venice is. San Marco square, Rialto bridge, the Campanile, the Doge's palace, the Bridge of Sighs are beautifully reproduced. It was like being in italy! We stayed in a King luxury suite and we are in general fully satisfied (maybe the bath towels could be a bit bigger). Pools are wonderful the areas around are really nice. There are so many shops and restaurants that people could spend days in the hotel without going outside!

It's a luxury hotel and it's fine to pay that little extra, but I can't accept that they don't even offer a glass of water or a simple coffee at the arrival. Most of the 4 or 5 stars hotels where I've been normally offer 1-2 bottles of water in the room (every day!) and it's easy to find a good coffee machine (Nespresso or equivalent). Some of them offers champagne or prosecco at the check-in or chocolate in the room. I've to admit that I was a bit disappointed when I discovered that the Venetian was not offering any "kindness" to their guests. Otherwise I would give them a 10!

We have stayed many times here and also a joy. Rooms always so open. Would have liked some HBO channels 🙂

Being seniors and son disabled the room was so very far from elevators. Also would have liked to have a refrigerator that was not packed with items that was not packed with alcohol items. We needed to but insulin’s for my son and husband. Need to be more considerate on people needs.

Very nice place to stay. Has everything you need within walking distance.

Hidden cost. Booked the room showed up to pay and it was way more. All the hidden expenses for the thing in the room.

We had In Room Breakfast and it was definitely nice that they set it up at the dining table in the room with fresh linen and all. Breakfast itself was good and price was comparable to eating a good breakfast anywhere in Las Vegas right now. Room was Spacious and even though we did Not pay for Extra to get any “View” we got lucky and still got one from the High Roller on one side and the Mirage Volcano at the other. All the Restaurants are Great and there is so much to do and see within the Resort that you technically don’t need to go outside for anything.

We did not like the Check In, it took 1 hr to check in at 12:30am because there are so many customers and to little Representatives at the front desk. Did not like that when we Finally got to “our” room we couldn’t really go in as the door was unlocked and open and no one ever knew why, we got a New Room. Also, that housekeeping needs to do a better job, there was a used open soap on the corner of the bath tub and no robes were left for us to enjoy. No in room Refrigerator, well, there is one But if you open it or use it there’s a fee, a steep one. No microwave either. You’d think that when you are paying as Much as you Are in a 5star Resort those things should at least be included. Right… it can, You just have to Pay Extra.
