Big hotel. Big reception. Big clean comfortable room, safe, tea coffee. Roof top bar and pool. Safe area easy to use tube..quiet room. 500 baht about £10 from airport using official airport taxi at 9pm on a tuesday. Hotel quoted £37!!! Very good breakfast. Good free tuk tuk from hotel to shopping centre. Good lifts.

A bit soulless in corridors. Black decor. Hard to find at night in taxi, have to travel long way down sukumvit 15, a bit hidden behind bushes, but good when found just keep driving down sukumvit 15 Road from main road and you will find on left. Think hotel should have bigger sign on roas Mosquitos or midges in outdoor rooftop bar at night, wear repellant. View from room just blocks of flats and rubbish opposite on ground a long way down, but it was quiet

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location was convenient, close to the bustling part of the city. Free tuk tuk ride to the train station every 30 mins between 8 am and 6 pm was helpful as well. Hotel was extremely clean, interiors tastefully done. Very Impressive.

Breakfast was very average. Expected more from a 5 star. Not many choice and the taste isn't great either.

Its a designed hotel, very beautiful rooftop, pool and every corner in the hotel. big size room with transparent tub. Look exactly like the photos. They have shuttle from hotel to terminal 21/ asok station every 30 min.

Room is quit damp no matter how I turned the AC to full fans speed. Window have a hand mark which ruin the entire view. The receptionist are all new, no one can really make the decision, there are a lot of staffs however everyone is running around for nothing. It still took a long time for me to get the check in done. it wasn’t smooth at all for a 5 stars hotel. Staffs are all super friendly and trying to help but they couldn’t even provide the basic information such as shuttle bus time or greet me to put the luggage, etc. I had to come to the specific guy to get everything myself. They also put my nationality wrong on the booking sheet! I crossed it off and one of the receptionist still came to me asking in mandarin if i am 中國人 （Chinese) 🙄 they need more training

Perfect location. Unfortunately Swimming pool was not functioning.. nevertheless one of the finest property in Bangkok

- I book for a non-smoking room but I stay in the smoking room. - I don't know why the Indian groups didn't respect other people who stay in next door!

the properly was well located to the BTS station which brings you everywhere. also it is located close to where the night live is on Sukhumvit road.

The rooms were a bit outdated and basic for the price you paid.

Terrific staff who were both friendly and efficient. When there was a misunderstanding with our prepaid restaurant booking, manager Mohammad swiftly rectified the issue and looked after us. The room was surprisingly big with a great TV. Proper block out drapes were appreciated. Breakfast selection was very good. Location was good with Terminal 21 within walking distance.

Dinner menu is a bit thin on selection. Although a shuttle Tuk Tuk was on offer to Terminal 21 shopping centre it broke down a couple of times and often did not turn up for a return trip.

The staff was lovely, the breakfast was good. The bread could be better. The rooms was great and the beds very comfortable. It was a 10mins walk to the train station. The wifi was very good. Tours could be booked through the hotel. ATM is also close by.

The entry area is poorly designed for rain. One has to walk through the rain from one building to the next on slippery tiles. The pool area was disappointing. It’s much smaller than it appears on the photos. There were a lot of missing mosaic tiles in the pool, rotten timber on some pool side tables and some parasols had tears in them.

Room was very comfortable! A lot of space to put my luggage and more. Bed was a king-size and the bathroom spacious as well. Air-conditioner is strong and a relief after being outside in the humidity. Chocolate hour is very unique to the hotel, which they host every day from 4pm to 5pm.

Some very minor damages that could be spotted: in my room I noticed that the bath tub has a tiny leak which spills to the tiled floor, and other things like a power socket not working correctly and a corner chip damage in the room possibly from another stay which probably bumped their luggage on the corner. Swimming pool has a few tiles missing, it’s noticeable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's rooftop pool and bar, which provided breathtaking views of the Bangkok skyline. The pool area was well-maintained and the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The rooftop bar offered an excellent selection of drinks and a variety of tasty snacks. The breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant, Lelawadee, was truly outstanding. There was an extensive range of options to choose from, including both Western and Asian dishes. The quality and taste of the food exceeded my expectations, and the staff were attentive and friendly
